Had major engine repair(that well known engine Tapping or Knocking, Rocker Arms and damaged Cam) on my 2015 Durango still had Warranty had no problem or debate over it being warranted. Left my truck and only took 3days for it to be ready for pickup. Don was my Service Rep. he kept me totally informed. My truck runs like New! Great Location. Though finding a Service Rep. could be better organized instead standing in front of the Service Dept. asking for someone to help you. It would be nice for someone to ask, May We Help You? would be better.
The service is horrible my experience has been poorly communicated my service advisor Anthony has very poor communication skills with his customers or shall I say with me i called him no answer left messages no response ive texted n can clearly see that its bn read but no response this has bn a very exhausting experience never will I ever recommend sending your car there no will I go back to this dealership n the future.
This was my first time visiting this dealership to have my truck serviced. I was very happy with the overall experience. The staff was very responsive to every question or concern that I had. I will definitely do more business with them in the future and would recommend them to anyone needing their vehicle serviced.
We use this dealership for work trucks and they take care of us fast and right the first time, even when its warranty work!!
This round was not a really good one. Customer service has gone down ridiculously where service department does not pick up the phone when ur checking on the status of your vehicle. Was supposed to get vehicle on Monday got it on a Tuesday due to a employee not placing the order for the part. The employees I saw today compared to last time did not seem motivated or really enjoying there job. Might not be coming back to this location.
Bryce continued to keep me informed on the progress of my truck. In spite of slow parts delivery from warehouses they were still able to deliver a quality truck repair and on time. I have nothing but good things to say about Auto Nation in Fort Worth. This is the third time I’ve had my vehicles in for repairs and never once have I been dissatisfied.
Had my jeep dropped off Thursday at 9 AM for leaking fluid. I was told 24 to 48 hours until a technician would look at it. Heard on Friday around 2 PM it was assigned. I waited until noon Saturday and did not hear anything. Come to find out the technician was off. Waited until noon Monday called them to find out that technician is off again. I have now been waiting 2 hours and still have not heard back. Would love to know whats going on after 4 days of not having my jeep. So far terrible service. Hopefully itll get better.
Jojo was very helpful and was great working with our insurance company and getting the car back at the exact time he said it would be. He was very nice and understanding and deserves a paid day off for listening and dealing with me.
I have recently visited the auto center and the Collision Center. My service on my truck was completed on time as promised with very professional staff members.The collision center was awesome. It was the first time I used them and will go back if I ever need work done. JoJo is the man! He’s professional, and very nice and patient with you. They repaired my truck to meet my expectations and cleaned it too! Can’t go wrong coming here. Thank you Autonation
Very nice people, great communication as to what repairs were needed and how much it was going to cost as well as keeping me updated as to when my vehicle would be done and ready for pick up. Worked with a person named Joe, nice kid; was willing to come in on a Saturday to get me my car sooner but was totally not necessary. Love that they practice Covid19 safety before it was made mandatory to wear masks. If I ever need repairs again I would definitely go here and recommend to people.
Great service and they kept us up to date on the status as it was being repaired. I did like the ability to communicate via txt and receive the updates via text.The car looked brand new when we picked it up.

Had 2 cars in this shop at the same time. Team was very professional. Answered phone calls - got back with me in a timely manner. One car was totaled out-insurance paperwork filed accurately and timely. Other car was repaired almost 2 days before it was originally due. They worked with rental car company and it was easy to pick up. This team gets an A+ for all around customer service and professionalism.

Don and the service center are great 5 stars!We always get our oil changes, tire rotations, repairs, recalls, etc at this location and they are fantastic! We adore Don! He always keeps us up to date on any repairs and has a loaner ready when we request one. Anytime we have had concerns or issues Don gets us in right away and takes care of our concerns! We purchased all 3 of our current vehicles at this location and because of the excellent service center we will continue to purchase our vehicles here and most definitely continue to use the service center! Big thank you to Don for always taking great care of our vehicles!

Took My RAM 1500 after I was rear ended and everyones was professional and fast.Had my bed and Tail gate painted and got my keys back a week later, awessome turn around.
Went to part looking for a location of a fuse and I was told to go to service. Service tried sending me back to parts. Then asked me if I looked in my owners manual. There was 8 people in the service department that didnt no anything about servicing anything.I asked for one simple location and nobody could tell me. I will never go back to this dealership again

I took my car here after I rear ended the car in front of me ( my first wreck in 38 years). I didnt have rental car on my insurance so my service guy here went above and beyond to get my car finished and back to me early. Oh, and they did a great job. It is completely restored, the paint match is perfect. Heck it looks better now than before, excellent service and great work.
My truck was hit from behind. Tailgate and some truck damage was done. Received my truck back within 10 days looked brand new. Jo Jo was my estimator true professional
They are supposed to be a premier service center, or at least that is what my insurance said they were. Setting up the appointments and getting work done was initially easy. When I went to pick up the car, there were runs, dust, and drips in the paint. One spot was larger than my hand. There were spots of bare metal where they didnt even attempt a repair. The panel gaps were terrible and my passenger door still rubbed the front panel. When I called them out on it, they waffled and agreed to complete the repairs in a more professional manner. When I was called back to look at the car after round 2, there was still bare metal from the collision and the adjuster started throwing me attitude saying that they only fixed the poor job the first time to make me happy. He refused to correct the spot of bare metal, so now I have to buy touch up paint to keep the car from rusting. I contacted my insurance and let them know how their premier shop treated me and urged them to reconsider recommending them in the future. I would not recommend them to anyone. Lack of professionalism, poor work, and condescending attitudes will keep me far away from this shop in the future. I wish I could give negative stars in this review.
Rare that you will have any sort of, even ok! Experience here........in the service department for sure not.

