I attended the Employment Solutions Program which includes career and financial training and got so much out of it! I would highly recommend it for anyone even if you think you have plenty of experience and have all the knowledge from being in the job market a long time like I did. Theres so much more to learn and I wish Id done this a long time ago. The teachers are fantastic. I looked forward to coming to class every day.

I personally haven’t been, but I called just now to ask about their program, and the person who answered the phone went so above and beyond for me I wish I would’ve asked their name so I could mention them personally. They gave me other phone numbers to call and were genuinely concerned for me, a stranger they’d never even met, and said if those didn’t work out to call back and they would help more. Other counseling centers’ front staff seemed more interested in getting me off the phone as fast as possible. If the rest of the facility is as kind and helpful as the person answering phones, it deserves five stars.

I get one-on-one therapy here and I love my therapist shes like a mom to me LOL

Wonderful resource for both women AND men. Dont let the name fool you. No one who needs their services will be turned away.

Counseling services are on Pointe. Job search classes available. Need a coke machine or offer free coffee would be perfect.

Amazing people amazing experience they helped me more than they will ever know Miss Tammy was so caring and thoughtful,amazing I can not put what she did for me and my family into words you Miss Tammy are amazing and the Womens Center I feel helps people that are looking for help and they real care about your success got calls 2 years after I left. Great councilers who give help in ways I didnt know were possible

First time here today, the ladies seem really nice. Well be coming for the next year so well see. I dont get a bad feeling but the receptionist is very rude and cuts you off while youre talking. She doesnt great you & Im sitting here in the lobby while shes answering phones & she doesnt even say bye just hangs up. I think in a place like this you need the sweetest most welcoming people from the time you walk in & walk out. Not pleased with her at all. But other than that everyone of the ladies seem very sweet & nice.

Very professional staff. They truly care about their clients and are working tirelessly to belp eradicate poverty and unemployment in surrounding areas. Applause and prayers to this staff of educated men and women😍😄😄

What they do here is amazing! Im finally getting the therapy I needed and for free which was one of the many reasons why I didnt get therapy.

This Center is doing great work with victims of violence.A word of caution would be to carefully consider jobs offered there and dont take one of those super low paying jobs that can be presented to patrons of the Center like I did. I wound up languishing till I lost 2.5 years of my worklife in a low-paying, dead end role.

This new center is fantastic. I love my counselor and feel welcome by every therapist and other staff members. The buildings interior is so peaceful and calm and youre always welcomed with a smile.

What a wonderful contribution this organization provides to Fort Worth. Absolutely beautiful people.

They offered a course to train women who were victims of some crime or another. Turns out they wanted several hundred dollars to do it. It was a sales pitch not help.

Ive been trying to get a hold of anybody here and its impossible. I was suppose to have my first session and I called to reschedule because of a migraine since I could not drive. I never heard back from the counselor, or anyone. Ive left many voicemails, talked to rude receptionists, and still no call backs. I waited months to even get in. It is beyond frustrating needing help and being treated like a nobody. This is why women are afraid to get help because of situations like this.Beware of this place! Horrible lack of communication and rude receptionists.

Getting to the entrance was difficult from parking lot. One side says deliveries only the other employees only. Parked on delivery side had to walk to middle of building to find entrance
