I got a great quote and had my car ready quickly. They pulled out the dents on both front left and rear left doors, fixed it with body filler, primed and painted, then polished the clearcoat on both doors. When I looked at my car it was as if nothing happened to it. I Highly recommend them.

Great body shop. Jonathan gave me a good price and was able to have my car ready quickly. Took it in Monday morning and had it back by noon Wednesday. They replaced my rear bumper on my Passat and they were able to match the paint perfectly. Take your vehicle here and save some money!

When you have car issues your always scared and not sure who you can trust. You worry that the shop might fool you and tell you there is other issues. And you pay as they should know as they are the professionals but you feel like you was just robbed. Well Prime is not that shop! They listened and explained step by step on the repairs into detail. They made me feel like I was apart of the shop and repairs.Very professional and friendly.

I rear ended another vehicle and my front bumper needed to be replaced on my truck. Johnathan came and picked up my truck in the evening at my house, brought it to the shop the next morning and fixed/replaced the bumper. It was back in my driveway late afternoon. LESS THAN A DAY! Johnathan was very honest with the costs and even updated me with pictures though out the whole process. He was a pleasure to meet and do business with!

Great service. They told me just what was wrong with my car, did not performed any services that were not needed. In the past a lot of auto places I been to have just lied to me about what my car needed and robbed me of my money but not Prime Auto.
