The unthinkable happened at my mothers home. Aftermath was nothing short of the definition of professional. They were empathetic and kind. They explained everything from start to finish and did not skip a single detail. They came on Easter Sunday and took time from their family to help my family clean up after something tragic. The crew was quick, efficient, and didn’t leave a trace. I would hope no one has to live through what we did but if you need clean up, you want this company. Someone broke into our home, and while there was not a huge amount of biomaterial leftover, Jonathon Newsom and his crew arrived promptly that same day and thoughtfully addressed my concerns. He thoroughly walked me through the process, from the actual cleaning methodology through how billing through my insurance would work. After agreeing with their assessment, the crew quickly got to work and meticulously removed every last trace of the burglar. My fiancé and I recently had to experience an absolute nightmare in our own home. The Aftermath team, led by Malachi, was a God send in a terrible situation. They were there the very next morning bright and early, they were courteous, professional and efficient. They allowed us to be present while they worked (we had a lot to do ourselves) and made absolutely certain everything was to our standards. They even took the insurance burden off us by working directly with our carrier. Aftermath was amazing and we cannot thank them enough. Our dad passed away and left me and my sister a house that was an unlivable biohazard and we did not know what to do or even where to start. They came out as soon as we called which happened to be late at night by the time they arrived and we couldn’t believe they were able to help that late, but they did. Michael and his crew were very professional, compassionate and knowledgeable as well as gracious. We had to travel from Oklahoma to Texas and was only there for a week and they were able to clean the entire house out within a couple days. They let us use their items, helped bring the cost down when homeowner’s insurance wouldn’t cover the original claim, offered condolences about our dad and even took care of the remaining balance after what the insurance did cover which helped our out of pocket expenses tremendously. We will recommend Aftermath to everyone we can. Thank you for all that you do. This is a hard job that takes special people and shows that there are still good people in the world.
