Had a lady cut off all my hair off even tho I was growing it out and just wanted a trim. I told her if she could use cutting scissors and she responded by saying that it would take long and she had another client coming in even though I scheduled an appointment. Don’t come here unless you want rushed haircuts and poor service.

I brought my 15 month old son to get his first hair cut. I was pretty nervous because I didn’t know how it was going to go or how he was going to act. Aurelia did an amazing job. She made my son feel very comfortable and was very cautious, gentle, and patient with him. She not only made us feel comfortable, she also walked us through the whole process, and even saved a piece of lock for us to have since it was his first ever hair cut. I 100% recommend Aurelia, she was super sweet and left us feeling happy and left my son looking amazing!

Showed up at 1:10 for a 1:15 appointment. Some other guy showed up who was buddy buddy with one of the stylist. She told me they do not do 15 min increment appointments it was a mistake and would have to wait until 2pm and let him cut in front of the line. Plus the air conditioner was broke in the building on a 100 degree day. Overall just a poorly run operation that is a waste of time. I’ll never use Knockouts again.

Came in for a routine haircut like I have multiple times in the past usually with no issues. However this time when I went in it was a much different story. I asked for my regular simple comb over style haircut with a hard part. I found it odd during the haircut that I was not faced towards the mirror. The stylist told me she had me that way for better lighting. I shrugged it off until when she went to reveal my knockout haircut she had styled it in some sort of forward messy NSYNC inspired nonsense. I laughed it off and simply said no not like that, as I pulled my hair at the part to style it in the manner I had requested. I was horrified to find a large arrow chopped in my hair, instead of the simple hard part i had requested. I immediately brought it to her attention and she acted surprised it was there. As if she wasnt the one holding the clippers the whole haircut. I then pieced together the whole incident in my head. She had messed up my hard part and instead of owning up to it proceeded to hide her mistake by the obviously not comb over style I had requested. Then having the audacity to act surprised that it was there. I was told it would grow back in a week.

Great place for a haircut because Diana got it right. I will be returning for my next haircut. I know this is a little bit off topic but if you are looking for anything below a 0 then this place may not be it. It requires a barber license for them to really get a skin haircut, so it’s not a place for trend haircuts (reason for a star loss)

Every time I’ve been there the service has been subpar and hostile. I walk in and the ladies that work near the counter treat me as an inconvenience, starting on the wrong foot. My haircut takes 15 minutes max and it shows. I’d be happy to pay more for a decent haircut. I’ll never go back again, and I tried to like it 3 times. Save your money and frustration, go anywhere but here.

The stylist rubbed my head with the clippers. Going round and round on my head. I wanted something relaxing.Had to stop her. What was that? Got out of there.

I walked in at 3:50 without an appointment and only one person sitting in a chair getting their haircut with three people standing around not doing anything and they stated that their next available appointment would be at 6:30 and when I asked why everybody was just standing around they said that their next appointment would show up in 10 minutes I have short hair as do most guys and it wouldnt take much more than 10 to 15 minutes to cut my hair yet they were too busy to do it and I say that with quotations wont be coming back or to any other Knockouts ever again

Every time I come into this location, the staff is so inviting and lots of fun. Everyone is having a good time and chill. My son and I come in here about every 2 weeks, he loves it, and so do I! Shout out to Amanda who gives the best haircut, and never complains. She pumps up the staff and just over all does an amazing job of keeping everyone positive. My go-to haircut solution. Now first things first. This isnt your candy-striped barber pole classic cut deal. These are highly skilled female Hair Stylists that treat you like a freaking KING! A free beer or soda while you wait and sports on every tv at EVERY hair station! These ladies even shampoo your hair TWICE (Once before cutting and Once after to get rid off all those little hair clipping that always fall down your shirt!) They even massage your scalp with the conditioner! You can get a full facial shave too. Incredible! Sure, its gonna cost you, but hey, how often does a man get pampered?! Not often enough! Try them out guys! Your man pampering awaits!

I asked for a lightweight haircut with just 2 inches taken off. I had very long and thick hair but since the woman cutting it didnt want to do her job she took the quickest route. Which meant giving me a buzz cut and by the time I knew what was happening the damage was already done. I even have a bald spot on the back of head now and once I noticed it I called to dispute it and they denyed me my money back. I couldnt even get the manager on the phone despite being told she would reach out to me. The stylist I spoke with did offer 6 free haircuts though but I declined. I warn anyone against getting there hair cut here I know I certainly will not they are overpriced and dont care. Smaller shops that arent chains ussually dont have to many people come in so you end up with a stylist that actually cares about doing a good job and isnt just going through the motions.

Its knockouts alright... knockout any possibility of getting a good haircut. Shouldve turned around when I saw two poor little guys walking out with disappointing faces...clearly unhappy with their haircuts. Showed the stylist a clear picture of what I wanted and got the complete opposite. First experience with knockouts and I can sadly say Ive gotten better haircuts at great clips. Save your time and money guys and go somewhere else.

