I recently visited the place and Ms. Etzu Foster helped me out to get the best deal for my car insurance. She was very friendly and attentive. We looked through several option before actually finding a deal based on my budget. I really appreciate how she help me out get the best deal. Other insurance companies just try to sell you an insurance without taking your needs into account, Ms. Foster puts your needs as a priority. Cant get in touch with anybody at freeway insurance to check on my policy that got canceled twice on me the second time it got canceled I payed 500 to get it back on just for them to cancel after 14 days saying I missed payments but my payments werent due until after 30 days freeway insurance is sooo unorganized honestly this is only one of the issues Ive had with them there is so much more and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone

Closed at 4:00 on a weekday, someone was sitting in the office and walked away when I went up to the door. Pathetic, there are pleanty of other providers. Dont give them your money.

We went for prices quote. The place had 5 people waiting and one guy working. Yet, the guy acknowledged us, told us to take a seat and that he was the only one working but that he would be with us as soon as possible. Didnt get insurance through them, but the proffessionalism was amazing. Being short handed yet being able to handle it. Great Job. :)

I called them originally because they were so close to my home, 1.5 miles. But then when it was time to complete everything they sent me to an office that was 17 minutes away. I went ahead and went, rate is decent but then when it was time to pay the first month because I did not have a debit card I went to the office to pay, THEY charge you 8.00 to make a payment in office!! What? So she tells me to pay it by phone, I call after getting my debit card only to find out THEY CHARGE you almost 4 bucks to make a payment!!!!! RIP off!! Made the payment, then I recieve new bill for this month saying I still owe the almost 4 dollars from the phone payment. Why make it difficult to make a payment?? Once my policy is up Im going back to Alpha Auto. NO hastle to make a payment!
