5/4/21, I texted SR1 I had a roof leak. Insurance said it was a skylight leak from the roof not being properly installed around the skylight. Roof under warranty. 5/11,Trevor caulked dome of the skylight, not flashing. Leak continued. For the next 18 weeks, SR1 and I went back and forth on who was responsible. 7/27 Carlos, the man who installed the roof for SR1, caulked where the agent said to caulk. Leak stopped. Carlos said it was a temp fix and it would be about $1000 to fix properly. I had a skylight expert come out on 8/8 and made a video of him explaining the problem, sent to SR1. Nothing else done to roof. From 8/20/21 to 9/10/21 SR1 sent 3 different people to fix the water damage to kitchen ceiling (11 hours of unprofessional work) - it looks terrible. If SR1 had done what agent said needed to be done in the first place, kitchen ceiling wouldnt have needed to be fixed. As it is, this has been going on for over 18 weeks. I have texts between Tammie and myself and Trevor and myself, videos and pictures and will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

There are not enough stars here for SR1! Kevin was very responsive to our needs to get the roof repaired quickly as our house was sold and the new buyers were getting ready to move in. From the inspection, to insurance, and completion of roof it was 7 days. Kevin was on the job site all day, making sure that roof trash and nails were collected. This was not our first connect with them either - small repair founded builder defect that saved us too. Great company to deal with and highly recommended! Thanks Trevor and Kevin!

SR1 practically replaced all the roofs in my neighborhood so I decided to use them for my roof after a previous company did a poor job 3 years ago. I had a bad leak going into my garage, and Kevin was responsive and got me taken care of right away. They replaced my roof, and fixed my damaged drywall in the garage. The service was great, and Id recommend them to anyone that needs their roof repaired.

They came out said they can fix a leak. Charged 1800$ and the next week it leaked in the same exact spots and the owner told me they will not come fix it and wanted to charge more and not warranty it. And the owner told me to go away and use some one else. I ended up having to have classic roofing come out and fix it with no problem and they warranty Their work. SR1 Roofing has been outstanding and gone above and beyond to help me through replacing my roof and explaining every process along the way and making it as black and white (first time roof replacer) as possible. I have to give a shoutout to Kevin Gage as hes been here 100% of the time and kept in constant communication with me (in the good way, not the annoying way). From the first time we met Martin Perales we were so at ease with everything. He was very professional and extremely efficient and left no questions unanswered. Unlike the fly by night roofing companies out there that put all their effort in to maximizing their profits, SR1 puts that effort into their customers and making sure they get the highest quality materials at the best price and installed right the first time. From the moment I contacted the company they were professional and extremely efficient and left no questions unanswered. Had my roof replaced due to hail damage and couldnt be happier with SR1 Roofing and project manager John Martinez. He handled everything from the initial roof inspection to project completion. John also expedited the gutter and facia replacement as well as the painting and staining. Roof took one day and entire project was completed in about 3 days.
