They advertise low prices but when you get there and get nickel and dimed for a everything you need...its a joke! And the intro offer ends in a year, so you actually end up paying more! Beware. My 81 y/o mother is getting taken at $160/month for basic services and slow internet!

Poor experience with representative here. Chose to walk out. Asked his first name and he would not say and waved me off. Had a lengthy discussion with Spectrum about the location and will be getting a follow up. Hope things improve, but personally will not return to this store. Had a great experience 15 minutes later at the store on Road to Six Flags.

Return the 2 cable boxes I never used. Apartment complex I lived at requires all residents to have Spectrum cable and Internet. Nice, friendly service. In and out in less than 10 minutes.

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. The “assistant manager” Tony and the other female employee working there have some of the WORST customer service i’ve ever experienced. Not to mention the fact that they messed up on my return, so i had to travel back here twice in one day, and when i walked in, another customer was arguing with both employees about how rude and not helpful they were. Glad I never have to come back to Spectrum again.

I went to drop of my DVRs because I discontinued my sevices. The female store manager said she couldnt take their equipment back or scan it in unless I put on a mask. I informed her that I wouldnt be doing that because I have respiratory issues and I just wanted to drop this off and leave. But, she continued to insist even though Ive dropped equipment off at this same location in the same manner. . At that point I put their equipment on a desk and left. Disrespectful!!

This place is a joke, i went in today to look at a tablet and iphone 12. The lady helping me didnt know anything and was rude. She basically referred me online for everything.So basically unless you know exactly what you want you better do your own research because these people arent tech savy.

1st time in this location. Friendly customer service. The location was nice and clean. I gave 4 starts because I had an appointment but the terminal wasnt working for me to submit my appointment #. I had to wait as they were serving others and others with an appointment was seen before me that came behind me 😟

After moving into the (Zip Code: 76120) area, I was told by a Spectrum representative over the phone that my address was serviceable. After taking personal time waiting for two service technicians and five customer service phone representatives over the course of 20 days, I was unable to get internet service. It took 20 days for a Spectrum representative (Construction Technician), to inform me that my address wasnt in their service area; thats 20 days during a pandemic that I went without internet because of employee negligence. Since I never actually used Spectrum services, but had a terrible experience as a customer they get a 2/5 stars would not recommend.

Horrible service, watched the guy in store (Juan Sanchez) argue with their own customer service because apparently neither one of them could remove my DVR box and add cloud DVR. I had to leave confused as to what to do now so I called and canceled my service.

I came in on Saturday 10/28 to get internet service for my home. Honestly, it was a such a easy process!! I had a AWESOME employee by the name Richard help me. I will most definitely recommend coming to this location and this company! They are the best. Keep up the great work Richard!

I’m not a spectrum customer and after the poor service I received in the store off of Eastchase and I30, I never will be. I came into the store with my son to ask if they offered portable hotspot service. Before I could ever ask a question the lady said “sign in.” I didn’t mind doing that but there were only 3 people in the store and she was free. Finally I spoke up after waiting 10 min and asked her if they carried what I was looking for. She said “no” with the driest attitude ever. My son and I quickly left. After that experience, I would never want to be a spectrum customer.

Robert and Taytenna went above and beyond to help me figure out why my At&t Galaxy S8 would not work when switching from Metro to Spectrum. Come to find out even though the phone has been paid off for years now and is originally bought from At&t and I was using Metro as my cell provider when I went to switch to Spectrum, Metro locked the phone which is pretty messed up considering it is not even their property. Thank you Robert and Taytenna.

What ever you do dont use spectrum worst internet i have EVER Owned. It constantly goes out for no reason and then it has giant spikes of good and bad service. Literally i did an internet speed test the first test was good at 160 download speed then i immediately did another test and it was .02 then 240 then 4. its insanity. and its not just from the pandemic with allot more people online all the time this has always happenedand The website i hate because for some reason i can never login even thou i do put in the correct password. I have been forced to change my password three times. why???? none of my friends will own it if i can help it and i will soon be switching.

It was difficult to learn that Spectrum mobile service was a stand alone venture not associated with Spectrum/Charter. I was hoping I could bundle my 4 mobile lines, internet and TV all into one acct. Not offered as of today, shame

You are billing me Over $400 for two weeks service. Stop immediately or face the judicial and social consequences. I was told yesterday you would remove all the unauthorized charges you added to my account. Ill pay you the $79 for internet. NO MORE!. I signed up for the silver #119 per month with free installation. The $119 turned into $248 after fees and taxes. Shame shame Shame Spectrum.
