My hard drive broke and I thought it needed to be repaired. PC Repair Network answered my call immediately and informed me that I could easily buy the repair part myself and install it with minimal experience. They walked me through it over the phone. They sent me the link to Best Buy for the part. All of this free of charge. Thank you PC Repair for being honest during a time where everyone is hurting for business.

I am in Fort Worth but I feel I should leave a review at all locations because it is the same person running all shops. These locations however seem to be sketchy but that’s okay because this review isn’t. A pc repair technician picked up my laptop on April 27, 2020 because I thought it might have gotten a little water on it. It was sitting on my desk and was working fine but when I came back, I came back to the blue screen of death. There was a quarter size puddle of water underneath and none on top. So I wasn’t sure what happened. Anyway I was told on the 29 the of April that it wasn’t looking good, but he couldn’t get it open because a screw was stripped. Well my technician had a heart attack and it was given to another technician...i wasn’t aware of this at the time. I made several attempts to check on my laptop and was told that it was in Dallas and should be back soon.Called again and was told they would call when it came back, no call. I called back and was told that I would have to contact the technician because he didn’t know where it was. I was given the wrong number. However through another customer’s complaint I received the correct number. When I called I was told he did not know of the owner or of pc repair network, however I saw correspondence between him and that other customer, which made him a liar. But the owner has been avoiding my phone calls, texts and emails. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and contacted the authorities. I will not give up on my laptop, they cannot get away with treating people this way.

Darrell worked on my computer and repaired several viruses that had infected it. I was using other programs to clean the viruses and they were not working. The new COMODO that he uses helped to clean the computer and it runs great. Darrell will be at your door on time and he is very reliable.

They are mobile this is not their location. Guy said he would drive to your house for a fee. They are not based in Lake Worth Wrong location = 1 star

Could not be happier with this business. Every time I have had a PC problem and call they took care of it very quickly and explained what the problem was and how I could prevent a recurrence. I wouldnt ever consider using anyone else.