Ashley is one of the only people I will let cut my hair because she is perfect. This is the knockouts you want to go to specifically for this reason, Ashley will take care of you. Dont go here you want a medium fade / medium regulation. They give a messed up high and tight with no fade.I tryed this place again today. I must say it was awkward. The same girl who cut my hair last time cut it again today. I got an education on different hair cut terminology. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Ive been going here for three years and my experience has far exceeded my expectations. Sara Dunnegan was so attentive and really made sure I was happy with my haircut. She always makes sure that my two sons ages 9 and 5 are well taken care of and comfortable during their haircut, they absolutely love her!

I recently visited this place for a haircut and beard trim. For years I had a set barber that I would go to but this place was close to the gym that I go to so I thought I would give it a shot. As soon as I got there I was greeted and checked in and offered a complimentary refreshment, they had all types of beer, juice and water. Diana was the stylist that cut my hair she introduced herself, asked for my name then lead me to her chair. After it was all said and done lets just say I wont be going back to my Barber any time soon. The service was great, the girls were friendly, I loved my haircut, and how could I say no to free beer. I will definitely be retrete for all my haircuts and beard trims, thanks knockouts.

Had another awesome experience here yesterday that prompted me to update a previous review. I love this place. All of the staff are amazing, and Asia is GREAT! She is great at what she does (get the KO package) and is one of those people who can become your friend within minutes of meeting her.

Ever see a good movie with a bad ending? Ive been here before but did not know about the veteran discount. Ive since gone to other knockouts and they had that so I asked up front and the lady said yes to let the one who cut my hair know. She had given me a good haircut- I was in no way displeased with it. She didnt know, handed my idea to the boss Im assuming and she said no that it was for active duty. I told the lady that I was told up front that there was. They were unapologetic so I paid and left. The only thing you remember about a good movie with a bad ending is the bad ending. This is updated from last time I was here.

This is only place Ill go to get my haircut. Kristian has always given me and my son a great cut and a shave! The ladies who work there always greet you with a smile and say hello, always! The shop is always clean, and theres always a cold one in the fridge waiting on you when you get there. Sports are on all day long, so what else could a man possibly ask for? Sometimes they get a little busy, but Ive found that if you make your appointment online, ( it literally takes 30 seconds to book an appointment ) you will get right in every single time. Made an appointment with Cheyene today. Showed up 5 minutes early. Shes with someone else & wont have time for my appointment before she has to leave. Strike one. The receptionist said I wasnt on the books for an appointment. Strike two. The receptionist asked if I wanted to set an appointment for tomorrow. I had already made plans for something for else tomorrow based on getting my haircut today. Would an appointment for tomorrow work out any better than the way it worked out today? Strike three. Did the receptionist ever ask if another stylist could step in to help today? Maybe offer a discount for my inconvenience? Nope. Strike four. Very disappointed. The first haircut at Knockouts a month ago was my last haircut at Knockouts. My advice: Dont waste your time. Theyre not dependable.

I have been to this location many time and have had good haircuts as long as the manager Diana didn’t cut my hair. She acts like she’s being timed on the hair cut and tries to get done as fast as possible. I always book the heavyweight which comes with two shampoos. She never offers the first shampoo and then asks you if you want the after shampoo. Tonight she was in her typical sprinter form. Completed my haircut in 5-7 minutes. Very rough, scraping my ears with the clippers because she was in such a hurry. I asked for her to fix a problem area and she was annoyed because asked her to fix it. After rushed fix job she asked if I wanted my neck shaved. It comes with what I ordered!!! But obviously I was an inconvenience to her so I told her not to worry about it. I always tip 20% on my $30 haircut but tonight I felt justified in not tipping. It’s pretty disappointing that this level of customer service comes from the manager. I will stick to the Saginaw location going forward.

First timer, made an appointment with Amanda, hadnt had a haircut in 6 months, and it was time. Gave her very little guidance and just trusted.Well, she did a great job, and most importantly, when I got home my wife loved it!Will be back!

Terrible! Im sick of incompetent people cutting my hair! She didnt do anything close to what I wanted! I even brought a picture with me to show her! I didnt want any product in my hair, and she slathered it in anyways. She combed it all forward and spiked the very front, making me look like one of the Lollipop Kids! I spike it! I even told her that! (And did I mention I even took a picture with me?) Fortunately, I was able to cut it myself when I got home and make it look halfway decent. Save yourself $25 and go somewhere else.

Knockouts is the place to go if you want a really good haircut. Sara Dunnegan is an expert at mens hair. She cuts my boyfriend hair and Im very picky! Definitely recommend. Its a welcoming place that is professional.

Literally one of the worst experiences Ive had in a long time. Poor management, pretty much sums it up. If I were the franchise owner I would reevaluate who was running my shop. However the Assistant Manager steeped in and helped resolve a very poor situation. If the franchise owner would like to contact me I would be happy to explain the situation. I would contact you, but the manager would not allow me to do that privately. Needless to say I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Piss Poor Management = Piss Poor Results and my hair cut is proof.
