They had our truck fora long long time. We knew it would be--all good there--but new transmission and exhaust and other rando things done--super nice people and so far absolutely no complaints on the repairs!! Just moved to the area and thrilled to find a good diesel mechanic!

Mark and diesel works always take good care of me. I’ve known mark for a while. His guys are all extremely nice, and they do good work. I use Diesel Works for all my diesel truck repairs for my business. I recently took my truck in to his shop for some repairs and he noticed something leaking from its last trip in, the guys took care of it with no questions asked. Highly recommended and honest company. They stand behind their work and have great customer service.

Best experience ever hands down. Would recommend diesel works to my own family and friends. Came in dropped my truck off with a humming noise an 3 days later they got my truck done ready to go even when parts were unavailable they still found them. Even when there own road was about to be asphalted an paved they made sure to do a great job an get my truck in next door parking. All so I can pick it up in time. They were professional and courteous from the onset. Very well organized and kept in contact during the week leading up to the appointment to have my 2018 F250 leveled with a kit. I forgot to mention to check my brakes, however they noticed the front pads needed to be replaced and called to see if they could do them while they were working in the area. Very honest garage.

I was recently in Fort Worth for a horse show. Three days before we were supposed to haul 16 hours home, my truck experienced a check engine light and some throttle control symptoms. On very short notice they were able to get my truck in for diagnosis and repairs. I was still able to keep on schedule for travel home and safely hauled my 4 horses with confidence that the truck wouldnt leave me stranded on the side of the road. I wish we had a shop with this type of experience and service close to my hometown. Really great experience with these professionals! I thought that the costs were also very reasonable for the repairs.

Best shop in Texas by far! Mark really knows his trucks and the staff is the best! 6.0 Powerstroke had a crank no start, mark found the issue in minutes! Had it fixed and got my truck back to me ASAP!

Expectations not met. Was told when I brought my truck in it would be done in a week. Finally got it back 36 days later. Was told repair would cost $2k. I was charged $5k+. Was told when I brought my truck in that discounts were available for first responders, military, LTC, etc. Not true. I don believe that Mark and Chris, the owners, talk to each other. Mark told me everything when I brought my truck in but Chris is the one that called weekly to tell me how much everything was going to cost. I asked that all the parts being replaced be given to me when I picked up the truck. No parts found. Huge regret. Waiting to see if my truck is fixed. Time will tell. I was referred to these guys by a neighbor. After telling him what happened he said he wont use them again. Two customers lost. Customer beware. Youll likely have better luck and treatment elsewhere.

As a first time customer, I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff at Diesel works! I dumped 5 gallons of DEF fluid in my tank, and they didn’t waste any time working on my truck and getting it back on the road. They did a great job!

Diesel works did a excellent job at rebuilding the differential in my 2013 Tahoe. Another shop told me just my bearing were worn out but upon further inspection my ring and pinion was damaged. I’m so glad they caught this before I had more issues down the road!

I called Diesel works at 8 am to ask when the best next available date to bring one of my fleet vehicles a 2016 ford Transit 350 in for a coolant flush and new brakes.I was told that they would be able to get to it today so i drooped it off at around 11 am. They called numerous times to update me on the progress,findings and recommended repairs before proceeding which i really appreciated.The customer service is top notch. As a Plumber,quick turnarounds on vehicle maintenance is crucial as when the service truck is down it cant generate any revenue.The mechanics flushed my radiator, replaced all the coolant, replaced all brake pads and the rotors on the back as well.The job took about 5 hours to complete and i was able to pick it back up by closing time the same day. The repairs totaled just under 1100.00 and im extremely satisfied with their work and service.As a service plumber i can fix almost anything but i let the professionals do what they do to my vehicles !!

I took my truck in to have the hubs, CV axles and a wheel alignment done, they had the hubs and CV axles done the same day. Went back for wheel alignment today and they did an awesome job, truck handles like it did when it was new. I highly recommend this shop.

I came in for a water pump replacement, turbo cleaning, and fuel sender boot replacement on my 6.0 Powerstroke and its drives like a dream again! It’s always a daunting experience trying to find a reliable mechanic. We’ve been to this location three times so far and they seem to be fair in price and are honest. We had work done on my husbands truck and the part failed 4 months later. We brought the truck back in they identified the manufacturer did not install it correctly and quickly took care of the problem with no charge. We will continue to go back.

