Nice, clean, and fast. Not the best customer service, but not the worst. Would help if they smiled of acted like they were happy to be receiving your money, but hey...if probably wouldnt smile at people all day asking me go clean and iron their shirts and pants either so, I still recommend them. The service is fast and good.
They lost a pair of my work pants turned in for hemming the leg length and cleaning/pressing. I recommend find somewhere else. There is another across the street that so far no issues that I should have used Woodland was a block closer.
I have been bringing my uniform pilot shirts(and everything else that needed professional cleaning) here for years... Maybe 10 years. Previous owners always greeted me by first name. Shirts were always perfectly starched and cheep... Just under $2. A couple of weeks ago, I took two shirts in and the charge was nearly $9. I told the girl that there must be a mistake. She said that another clerk entered it into the computer and that she couldnt change it. Because of my history here, I let it go and paid the $9. I took 4 uniform shirts in today and addressed my concern about the last time, being overcharged. I will as told that it was a new rule. Anything where the majority composition is not cotton, then they are considered Dress shirts and are charged the new rate. I left two shirts because of my timeline, kept two and am now shopping for a new cleaner. I would recommend going elsewhere... I will be. What a shame.
The only reason I will give a 3 is because the owner (husband) is very respectful and they do quality work. The other owner (wife) has respectful vernacular but talks down to you. Do not go here if youre expecting normal, fast/expedient turnaround time getting your clothing back. Dropped off early Monday morning and told them I wanted back Wednesday, Thursday at latest. Went in Wednesday, was told tomorrow (Thursday). Went in Thurs and was told by the wife,No, It will be tomorrow (Friday) no earlier than 5. You were given a ticket that said Friday and I know he explained to you that we are very busy! She then showed me THEIR ticket and continued to argue with me...1) NO, I was not told they were busy as I spoke with her husband!2) I did NOT receive a ticket with our agreed date3)She changed the drop off AND pickup date on her ticket, to Tuesday and Friday after 5.4) None of the other peoples bags of clothing were there with mine. Mine stayed in the back of the line!I wouldnt be as pissed as I am if she wouldnt have been so disrespectful and told me what my conversation consisted of when she was nowhere around! And tell me I received something when I did not.I picked up my clothing and took to different cleaners because I am a man of principles and do not want to support the disrespect.
This dry cleaner does a great job. Friendly and helpful family that will go above and beyond to make customers happy. Good prices and excellent customer service. Clothes come out fresh and clean and every time.
Lost item ZERO effort to find. If you lose your ticket beware they do not have the capability to find your item. My fault I lost the ticket, I understand. Their ZERO effort in even attempting to find my item, that is the part the really upsets me. It is however, 2017 with all the computers and such you think people would be capable of keeping better records. This is not one of those places, They are lost in time somewhere around the 50s with little or no organizational skills.
DO NOTTTT use this cleaners. They lost 2 shirts and 1 pair of shorts. This facility is just a pick up and drop. Never ever use this type of cleaners. All valued st exactly $260.00 before tax. They never call back neither does the owners. They are in hiding. FYI if you do use them keep your receipt for proof. I didn’t. I use the REEMO CLEANERS LOCATED IN KROGER SHOPPING CENTER ACROSS THE STREET FROM THEM! They email you when it’s time to pick up stuff and they do cleaning in house. Use them!!! 300% better!!!
Horrible dry cleaning service. I’ve never experienced such poor service such as I did with them. They took too long and they lost the 11 items we initially took in, it took them until Monday to find them. When returned, one item was still missing. our clothes were not cleaned or pressed very well. And they charged us higher prices for two of the items. Took my clothes in on Wednesday. Still looking for one item on Tuesday. I’m completely shocked at how they are aloof to this situation. I can’t trust them with my clothes, can’t trust they will be done when expected, no follow up as they promised, “oh well” attitude makes it that much worse!
Their work is shoddy at best. After getting wrinkled shirts back three times in the same month and pointing it out to the owner right in the store, he told me you go somewhere else. All you do is complain. I said, I dont want to complain but dont you see the creases on this shirt here? And thats my fault. He said, you go somewhere else. dont come back. Yep, thats how they handle a very polite customer complaint. I was flabbergasted.The people who work there never smile almost never say Thank You. They are so cheap, they refuse to turn on their air conditioning... ever so if its 105 outside its 105 inside. I feel sorry for the people working in the back around all that hot machinery.Avoid!
I was charged $5.88 to clean a child size 10 skirt and they did not even get it clean. I would have gotten better service out of a $4 carwash and saved a $1.88. That price is extremely high, especially when i can get a shirt twice the size cleaned & starched for just under $2 at the same place. When i called to discuss my issue i was told that the garment was cleaned and that was why i was charged $5.88. Obviously it was not cleaned or i wouldnt be calling. I did not bring it to be cleaned with stains, I brought it to have the stains removed. If your unable to get the stains out, why finish cleaning the garment and then charge such a ridiculous price. Heck for another $3 i could just buy a new one. I will not be giving them anymore business
They have always been friendly and on time for cleaning my mens dress shirts and slacks. They have even done some alterations. Their attention to detail is not the very best, but it is decent (for example some creases on slacks can be a little bit off). Overall a very positive experience though.
Love the customer service. Owners genuinely show care and concerns for their. Something thats lacking with most businesses today.
Worst service, they ruined my cloths and did not pay for damaged .Their cleaning Price is too high too.I have tried same quantity of cloths another cleaner my bill was 30 % less than woodland cleaner.I will not recommended anyone to go there .

