Norman gave me the best cut of my entire life yesterday. I have a very loose wave pattern, and I almost always wear it wavy. Ive been telling stylists more or less the same thing for years--below the shoulders because my wave pattern really gets started below my ears, long layers so the waves dont get weighed down. Other than that, Im not hugely picky. Norman really listened to what I thought I needed but also to what my goals were for my style. He made some suggestions, and I immediately knew I could trust him. He completely changed the shape of my hair, and now it falls in exactly the way Ive always wanted but could never achieve with styling! He was totally meticulous from the shampoo all the way through to the final styling, and I immediately set another appointment with him for 8 weeks from now!

Overall a very good experience! Really loved my hair color and the haircuts we received! Sam and Norman did an awesome job! They were friendly and professional. The cost of the combined services was very high, but we were pleased with the results!

I’ve been going to this salon since 2011 when it opened. It has significantly gone down hill. I’ll be nice and that’s all I will say.

I had to check did not use this business because they refused service. If I could give them 0 stars I would. My brother who is a teacher scheduled an appointment days in advance to get a mullet haircut. He told all his students he was finally going to cut his hair and everyone was anxiously waiting to see it the next day. When he got to toni&guy they told him it was $70 dollars instead of $65, and the receptionist treated him like he couldn’t afford the haircut. His exact words were “she treated him like he was homeless”. He waited FOURTY FIVE MINUTES after his appointment time only to be told she didn’t cut mullets. I have to wonder did she not want to help my brother because of his appearance? He is a Hispanic male with tattoos and long hair. I thought toni&guy was inclusive .. but CLEARLY THEY ARE NOT. My brother had to google a barber who gladly cut his hair and did an amazing job. The lady’s name was April by the way.

My boyfriend set up a surprise hair appt as a Valentine’s Day gift. He told them he wanted me to get my hair done, but when I got in the chair, they’d only set me up with someone to cut it. She wasn’t authorized to color yet, so she asked if one of the colorists could work me in, and both had decided that they were leaving early since their books were clear. Kind of upsetting as a client to have them in the salon and walk out when they could of had another paying customer. I got a nice cut, but felt only half done and underwhelmed when you think you’re getting your hair done. No one told him or asked him when he made the appt that only certain people do certain things. Highly disappointed.

Jenn has been doing my hair ongoing for 2+ years, she is the only person I trust with my hair! Everyone at this location is friendly and the atmosphere is always welcoming. Jenn is a genius and always makes my crazy hair ideas a beautiful reality

I live out of state, and I was given the gift of a haircut while Im in town. I told Gabby what I was thinking of having her do, and I LOVE what she did! We had great conversation while she worked, the experience was fantastic. Five stars all the way.

Sams talent as a colorist is bar none the best! I have short hair and have. more often than not, walked out of a hair salon with a leopard look on the back of my head. A testament to the colorist not taking their time giving a shoddy result. Its awful and finding a GREAT colorist is difficult! Thanks Sam for being GREAT!

The best experience I have ever had at a salon! Jamie is amazing at her job!! I love my color! She came highly recommended and I was not disappointed. Asia was my stylist and did a great job! She took her time and made sure of exactly what I wanted. This place was very professional and clean. Will definitely be coming back.

Best hair appointment Ive had since moving to Texas!!! Sam was able to masterfully color my hair to the imagine in my mind! And Dustin did a phenomenal job cutting and styling my hair to perfection. My hair is healthy and glossy once more! They both took the time to talk with me about what I wanted and what was actually needed...and I couldnt thank them enough!

At that time I had like 2 different hair dressers it took them a month to get the blonde color in my hair so that I could do this summer color half green half blue style but they messed my hair up so bad it didnt do me much good spent lots of money only to get nothing but damage over cut hair that had to be repaired and I am still trying to get over the damage and now go to salons to get hair repair treatments until my hair is restored to health and those treatments are not cheap it cost about$ 250.00 for a least 3 sessions and like$ 95 to $98 for one

She makes you look and feel great and really listens to what you want and helps you get there in the right way.

I have been coming to the salon for some time now I always seem to come back even if its been a while. But I always leave satisfied with the color and cut. Ive never had an issue. The people here are friendly and listen to what you want done. I recommend Christy for color she is great and very attentive. For cut I recommend either Dustin or Diane-both very talented at what they do!

If you are looking for a noisy upbeat salon this is the right place, but if you are looking for some relaxing pamper go somewhere else. It is loud, crowded and smells from all the chemicals. I went to get my roots done, somehow there was a misunderstanding between me and the hair colorist I got and she only highlighted my ends. She went to check her schedule to see if she could re-color my hair ( which I would have paid for ), said she could fit me in her schedule but by then I had such a migraine that I just wanted to leave. She gave me a discount of $30 but I still ended up paying over $100.

Ive been to a few different T&G locations in DFW and this one is by far the best. Gaby has been taking care of my wifes hair for years...never a bad visit. I finally went after cutting my own hair for 20 years, and trusted that Gaby would do me right. I was finally going to let it grow out from a military shave. She did such an awesome job and I left feeling very satisfied. You should give them a call and make a good move for your hair!

Today I got the best haircut I ever have. Dustin Jumper, I believe that’s his name, is an artist. I went in with a mound of unruly long hair and he cleaned me up perfectly. I will go back.

My stylist was very inattentive. He constantly left in the middle of bleaching my hair to assist another customer. I understand they are very busy but I scheduled a balayage coloring and after 2 and a half hours walked out with awful hair that was not blended and simply looked like I tried to dip my hair in bleach myself. I have gone to a stylist academy and had far better results and service than I did here which disappoints me because I have heard good things about Toni and guy. Called to see what they can do about it and have been told to call back three times now.

Im always satisfied. They do an amazing job. And most of all they listen to you.Wouldnt go any where else !

This was my first visit to the West 7th T&G and actually my first visit ever to a Toni&Guy store, I came here because my stylist Asia, moved from Knockouts in Lakeworth to here, the cut was very much so worth the drive, I can tell that she has learned a lot in her short time there at the store.If you are looking for a great cut, good conversation and great customer service, go ask for Asia.Hope this review helps any of you guys out there!!

I brought in a picture of golden highlights on a light brown base color. I left with a dark brown base color and platinum highlights. My hair is now back to asalt & pepper color that I came to them to cover up. SO DISAPPOINTED!!!

Walked in for highlights and got half of my hair done and not the other half I wasn’t happy with it so i rescheduled my appointment and now they’re saying they can’t fix anything! This was my first time and it traumatized me!!! Worst customer service ever!! Horrible horrible way to start my year!!

One beer and they wont let you get a hair cut. Literally said no if youve been drinking at social house next door. Am I getting a tatoo or Operation? No avoid this place the manager is horrible go to North park or Arlington at all costs

My Mother is a hairdresser, so Ive never been to anyone else. I made an appointment with Elle, she was very attentive and listened to how much hair i wanted trimmed. Fansatic experience! Thank you!

I asked for the hair dresser to take the dead ends off my hair and she cut 8 inches off my hair. My hair went from being all the way down my back to being right at my shoulders. The hair dresser also never asked if it was okay for her to take off that much. I wouldn’t recommend paying 65 dollars for a haircut here.

Tecee did my root touch up and ballioge (no idea how to spell this lol) and I LOVE it! Very happy, shes awesome at color. My friends hair looked awesome too the next week done by Tecee too. Highly recommend!
