Received an interior detail from Marshall-N-Motion. I dropped my car off before work at their home and picked it up that evening. They offered to drive me home if I needed to. They are the kindest people I have met in a long time! They did an excellent job on my car. It was previously used for an oil crew so the carpet/seats were in poor condition. The inside is clean and smells amazing! Very very highly recommend this company!

Marshall did a FANTASTIC job on our sons first car! Cigarette smell is almost completely gone! That is hard to do! He even cleaned under the hood! What a professional! Thank you Marshall! We will be back!

We called on Monday and were able to get them out the same week to clean exteriors and interiors on two cars! Great price for both and one was in horrendous shape. He did an excellent job! And he came to us! I would definitely recommend to anyone needing detail service.

Just had these guys out to do a full detail on my 2 door Honda Civic and a exterior detail and vacuum on a Silverado. They did a PHENOMENAL job! Extremely pleased with their work. Theyre very clean and efficient. They came out to our job early like stated and were done within a couple hours. I highly recommend these guys. Caster is an amazing owner and they have definitely earned our business.

After a an hour or so, he respond to me about getting an appointment with him today. He said he will not do interior only on a mobile wash. He asked me to bring it to his shop so he can do it there, so I did. Turns out its just his house. He did not answer the door and after waiting for a few minutes, I felt uncomfortable and left.Edit to his response: Here is a photo of the text with time stamp. 1 hour and 20 minutes. It is a nice house, in a nice neighborhood. The bricks on the pillar by the door have the logo on some of them facing out so you can read the brand, because they were laid incorrectly. I know this because I had time to look around on his porch as I stood there waiting. He drives a blue F-150 with a magnet on the side, that he backed in to his driveway with his trailer connected to it. Those of you who know him can verify.

Marshall did an amazing job on my husbands truck buffed pink spray paint off the truck and cleaned up the engine. He went above and beyond are needs!! We will definitely come back

Marshall was very pleasant and did a wonderful job! He works from his home now but the number is still right. He gave me a ride home while he worked on the car. We got it back cleaner than its ever been (we bought it used from a dealership). I will be going back regularly!

Marshall is a great man that take pride in what he does. When he was done detailing my car it looked like the first day I drove it off the lot. I will be calling Marshall again to detail my cars.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Booked an appointment through the email that they provided for early morning. It is now 12:00. I have been waiting at home all morning for someone to arrive! I called and he didnt have my appointment booked I guess. Who ever replies to the appointments through obviously dont do there job. Very unprofessional!!

I had just purchased a used mini van from Carmax, though the car was clean I wanted to get the seats shampooed and get the crevices cleaned (there was some spilled soda residue in the center console, and some dirt marks on the headliner and visor. Caster (the owner) told me a detail was only $99.95 and we do everything. When I took the van there i stayed till Caster returned from dropping off another car so I could show him what i wanted done, he then showed me that the actual price was $149.95 but he would do it for $119.95 since he had quoted me the $99.95 on the phone.I agreed to pay whatever he thought was right but wanted a good job done on the car.First he told me that the van would be done by 5pm, it was not ready till 7:30pm.There was residue overspray all over from the liquid polish that they used.My wife had left a fingerprint on the insde of the windsheild where she thought that there was a chip prior to the detail and that fingerprint was still there when we picked up the van.The soda residue was still there in the center console.There were food crumbs in the Stow n Go area.Overall a poor job! we pointed some stuff when we picked up the car but we were already late since the van was ready 2.5 hrs overdue.Worst part I called Caster the next day and left a message that i was dissatisfied with the work, with the thought that i was giving him a chance to make it right, but he never acknowledged my call. that is sad when a business owner does not take pride in his own work!!!!!!!!!!!
