Getting too old to keep up. Wow 5 weeks to change a belt? Did it myself in 20 minutes. Guess if I am not buying a $800 mower my business aint good enough.

Worst repair service. Have taken my $500 toro mower to them 3 times. Twice i got it came back with the same problem it had to start with plus now with two more problems it didnt have. The third time not only did it come back with the same problem( not starting) i noticed it looked different. They gave me my mower back but completely stripped down. No key start or battery, an no drive system. Their nothing but crooks.

Place is a complete rip off. Do not take anything to be fixed. Theyll give it back still broke an charge you an outrageous amount for doing nothing. Ive been though this a couple of times with them.

Not happy!!! I read the reviews and trusted they would be a good company. I bought a used mower and put down half of the asking price if they would fix it up and call me. They called and said it was fixed. I picked it up and parked it for a week and went out to mow. One flat tire, battery wont start, smoke came out from belts underneath and still makes grinding noises when driven. They did not fix anything. Robbed me and Im sure they are smiling about it. Cannot recommend this shop.

I broke my husbands lawn mower. I went in there showed that lovely lady the part. She held it for a min and went back grabbed the part had the boys put it on and I was out of there. Less than 10 min. Absolutely amazing people! For less than what these other repair shops had me quoted for!!

Very poor service. Went in to drop off a lawnmower just for blade sharpening and belt adjustment. And the lawnmower is done I received a phone call saying it was completed their old 350 some odd dollars. I asked why they said well I need a new filters and gave me a laundry list of other things that needed to be fixed there is nothing wrong with the lawn more when I brought it in. Besides it needed new blades and the in the guide belt adjustedAnd the lady was questioning about that additional work she started swearing at me and told me that she take all the parts off and make it run like it used to again there is nothing wrong with that I have filed a complaint with the small business administration and I would never ever recommend this place to anybody

Rude Service, and makes the worst parts counters in town look good by comparison, They make mountains from molehills as everything, parts and sales and service, is ALL a huge blame game, very inefficient service as well and was actual asked to go buy that other brand elsewhere when She had the time to do a cross reference, Lazy and RUDE !!!
