I was getting the runaround from DHL all day and she was so sweet enough to stay behind to make sure I had my dress for my father’s funeral. I went to return a package through USPS and one of the staff said I needed to pay $1. J gave her my card and she said she can only accept a minimum of $3, accused me of never paying the $1 fee. I told her that was my first returning a package. In my shock, The owner of the store intervened and sided with her staff. She said she will not have me disrespect her staff. I asked her why she will allow her staff disrespect me in the first place and lie about me me refusing to pay $1. Of course I said i was never coming back.She told to leave her store. I picked up my box to leave and she said to leave the box which I did and left. As I was leaving she said I never pay $1 and that she won’t miss my business.Worst treatment I ever received since I moved to the US. I left and prayed to God to judge them and pay them back for the hurt they caused me.I wish I recorded the incident because she said I put my fingers in the face of her staff. There was a barrier between her staff and me. (which never happened). I wonder if I jumped over the barrier to put my fingers in the lady’s face. She also said in her reply to my review that 9 people applauded her when she threatened to call the cops on me. That was another lie. A pin dropping would have been heard in the store because everyone in the store was quiet as she was asking me to leave.I wonder why I would bring out my card if I didn’t want to pay or why I would refuse to pay a dollar when I have paid more mailing packages with her internationally and paying more than the post office charged? I have left her and her conscience to God and I wish both of them well.
So happy to find my new shipping location! They ship Ups, FedEx and Usps. Plus they were able to print a shipping label I forgot. Nice people and they bring their doggies to the shop. Love everything about it!
Just dropped of a package for any common carrier. The counter-person was great. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Explained costs and options and processed my order very quickly.Also, the shop is clean, organized, and western-homie cute.I will shop there again...

Today is prime example of why I am a repeat customer. They saved me from being scammed on selling a product on Offer Up/ Cash App! They have ALWAYS made my transactions easy and painless! I love post and parcel! I have a small online business and I ship here daily. I had a issue with my shipping labels printing too small, so the employees have to physically type them in instead of scan but they never complain. Always a smile when I walk in and quick service! I’ve been doing business here for months and will continue. They have pumpkin painting today for the kids and I’ll be bringing my kiddo back!
I came in for the first time to mail a couple of packages and Christmas cards. They were so accommodating and helpful! I was going to ship flat rate but she told me it wasn’t worth it due to the weight of my package. She found an old box and packed everything up for me to save me money! I will never go to the regular post office again!

I had two items to ship and two pre paid shipping labels for the items. I brought those and paid to print the labels there, then bought the packaging and paid for “packing” the items and handling. Well it’s 5 days later and one of the item tracking numbers was never scanned... this is an item I sold on eBay so if it was “lost” I’m out big money. Best case scenario they find my item and mail it late, but my customer will still be upset because they paid for express shipping.
Wonderful friendly people here. They offer many different services and have a few cute little nic-nacks for sale as well. I highly recommend this place!!!!!!!

Dnt go to ship or anything else here. Showed up 10 minutes to 3pm on Saturday to ship a package and they lock the doors before their posted time. Terrible service!!!
What a horrible way to run a business, I went in to ship some packages and what do I see multiple dogs running around the store, not everyone want to deal with animals while handling business.
I live right around the corner and this is the go to place to mail any letter or ship anything I need shipped. Although a little pricey on the shipping I really enjoy the retail side of the shop. Been coming here for over 10 years and always enjoy the service. Really enjoy the change of suites as well and the new wooden backboard,very nice touch.

Always get personal, fast service, from friendly and knowledgable staff. It may cost a little more than going to USPS etc, but COMPLETELY worth it!

