Was looking around and everyone was saying needed a utility bill and I also needed to be on my job for 3 months. I was discouraged. When all hopes look lost, Kendrick them hook me up. I mean that. I am actually upset that I have to make a review about this place because I had high hopes.. so my friend introduced me to JD byrider and told me that they had and I quote “ very good deals on very good cars for a very low price“ and that the approval process was easy and that they did not run a credit check. I walked in and spoke to Mr. Kendrick Houston Who I gave my information to told him that I was moving gave him my address and the proper credentials for that address not only did I wait in that office for over an hour just to be “denied because my rent is too high” which I’m not sure why that has anything to do with me purchasing a car, A few days later I received two not one but TWO!! Acceptance letters telling me that I was approved by JD Byrider so I called Mr. Kendrick back and he told me that that’s not true and they denied me how is that so? I provided Mr. Kendrick with the additional information that he asked for after being so call denied not only did he ignore my phone calls, hang up in my face but he also ignoring my emails and never reached out to me again at this point I feel disrespected, I feel lied to, and I’ve never experienced the most terrible customer service ever in my life and I have very high hopes for this place I really wanted to go further with my application never have I ever heard of denial as silly as this one! JD by rider your cars are beautiful but I think you need to work on your customer service and how you deliver news to a potential client or buyer because this is not it! I shouldn’t be lied to about an approval approval letter should have never been sent to my address if I was so-called denied and Mr. Houstons words. That is ridiculous!