I brought my f350 to Mark for an oil cooler replacement. His quoted price was more than $1000 less than others. He found the turbos were shot as well. I am not surprised since I have a 2008 6.4. Their parts prices were a little higher than what I expected on the turbo but Mark was very, very fair on the labor. I had a exhaust leak after the turbo install. Mark correctly diagnosed it and fixed in quickly and reasonably. I would highly recommend Marc and his team at Diesel Works.

Pros: Quality work, knowledgeable about products they were selling, & work was completed in a reasonable amount of time.Cons (and reason for the two star):- Had to discuss multiple times what work was going to be completed on the truck, felt like they didnt keep track of what truck was get what work done to it.- Due to the above issue, I did not end up getting installed what i had paid for. (Muffler was not installed on the aftermarket exhaust as requested, the truck was left in a different tune setting than requested upon delivery, stock exhaust system was hacked up haphazardly instead of disassembled as discussed)Would not take my truck there again for diesel repair work and will not be recommending them to any of my friends or co-workers.

Mark and Ace are worth their weight in DIESEL! (Gold) think 2006 prices.. This team (MECHANICS INCLUDED) has been able to do what other shops have not been able to do. My truck was in a coma, close to the edge of eternal sleep according to other shops, these guys not only brought her back but made her STRONG A. F! The bill was Stiff but worth every cent! You get what you pay for, this team works for a living and they prove it daily.

I took my 7.3 powerstroke to other guys and nun . I brought it to these guys and in less then a month they fixed it also brought my LBZ duramax here they fixed it in a flash thing runs A1 pulling 22k everydayHighly recommend this guys great customer service also .

Had an extremely bad exhaust leak on my truck to the point where i was driving with my windows open in this cold weather. I had to find somewhere fast to repair my truck as this is my only vehicle. Being a single mom with a little one in the back seat, Mark explained the dangers of my situation. He advised me to head to his shop as soon as possible. Mark gave me a reasonable quote and the parts would be delivered the following day. I was without my vehicle for a few days but it was worth the wait. I will absolutely recommend this shop to everyone i know.

Excellent service, had my oil changed and it was fast! we decided to go ahead and do fuel filters and they already had them in stock. most places you have to wait for the zone to deliver them. we discussed some improvements to make to my truck and i cant wait to go back and improve my fuel mileage.

If you Value your life DO NOT let these guys work on your vehicle. I took my diesel there to have the steering gearbox replaced and the transfer case. For starters they were ridiculously overpriced. I wound up running my own parts and found my own transfer case (fully remanufactured and warrantied) so that I could save $700 off of what Marc wanted to charge me for the same rebuilt transfer case.Also, after they turn my truck out with the steering gear box replaced I found that the tie rod end where it connects to the pitman arm was left completely loose. Had this not been discovered I would most likely have had a complete steering failure while in motion which could have led to deadly consequences.Please take this to heart and find a reputable mechanic and do not put your life in these guys hands.

Mark spent time with me going over the complete scope of work for the repairs. After I left, they communicated with me about how long it would take to finish the job. Great Shop! I brought my truck here not knowing anything about the issue, and Mark took the time to explain to me in detail the issues on my truck, and took very good care of me. Highly recommend.

Had to wait for a salesperson for over 20 minutes and he let me know that the best way to start saving milage on my diesel would cost somewhere between $2800 - $3200. The salesman did not offer any starter options or anything of that nature and seemed to want to get rid of me so he could go back to doing whatever he was doing.

Diesel Works is FAR superior to all the other diesel shops in the metroplex. Mark is honest, outgoing, FAIR, and the work that comes out of Diesel Works is impeccable. I was quoted $2K just to pull the heads off of my 86 F-350 at another shop. Not including diagnosis, new heads, gaskets, and the labor of putting it all back together (another easy $1.5-$2K). All in all I paid a bill FAR cheaper than 3 other reputable shops had quoted. Diesel Works always sought consent before they did any work that needed to be done or preventative measures, and explained every step along the way. No surprises. Diesel Works will continue to have my business in the future!

I used to tow trucks in for them to work on. I was with three different towing companys during that six year span. Diesel works is the only shop in my 6 years of towing I have never towed a customers car truck or 18 wheeler away from there mark will fix it if he doesnt know how he will learn how smart man but the only real reason besides the exelent work fair prices and honest employees is his sister the receptionist. Sorry mark shes hot and fair warning to everyone. Mark is a very protective brother lol think she may have gotten married by now but had to post this review from BLUE
