CLAUDIO IS THE BEST! He listened to me regarding how I usually style my hair and cut it perfectly for my taste. Ive never had anyone cut my hair precisely how I want it. Hes my only Barber/Stylist from now on!

Tiffany always does an amazing job. Full of great conversation while also being very professional. I always get the MVP treatment and made to feel like the MVP. The store is full of friendly hair stylist and is very clean. I tend to check in online to skip the line. Once I arrive I am greeted and taken back right away for my haircut. I would recommend this store and Tiffany to all my friends and family. Wonderful job!

Went in for a trim up after getting a haircut three days prior. My hair got destroyed and I look like a clown and got charged full price.Follow up the manager helped me out and cleaned up my haircut to grow in properly free of charge. Im very thankful for the help

I went here to get my haircut and a man who worked there came up to cut my hair. I made it very clear I had a big event coming up and all that i wanted was a slight cleanup/trim. I said this over and over again because I am very picky about my haircuts. Next thing I know he cuts off a whole head of hair before I can say anything and I am left with a hideous haircut before my event. It ruined my entire work. Dont let them to the same to you.

It’s great to be in this environment, I used to go to great clips - there it’s getting done with the haircut as fast as possible but here it’s more understanding what you really need. I never write reviews and have been to some of the top of the line barbershops here in Fort Worth, but Ileana gave one of the best haircuts I have had since moving from Chicago. Shes kind, professional and takes the time to make sure its perfect. I highly recommend her.

Originally came in around two weeks ago and received great service, but the haircut did not come out right and wasnt noticed until later. Called and spoke with Abby and she offered even better service, offering to take care of me and get it right and perfect to my satisfaction. She offered tips for handling it after that day and I look forward to getting more haircuts here!

People are very nice and professional. 99% of the staff knows how to cut style hair, 1% needs a little bit of work. Price is always great, and very convenient for appointment and location.

Came here for the first time and saw Ileana was working here. She used to cut me and my two boys hair at her old job. They never told me where she moved to :( . But I’m glad we found her. We will be definitely coming back for her!

I was waiting for my boyfriend to get his haircut and a women with her two daughters walked in. Both girls had short hairstyles, and they walk up to the front counter. They stood there for a good 10 minutes while one of the ladies working stared at them from her station. They obviously hadn’t been here before so they weren’t checking in on the screens. Then she finally comes up and greets them and the whole time the women is describing what they would like she is just looking at them with the nastiest face. She was not friendly, or helpful to them. In general it made me annoyed and angry the way she was acting towards them.

Abby the general manager is a great hair stylist. She has single handedly won me over. I feel appreciated there.

I went to get a hair cut to today at 4:30pm on June, 14 2015. I received the WORST hair cut and the WORST treatment from this or any sports clips or hair salon ever. I asked for a trim and to even up my hair, instead, the styled cut my hair to within a quarter of an inch. She didnt ask me if I wanted to keep my side burns instead, she shaved them completely off. She preceded to shave a curve into my hair line only on the right side of my head from my temple down to the remains of my side burn for no reason. After the stylist completed the haircut, she removed my salon robe in a way that it left the hair all over me and did not attempt to wipe the hair off. I had to wipe the hair off of my face and shirt with a towel myself and when I asked her why she didnt do it, she used the excuse people usually get a shampoo and rinse, which does not justify this treatment. This is the worst costumer service and hair cut I have ever received at any salon. DO NOT COME HERE FOR A HAIR CUT AT ALL at the Sport Clips on S. University by the IHOP and STAPLES. Disregard any good reviews you read about the salon on Google or any website. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and contacting Sport Clips Corporate Office immediately.

As a first-timer at any brand name barbershop I loved the experience of having people who actually treats you as a customer and not just livestock. Plus their pro pakage was amazing and free for any other first-timers.

I have been a regular at Sport Clips for over 7 years, that all ended when I moved to Ft. Worth. I recently moved from Houston, and it just happened to be my birthday month, so I had a birthday offer from Sports Clips e-club. I went to this location to get my haircut and use the certificate. I let the stylist know that I had a certificate, and she said that was great. However when we finished she wouldnt accept it because it had the address from the location I frequented in Houston. The certificate was for a free hair cut, and apparently they only offer 1/2 off for your birthday...eventually she gave me half off. Needless to say it was very embarrassing, especially since I dont like to carry a wallet and had only grabbed the cash I thought Id need, luckily I had enough for the 1/2 price haircut, because I didnt for the full priced haircut. Also, the haircut was below par for what Ive received at other Sports Clips.

I am a big fan of this place. All the ladies and friendly and do a great job cutting your hair. If you have to wait, they play sports on the TV. This location does not have a lot of little kids, as other Sports Clips do, which makes it more quiet.

Tried to call in and no one answered at 5:45pm pulled up and doors locked workers just look at me in like its only 5:49pm they had doors locked and not cutting anybody hair. People pulling up and they closed earlier then what they are supposed to.

I really hate getting a cheap haircut rather than spending some luxury time at the barber but I was in a hurry and heading out of town for business. How bad can Sport Clips be? Incredibly bad. I had to get another haircut in Chicago just to fix the butchering this chop shop wreaked upon my head.
