My first time going in I had a problem with the washer it would just spin with no water but the worker was so helpful in was willing to give me a free rewash if needed. I like it in Ill be going back

I had to change out my clothes to a different washer and dryer but the staff is so nice and friendly it made up for the inconvenience... It was very clean and they have a bundle service that Ive used and it was exceptional.. everything folded and nothing damaged or washed wrong.

Good morning everyone I want to let everyone know this is by far my favorite laundromat to go to I really enjoy going because Ms Victoria is a wonderful manager she welcomes you in and keeps a very clean laundromat she is always on her feet cleaning behind everyone I enjoy coming here and everyone is done she tells them thank you I would definitely recommend her she is always kind to my grandson always thank you Ms Victoria for your service 😃

Laundry was my least favorite chore now that I come here that has changed. The staff here is amazing they make you feel at home. The machines wash your clothes with good hot water. The dryers do not leave those ugly dark stains. This laundromat maintains clean. Best laundromat I’ve been to

Its a very friendly place and love that is so close to other stores but the machines are just horrible they are full of powder soap in the dispensers and the water hardly ever flows right darn shame it seems like it would be more popular if they fix that I feel I still go home with my clothes dirty. Looks like I will be looking at other places.

The main lady that works there Victoria is an Awesome person she makes you feel comfortable and is always there to lend a helping hand. Her and her daughter Nicole do Amazing Bundle service and it’s the same day service I always get my clothes back clean and folded nice and organized. They both make an Awesome team! I recommend anyone to go there you won’t be disappointed!

If you value your life, avoid this place at all costs. I witnessed a customer harass & threaten the life of a young woman!! No security whatsoever, the worker Tori on sight simply said the owner Ronnie does not care about the paying customers safety (or it’s employees) he is only about money, not so great business practices. There is also a confirmed case of COVID-19 here and no sanitation or disinfectant cleaners are used besides fabuloso? Ewww gross! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Go down to the beautiful laundry mat on McCart by Kroger’s!

This a really good laundromat. I came and washed a lot of clothes and some how I forgot some of my blankets in a washer. I ended up leaving and realizing it that night. I was so sure they would be gone or thrown away. I called just to check the next day and they were still there. The owner is such a nice lady she had rewashed my blankets and dried them. She has the best customer service. She keeps the laundromat very clean. I would definitely use this laundromat aging!!!

New owners and the staff is very friendly and always there to help! The restrooms are clean, better machines, hot dryers, and the A/C is always running! Must better experience than my previous visits, I will definitely continue to come to this laundry mat!

The laundromat is under new management. The tables, chairs, floors, and most importantly the machines themselves have all been refurbished. Friendly, helpful staff who do maintenance and fix problems as soon as they arise.

Super compassionate understanding helpful & patient. I was very impressed and grateful for their service.

Its under new management and you can tell the difference. They are friendly ans getting cleaner than it was. And you cant beat their prices

The manager is complete trash! I washing my clothes, shorty after he approaches me telling me how I am not supposed to wash jeans with colors . I know this is true but they are my husbands dirty work shirt, he not I care how they come out as long as it is decent. At first I smiled, and kind of just went back to my game on my phone, looking up and he was still standing there looking at me shaking his head. I asked if there was a problem, and he went back to telling me about the shirts being mixed with the jeans. I let him know those are my husbands work shirts, him not I care, but if you do care I will bring them to you next time & you can wash them how you please he then goes to say Im not washing your stuff lady! Thats not my job this is where things got carried away, so I told him WELL THEN LEAVE ME ALONE ABOUT IT he said I could just take my stuff somewhere else for yelling, i told him that I had just started two loads & that I wasnt leaving without at least my money. He had the nerve to tell me oh wow, Ill give you your six dollars back from this moment he did a bunch a mumbling as giving me my money . I took my money and clothes, not only did I find somewhere that actually has working A/c but they are way cheaper & staff that doesnt care so much how you wash your husbands work shirts, the best part about it is they are only a block over so I did not have to drive to far.

Horrible service. Has last wash time posted on the door in clear letters, on the doors that are not in use. Walked in because I did not see the information and was immediately told that my clothes needed to be washed and dried in 15 minutes or he would call the police. I am 5 nothing with a one year old daughter with me. What could I have possibly dont walking in the door that made him feel the need to call the police?

In need of maintenance on quite a few washers, parking lot could use some work.

This laundry is way sooo dirty and the dryer maching dont even dry the clothes too much money waisted, the restroom stink and to finished the owner smoke in there and get mad if your kids scream.
