These guys are amazing. I have a 1995 Mitsubishi Jeep with a 4 cylinder turbo diesel and even though they dont sell Mitsubishi parts they were able to find a comparable part in an Isuzu that fits exact. Nobody else was willing to help me except for these guys

Very disappointed with the way our warranty work was handled for our truck. The vehicle having warranty and for them to say that they need maintenance records to honor warranty is just a joke! We do maintenance in house and provided records and then said the idle hours plus PTO hours combined equal an additional 139,895 engine hours and if you added these miles plus our vehicle miles our vehicle had 253,508 miles and wont be able to honor warranty for engine work REALLY!!! The odometer at the time read 120,303 how is this possible! An owner of a truck is suppose to know this come on. When you buy a truck with warranty it should be covered. The supposed reason reason they didnt want to cover the engine was due to lack of maintenance according to HINO. I will be contacting HINO corporate and Better Business Bureau. Stated that using non Hino parts and oil require oil changes sooner and this is just nonsense. The truck was at their lot for almost a month. We finally agreed to the $4,500 plus to repair engine since nothing could be done to get some warranty done. The HINO rep goes on to say alert has been put on this vehicle and warranty has been notified and if we decide to pay the bill then they would update warranty. The truck was already loosing money being parked. When I went to pay the bill they did not take the check saying they did not take checks from us. When I asked Lucio that Ive paid with checks before he went to the back I assume to ask his manager and came back saying they dont take checks above $1,500. I then asked him that Ive used checks to pay high amounts and just said they wont take checks. Not sure why they didnt want to take checks since they always take checks and I can prove that! Especially high amounts and being a long time customer Id expect better. We will never use industrial power again just feel that they left us in the dark on this one very disappointed! Need better management at least to post whatever methods of payment are accepted is a start!
We have bought three trucks from these guys, always get great service. The latest truck is a 2021 Isuzu 26 foot box truck. Love it!!!! It will soon be going to our new Austin branch.

I have found the Ultimate Service Team for my 2019 Isuzu truck. I brought it in for its first service and were greeted immediately by Taryn and Chad. My scheduled appointment was at 9 am and Chad called me at 11:15 am telling me the service had been completed. The whole service process was easy and professional. Great job guys!!

I had what to me was an emergency with my roll up door . I called and Eli told me to bring in and would look at it. I did and all I can say is WOW!I havent experienced such a level of great customer service in a very long time. These days it is rare. They started on my truck as soon as I arrived and with 2 hours I was rolling again. These guys are the best!! Ive had them service now three motorhomes. They do what needs to be done, tells me if they see anything additional, and only recommend what really needs to be done. Sometimes theyve recommended not doing something or delaying it. They dont try to up sell you, and do as much as possible under existing warranties. Prices are very competitive. They will have my service business for years to come!!

I brought in my Hino 195 for my 30k service. I was greeted by two friendly staff members but Chad was my service advisor. I waited in the lounge area which was located outside ( due to covid19 and social distancing ). However, the staff checked on me and provided water. When my truck was completed, Chad gave me my keys and the final invoice. I asked him why there was no charge. He stated that my truck was still under the Hinocare 2 year 60k miles free service. I was shocked, the other dealership never informed me of this coverage and had charged me the 2 previous times. I appreciate the honesty and great service here at Fort Worth Industrial Power. I will be back!
I didnt read all the reviews by for a couple of bad reviews and 1 customer complained that he was never notified that his truck was ready, I find that hard to believe when I bring my truck in for service I get an email that my truck is checked in and I follow up myself throughout the day to see whats going on and I get an email telling me my truck is ready. Ive had some major work done there body work, a new liftgate fixed my air conditioning, alignment etc. But lets be honest nothing is perfect and maybe occasionally they have a bad day!
Purchased a used flatbed truck. When we went to sign papers and pick up the truck they rolled out the red carpet with a full your of their facilities and introduced us the the owner and many other people. Best after sell job I have ever witnessed!
People were very nice. That part We have no issue with.We bought an NPR sight unseen except pictures and the confidence form them that is was a good truck. (We are half way across the country and this was a special body type of NPR)We get it delivered and there was a ton of things wrong with it. And not from the drive to us. These were thing missed or overlooked at there shop.We took it right away to our local Isuzu shop and it needed over $13000. In repairs.Once again for things they should of easily of seen.Thank The Lord we bought a warranty so all was covered except @$1100. Defiantly not an additional $1100 we needed to spend nor should of for their oversights.We did reach out to see if they would like to make things right and take care of the additional costs and we have not heard from them since. This was disappointingSo nice enough people, sure.Watching out for their would be long term customer. NOT SO MUCH.
Great experience with my 40 foot motor home RV repair. The Manager Greg, of the repair shop was very knowledgeable and offered a reasonable quotation. The work was timely and of good quality. I would not hesitate to refer any FMCA or RV owner to us this facility for RV repairs. I was impressed with the equipment they used and their professionalism. They have a huge climate controlled paint room that would work for any Large RV or truck. They even called later to follow up with my opinion of the repairs. I have since referred this shop to others.
Had a simple recall program update for my RV Coachs Allison Transmission. Friendly, and had the work completed on time. RV was protected from the typical kinds of service dirt and grime... Plastic mats. I will go back there for future work as needed.

Ordered a part for my work truck, and paid for it, took a week or so to get the part. They called me when the part came in. I show up to get the part and the parts guy was busy with a customer. After I was standing in the lobby for 10 to 15 minutes a man came thru one of the doors and asked if he could help me, I said yes, I have a part to pick up. And he said he was service I had to wait for the parts guy. After I said, I have my receipt I would just like my money back then he was like oh oh ok, he walked over to the parts counter, found my part handed it to me. Took less than 30 seconds. Why did I have to threaten a refund to get this man in action. This was my first and last with this place.

I’m not a fan of Hino trucks (the company does not stand behind their customer or product) BUT I am very impressed with IP Power who when I had an issue with one of our trucks and Hino would not stand behind their product the owner personally called me and offered to fix the truck for parts at dealer cost AND discounted labor. This is how you run a business! Hino should take a lesson from this dealer!Thank you IP Truck! You have a customer for life!
Our lift on our box truck broke while in Little Elm on a job and after finally getting raised up we took it Industrial Power Equipment...They knew we were in a jam and Craig said theyd take a look at it. We left to grab lunch and by the time we got back, his team fixed solenoid. We are so grateful for their help and we can get back on the road to service our customers. We definitely recommend them and they will be our first stop in the future for our box truck issues.
Bought a truck. Sales man said should be good for another 200k miles. I understand some issues. Here we are putting in an engine. Ive spent over 20k dollars on this truck since Ive had it. Never once have they offer to help with discounts on repairs or such and my sales guy wasnt much herlp either. I feel like he got the sale & im no longer his problem. I do appreciate the kindness of the sevice dept. Very friendly.
Had an oops moment with my 40 foot motorhome. As I chose to pay for the repairs, I obtained quotations. I chose Craigs team at Industrial Power Inc bodyshop to repair the damage as they have the materials and the required paint booth to properly paint a large vehicle. The repair turned out very well as the rig looks like it is new and all the doors and things work well. Because of the high quality of service and repair I would recommend the Industrial Power body shop to anyone needing motorhome and truck repairs. Thank you for a job well done.
Had a really bad experience with the service offered. Took my truck to get fixed but no good, went back several times to a point the shop manager told me he didnt know what was wrong. I still feel cheated.
Theyve got some real management problems. My truck was repaired 3-4 weeks ago. Im spending $960 a week for a rental and they did not let me know the work was completed. I had to become unprofessional to get answers.