Wont not use them again ever. They over charge and they cant iron a straight crease nor do they do a good job cleaning items. 40 bucks to him a top and pants. When before it was 13.00 per item. I was told thats what it would cost. Yet 40 bucks is what they charged or wou9 not give me my uniforms back. The other was stained. The manaher was there. He said well thats the price and walked off. STAY AWAY. BETTER TO DRIVE A BIT FURTHER THAN RISKING them ruining your stuff!

Take your hard earned money and valuable time elsewhere to an establishment that cares about its customers and properly trains its staff. From reading reviews, it appears the new owners dont care.We moved into the area and have been looking for a dry cleaner. I turned in a large order of business suits and dress shirts for service on Monday and was advised they would be ready by Tuesday at the latest.I went by on Tuesday and was advised they still needed more time. I didnt see a problem with that and I told them I would be back later this week.I came in this morning (Saturday) to pick up my Monday order and was told they lost one of my suit jackets. They found it at another store and stated it would be available tonight. As well, any items that I turned in for alterations they did not count as full suits and billed me separately for each suit jacket and each suit pant. Apparently, this is an effort to nickel and dime more money out of their customers. I was told the suit itself (pant and blazer) would be a certain price, but instead I was billed for a separate suit bottom and separate suit pant, purposefully, because it increased the billed at least $10.00 per suit.I ate the cost, though I feel their actions were deceptive. I dropped off more dry cleaning and was told it would be ready by Monday. I was told the lost suit jacket would be ready by tonight (Saturday). No problem. I was thinking, Maybe this second order will be better....Negative. As of writing this review, I was told that the missing suit jacket that was to be available this evening, is now not available until Monday night (maybe). As well, I was told that I would need to come back to the store today (Saturday) to sign a release for one of my suit pants. Apparently there is a hole in the pocket that they want a release signed before they service it.I asked why I was not informed about this issue WHILE I WAS AT THE STORE PAYING FOR THE SERVICE. They now wont launder this latest order until I sign this release.I am now going to have to go BACK for the second time today just to get my newest order serviced, YET they wont have my suit they lost until next Monday.That will make 5 total roundtrips to this terrible dry cleaner JUST FOR THIS WEEK.Please please please choose a different cleaner if you dont want a headache or hassle.Also, when I asked the employees who the Manager was, I was given i dont know...I think.... Eventually I was given a single name of an individual who may or may not be a manager/supervisor. I was also told he may or may not speak English.When I asked how any of this happen I was told I dont know.I am beyond infuriated at how they dealt with my family and lost of all my TIME which I cannot ever get back.The saga continues and I will have to be back at this piss poor establishment on Monday.
Woodland cleaners has always been a great place to have my clothes but when the new owners took over several years ago the whole experience went up a notch.
Dropped my coats off to be cleaned and they were not cleaned. Then asked to speak with a manager and was told I cannot and I was given an email that does not work. Asked for my money back and they told me no because it was my fault. LIARs and CROOKS!!!

I have shared a video of the ruined designer shirt that they broke the buttons and wanted me to pay for their mistakes. The Asian boss was very rude and unapologetic. Ive been their customer for 12 years and WILL NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM OR ANY CHINESE DRY CLEANERS! !