WOW - talk about great customer service and excellent ethics. After they were able to fit my mailing item into a smaller box, they called me back to offer a refund - sure dont get that kind of customer service at the post office. Very sweet folks!
They are very kind and nice people. They do not lack in great customer service. However, I give them 3 stars instead 5, because they are EXTREMELY cheap! They charge for tracking on priority mail. They charged me $0.50 to tape a small box. I own my own business and would never dream of doing that. What irks me is they offered to tape it for free, if it was my first time in, but I was honest and said, no, Ive been in several times and given you lots of business. Didnt matter. So ridiculous! I only go there if Im in a bind.

I was supposed to have a package delivered to my house, but was told by the website that I could come and pick up my package with a valid ID. I called the store to see if my package was there, so I could pick it up after work. I was told to call back because my package was not there and it may arrive later. I called back about three hours later 4:15 pm and was told by the Manager Valerie that just because I called, my package wasnt going to be there. This is a pretty important package to me and I tried to make Valerie see that, but she recklessly spewed unkindness, irritability and plain rudeness. I told her I would be reporting her and she basically said she encouraged it. Valerie also told me it was my responsibility to track the package. Hello? I tracked it to your store, jackass! She treated me as if I was an idiot, but little does she know...she is the fool. That is no way to treat a customer. I am educated and intelligent and did NOT deserve to be treated like that. Valerie, if you are reading this...I hope you NEVER treat anyone else like you treated me. I told you I was going to repot you and I am.

Omgosh! How have I not been here before!? I literly live around the corner and Im always looking for places to drop off my UPS and FedEx returns. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The shop has an assortment of things to purchase and offers many services as well. Dont hesitate stop by and check it out.

No one greets you. 4 people working. 3 customers in the store. Waited 15 minutes with no help. Mayne they should stop worrying about selling candy. And do what they advertise which is Post & parcel. Youre better off going to the actual UPS Store down the street across from Walmart.

They charge $4 more to send a letter certified and tracking then other locations. she didnt tell me till the end. I asked why so much more. she said they charge more then the regular post office and said sorry she didnt tell me sooner. I wont be going here again!!!!

Apparently they dont know what customer service is. I hate coming here, but its way closer than the post office. I have my arm in a sling and was with my very active 2 yr old. I walked in and was not even greeted, per usual. I was dropping off a package that was boxed, sealed, return label attached, ready to go. One employee was helping customers---looked at me & said nothing. Well be right with you would suffice. The other employee looked at us and started rearranging pencils. So, again, Im carrying a box, my arm is in a sling, and my 2 year old is ready to run around the place. So, instead of injuring myself more, I let go of my 2 yr old to let her be a 2 yr old & surprisingly the pencil rearranger FINALLY asks if Im dropping off a box. You think??Any time I come here to avoid traffic & time, its the same thing. And their prices are ridiculously high. Theyre next to many other establishments I had to go to today--grocery, beauty supply, etc. But, today was my last time.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!I recently went to this business Monday (10-2-17)to have my mothers birthday gift over night so that she would get it the very next day I PAID TO MAKE SURE HER GIFT WOULD BE DELIVERED PROMPTLY. First of all I called this business Wednesday (10-4-17) to see what was going on and why my package had not been delivered. I was told that they were busy with a line, and that I would get a call back. I called back a couple hours later, and was told I had to wait for LSO to come in to see what’s going on with the delivery. I also was told that the post n parcel could not get a hold of LSO... that maybe there number had changed (LSO) How do you not have a proper working phone number with a company that you do business with??? Still have not heard anything, I went up there around 1 to see what was going on. They told me that as soon as my package was delivered, I was guaranteed my money back since it was not delivered on time. I went to LSO website to track my package, and it still hadn’t been delivered. I called there customer service rep who basically gave me the same run around that the woman at post n parcel did. Needless to say my mother just got her package YESTERDAY evening (10-5-2017) around 4 sometime. And so I screen shot the proof of the delivery being made, and took my proof up to Post n Parcel to get my money back... In which I was told now I have to wait until to get my money because they cannot submit/request a refund until LSO BILLS them. I should have looked at the reviews before using this service. I will never ship anything else from this place!
