If you want to work for a company that relocates families, wrongfully terminates you, and then leaves you stranded in a town with NO work, then Vista is your place. Vista did just that. They neglected and even denied giving me a lung function test, or a chest x-ray, before relocating my family. They told the medical facility who evaluated me back in my home state, that I didnt need those tests, and that I wouldnt be IN the plant - and Ive got the medical company going on record to prove that Bonnie Harwell of Vista said just that. All of this in spite of the fact that Vista knew that I had severe asthma, as I explained this on the very first phone call. Also, after I moved, I found out from the other guys on the I.T. team, that they all had those tests before starting work.I moved my wife and kids to Granbury, Texas, to work around dangerous silica sand, and I began pushing heavily for a respirator after a month of not having one. When they finally gave me the lung function test, I couldnt pass it; they terminated me. At this point in time, I had already leased an apartment and bought furniture. By the way, the company didnt pay me back the money it took to relocate to Texas, even though it was written in my offer letter that they would. We spent the last bit of our savings to get out here.Not one time did Ben Keith (I.T. Director) or Chad Johnson (I.T. Manager), ever explain to me that I could or would be let go for not being able to pass a lung function test. Had that ever been explained to me, I would have refused to come out here without a lung function test and x-ray. They were hoping that I wouldnt push for one, as like I said, the other members of the team do not wear their masks.Bottom line, the I.T. team was willing to do anything they could to get me out here to do work for them, even denying me the tests I would eventually need. They didnt expect me to continue pushing so hard for a respirator after learning what kind of environment I would be working in and around. When I did, and couldnt pass, they figured I would be a liability. The rest of the I.T. Team rarely wear respirators, and they are destroying their lungs. They either dont realize it or they just dont care. All for money.My best advice is, dont go near this Plant.

This company has ruined my driving record yes I believe some is my fault but I do believe that if you want your company to be successful you give your employees the right equipment to do the job. On the driving test the first day the instructor to me to go down a no truck street I told him he said he it was ok. I got pulled over and got a ticket had to pay for that. Not even a month later the dispatching told me to follow another driver because they didn’t have a tablet for me to use to get to the plants so I followed this other driver he missed the turn and made a u turn so I followed I high centered and I had to call the police because I couldn’t move I didn’t damage the trailer or the tracker but I did receive two tickets one for and illegal turn and stoping traffics the company fired me for doing what I was told the other guy did not high center so he didn’t get fired. Yes it was my fault for going down the wrong way when I knew better and and it was my fault for making a u turn when I knew better but firing someone for something they was told to do was messed up.

A great place to work. Ownership truly cares about us employees and treats everyone like family.

This company is extremely deceptive and one of the worst companies Ive ever worked for. They do NOT care about your safety or well-being and that has been proven to be true.

I will be leaving this place very soon they are selfish and dont care about driver safety. I feel like I have to beg the company for work and the office staff are like adolescence when it comes to simply doing the right thing