Worst service department I’ve been to. Made an appointment on line for Friday afternoon. Dropped my Ram off Friday morning for an oil change and to have them look at why it’s starting hard. Monday afternoon they still hadn’t checked it out. Said they were to busy. Wouldn’t be able to get it in for another 36 to 48 hours. But they did the oil change right away. The worst part of this ordeal, was the attitude from the reps. They acted as if they didn’t care. When I was there to pick it up, no sorry, no is there a way to fix this, just pay this and here’s your keys.
My wife’s ‘16 Mazda3 was in an accident just before Christmas. All other collision centers were booked & could not look at the vehicle prior to the holiday. Robert at AutoNation was very reaponsive, kept us informed every couple of days & actually had the repairs completed early. My wife said the car looked better than brand new. I will definitely go to them in the future if I am in the need for any body repairs.
My Toyota Tundra was badly damaged in a serous traffic collision and I thought for sure that my Tundra would be totaled. I was looking for a body shop to have my Tundra sent for assessment, and repair if possible. I made the right choice in choosing Autonation Collision Repair in Fort Worth do the assessment and repair of my Tundra. The Manager, Bryce Christian and all the staff there at Autonation Collision Repair worked very hard and diligent in customer satisfaction and my Tundra was completely repaired to my satisfaction, in fact it was repaired to showroom quality. Bryce Christian went out of his way to assure that my Tundra was repaired in a timely manner and kept me informed during the entire repair process. I am forever grateful for Autonation Credit Repair for all they did in making my experience there an extremely positive one.
Have a 2 year old Jeep that I purchased a service plan for Oil Changes with. Just tried to call and waited quite some time to get an answer. When she did, I asked for a Saturday appointment. I was told, first come, first served but if I get there at 7:00 AM the wait would be shorter.For $30 Ill take it to WalMart rather than waking up at 5:30 AM and sitting around there.They were pretty unprofessional to deal with when I bought the car but I had hoped service would be better. Live and learn.

Vehicle damage required the radiator to be removed and replaced. Car was released for pick up without the coolant being replaced in the cooling system. No major leakes of the cooling system were found. 4 quarts of coolant of 4.7 capacity were added to fill cooling system. Response from the shop was the mechanic forgot to top the system off. Instead of owning the mistake they just tried to spin it off.Cosmetically the vechical looked good which is why I rated at 2 stars. The bottom line is there is not sufficient quality control or over site of mechanics which may be marginally qualified.Use caution if repair requires mechanical work.
They fixed my rear view mirror in minutes and without charge. Great people!
Worst place Ive ever done business with. They say they will call you in a couple of days they dont. I have to call a week or two later. They said they will get all the hail dings out left the whole bed untouched. The paint bubbled up. The windshield leaks and makes a horrible noise while driving. You tell them you want it fixed and they want you to make another claim with insurance. They definitely do not stand behind their work. They also took forever to fix everything. 4 weeks to be exact. Take your vehicle somewhere else.
The service agents do not answer the phone, they sit and discuss customers needs they dont want to deal with.

The whole process of repairing the damage to our Jeep Cherokee was handled efficiently and quickly by Autonation Colliision. at Alliance in Fort Worth. Although it happened during the Christmas and New Year holiday period, we were kept constantly updated on the status of the repair by Bryce (the representative). We were completely satisfied with the service and care exhibited especially considering the time period involved.
Everyone we spoke to during the process of getting our truck repaired was very professional, had time for our questions and did what they said they would do.
I really miss the attention to that Allen Samuels provided. AutoNation seems to have cut staff and the caring attitude.
I got my oil changed here they did it fast and easy no fuss about it just good old American service I would definitely recommend especially if you own a mopar vehicle.

Cant speak to the purchasing experience here (I had the nightmare experience at Grapevine Dodge), but Ive always taken my Ram to AutoNation for warranty-related services. The quality of repairs is probably on par with what youll receive at any dealership (meaning the hassle of multiple trips for things you feel shouldve been resolved last time, etc.). Nothing stands out--bad or good--regarding the quality of repairs/techs (its either fixed or its not, right?)...HOWEVER, the customer service here has been very pleasant. Ive dealt with several Service Advisors, most recently Kolton (for the last 5-6 visits). Kolton has gone above and beyond each and every time to ensure I ultimately walked away satisfied. He always calls me by name, follows up with phone updates, and is very polite. Truth be told, he is the reason I now stick with AutoNation NFW rather than going somewhere more convenient. I always ask for Kolton by name; if youre seeking excellent customer service, Id recommend you do the same...
