They didnt clean any silver outside of jewelry..but he told me what to go buy me, and it worked beautifully.

I just picked up my wedding ring today, after having to get a crack in the band fixed. SJR did a great job on it, did it fast, and had it polished up to look like a brand new ring. Previously, they fixed another ring where the head had broken off. Very honest folks!

I have been doing business with them for years and previously had my necklace repaired. They always did a great job. However, went back to get a battery for my watch and the lady was too busy doing paperwork instead of helping me. Waited 15 minutes and finally left. Sad.

Its rare to find a business that truly feels like they exist primarily for their customers, but even rarer to find a place where everyone is good at what they do, and loves to do what theyre good at. Ive been married for 38 years. It wasnt just some plastic ring out of a crackerjack box I had them fix. Not only was the job itself stellar, but they gave me an awesome little homemade (!) bag to put it in.

Nicest people and best prices! I got new batteries for 3 of my watches and it was very inexpensive. Then later I went to the jewelry store at the mall to ask them to switch the pendants between 2 gold necklaces and they told me it would be $45. I came here and they did it in less than 5 minutes for free!!

I have been doing business with Specialist Jewelry Clinic for twenty years. They did some custom work for me (I drew out the design for a ring on a napkin and they turned my doodle into something beautiful) and I have bought several things from their inventory. They did a custom rework of my sisters wedding ring that was less than half the cost of the quote they received in Houston. Just today I picked up some ear rings purchased in Praha that they remade for me. I am thrilled. And they are very nice people.

Cant speak to the level of craftsmanship here, cos I wouldnt bring a broken watch in to fix if I was on fire, the blonde lady that works here...or owns it, whatever, is the rudest, most obnoxious woman I have ever come across. Keep her in the back of the store if you wish to have repeat business.Damn.

Will not use ever again. I brought in a 10 carat hoop ear ring. wire had broken off to be repair / replaced needed to be solder I was told it could be fix with a 10 carat gold wire .the repair was done but with a regular metal wire . I cant wear metal wire in my ear .My ear broke out with a rash . THANKS
