These girls are shipping wizards. I brought in a custom made piece and it is bulky in every direction. They were able to give me the best deal and absolutely did amazing on wrapping my piece and coverings all the weak points. I was blown out of the water at their attention to detail. Literal shipping magic that have going on there . Super super impressed

The ladies were super sweet and the store smelt so good. They handled what I needed to mail and provided a tracking number for me. I was pleasantly surprised to know they also sell some cute things... I left with a car air freshener.

The ladies at the front were so sweet. They always take care of me in a pinch, last week they took care of me during closing time. Always make sure things are securely packaged and they get you in and out quick.

The ladies here are wonderful and always do a excellent job at making sure my packages get there safely and efficiently. I drive 30 minutes everyday to make sure they are the ones dealing with my packages.

As someone who is considering starting an Etsy shop, shipping is the most daunting part! I decided to ship my item to my BFF in Upstate NY, as a test run. I boxed my item and took it to Class Mail and Business Center. I explained to Melanie and Laura what I was struggling with in regard to shipping. These ladies took extra time to instruct me on all things shipping! They, with my permission, opened my package, and cut down the box to save dimension and cost. Repackaged it in perfect condition! Melanie gave me lots of useful information on my further shipping adventures!! I walked out a happy and grateful crafter! I only wish I’d stopped to look, and buy, some of the beautiful items in their store! My shipment arrived in NY in perfect condition! I’ll be back for their service in the future, and shopping too! Highly recommend!

Traditional post office is our thing of the past for me. As a business professional who needs products packed, shipped and shredded multiple times per week, I was so pleased to have found Class Mail! Shop all natural soy candles and gifts while you wait for the official stop to sort through the best transit methods for your items in the gift shop. On top of the amazing services and goods provided the staff is friendly and knowledgeable in all things parcel. I cannot recommend Class Mail enough… And if you’re lucky enough to meet this gem of a woman, smiling through her mask, prepare to have your day significantly made a little brighter. Thank you Class Mail and Mel for helping make my job easier. I’ll never go to the post office again.

The girls at Class Mail are too notch. As a business owner, I know that a business is only as strong as those who are in the middle of it all. They are the ones conversing with customers, providing the service and leaving the lasting impression. That impression can go both ways but not here. It has been a positive experience from day 1. Mel in particular is who I have known the longest and is a charming person who takes pride in what she does. Highly recommended and will not take my business anywhere else.

This business is awesome. I recently sent a military care package and the nice lady who helped me made it WAY less complicated than I thought it would be! I have been there several times for other mail related needs and they are always so happy, friendly and helpful. If you need to mail something, go here!

I am such a regular. The location is perfect & I have a mailbox for my Real Estate business there, I get an email every time something comes in for me. Its always a happy vibe when you enter, even if we have to wear a mask ~ its always been a happy positive place. They have plenty to look at if you are waiting in line for a bit. Their selection of cards is EXCELLENT tons of cute affordable gifts.

I have been going here for all our small business needs for a few years now and they have always gone above and beyond! In recent years my family moved further away and yet I still drive across town to do all our shipping business here! The staff has always been very personable and helpful! My Mother in law used Class Mail & Business Center to mail a package to her granddaughter, my daughter, to an overseas military APO. She had them package it & then it was sent USPS. She called me afterwards because her 24 lb package was $314. I told her that was 3 times what I paid for a 36 lb package I sent directly from my local post office., I paid $117.82. We both used priority, I asked if she got a detailed receipt of her charges because it had to be an error. She did not, so she went back and asked the manager on duty if she could explain her charges. The manager said she could not & was extremely rude. My Mother in law finally was able to talk to the owner who did refund $150. Even with the refund still she was overcharged at $164 and no one apologized for over charging her nor did they ever produce what caused her charges to be so high in a form of a detail receipt. Also the time she had to spend dealing with Class Mail an Business Center to some what remedy THEIR ERROR was not worth the cost. I do not recommend Class Mail and Business Center. Use your local post office where you get a detailed receipt. Official UPS stores and FedEx give detailed receipts as well. The BBB always recommends to only use companies that can verify by detail receipt your charges.

Class Mail is a Class Act. I had to ship my boyfriend’s replacement contacts and a few other items he needed for work to his job in Galveston. They helped me with the package and worked with me on the cost to ship. They were helpful and friendly and I would highly recommend them for your shipping needs. Super nice staff and they also have some cute item to look at while you wait.

Use this place for all packages I mail for the last 2-3 years . My experience has always been positive. They show me the rates on the screen and suggest ways it could be cheaper. Is there an up charge for fast and efficient service ? Yep, there sure is, it is called a profit. I have no problem supporting small businesses that deliver great convenience and service.

This place has it all! From gifts, to printing services, to being able to meet all my mailing service needs as a small business owner.. and the customer service is top notch & you never have to wait in line like you do at the dreaded Lake Worth Post Office. The location is amazing & I love that it’s locally owned!

The people who work here are amazing. Always very friendly, always very polite and very personable. Anything from shipping a package to being able to scan something to an email. This outstanding business does it all.

Shipped a housewarming gift, when it arrived it was broken. Was never offered insurance and USPS doesn’t carry basic coverage - so went into the store to see what could be done .Was met with - our employees ALWAYS offer insurance, it looks like it was wrapped well, I didn’t help you on your original transaction ... no resolution, no apology ... just out the cost of the gift and shipping . This is my community shopping location- that I will no longer use .

Front office can be rude when asking questions not a warm atmosphere & no customer experience most likely they dont offer good customer service...

You have to be very careful about shipping from this location. They routinely find a way charge about double than what you should (as I find out after the fact)Much better off printing your own label and just dropping off.

I use this mailing center often. The service is friendly, and I much more prefer it to the post office. Ive mailed packages, letters, bought boxes, and theyve always been helpful with meeting my needs.

This store is way too expensive! I had my own label. She said because I wasnt purchasing shipping with them there was a small packing fee... when my total was over $13 for a box and no shipping fee.... I asked how much the box was and she said $4.75.... wow! That is not a small fee to me! Oh well!

Trying to send back wrong cpap equipment and they will not help at all and they are an Official FedEx service station and they will not print label and if I want to use them I have to pay for shipping and the company Im sending back to has already paid for shipping
