I got an aftermarket hood and took it to Pauls first to make sure it fit properly and then get it painted. It looked like it fit good so they painted it. After paint it looked fantastic, but after driving it a bit I found the hood was rubbing on the bumper and taking paint off the hood and bumper. Contacted Pauls a they were very willing to work with me to find a solution. They really care about making sure you are a satisfied customer.

I took my truck to Paul after reading all of the great reviews and talking to him personally. However, after having my truck for almost 6 weeks, they returned it to me in a state that was I was very disappointed in. Basically everything they touched had to be redone so I took my truck back to them. Allen at Pauls collision in particular worked very hard to fix everything and make it up to me. Paul, T.J. and Allen were excellent and helped with getting windows tinted and a/c work done next to them. I picked up my truck and it was flawless. I left work Friday afternoon the same day and found a dent in the door. I drove by Pauls to get a price for repair and to schedule the work. Paul came out and said I can fix it now. They took care of it and minimal charge for it. NOW THAT IS SERVICE, on a Friday afternoon after 5:30. They are great.

I cannot recommend this place enough. I dropped my car off, not knowing what to expect, for insurance covered repairs. They called for my car rental. They got everything checked in. They dealt directly with my insurance when the damage was more extensive than expected. They kept me informed. And as if that wasnt enough, I was running late from work on the night that my repairs were competed, and they stayed late to wait for me to get there. 5/5 isnt enough. Id give them 10/5 if I could. Do yourself a favor and dont go anywhere else.

They were able to quickly provide an estimate, complete the work in a minimal timeframe, and return my car looking as good as new. They called multiple times during the repair process and when it came time to pick up my car the cost of repairs perfectly matched the estimate given. Would highly recommend.

Great service!! My car was rear-ended so I came here to get it fixed up. They did a beautiful job! He gave me a discount and then gave me a check for that amount. So basically, I got my car fixed (didnt have to pay anything because the dudes insurance took care of it because it was his fault in the accident) AND I got $100 because of the discount Pauls Paint & Body Services gave me… Pretty sweet deal… Also, this was the first car accident Ive ever been in, and the owner of this Paint & Body shop helped me get all the stuff together. He faxed papers to the insurance company for me and took care of practically ALL of it! I wouldnt have known what to do, but he definitely helped me out! I would highly recommend his services!

Guys did GREAT! I **rarely** post online, but Paul deserves it! Honda Pilot with rear quarter panel damage, and a door that wouldnt shut properly. We left it with them while out of town and they did a fantastic job!!

Normally I am one to repair damage and do the maintenance on my own vehicles but due to the lack of some specialized tools (normally wouldnt be a problem) and more so a back injury I am dealing with ifound myself in a position of needing someones help to get some repairs done. Not only that but I had to pay out of pocket to repair some accidental damage on my 2010 Civic so finding the lowest price for the best result was important to me. I decided to go with Pauls because of the work I could see around their shop, they do their own paint work and through speaking to them I could tell they were proud of their work. I am very happy with the work they did, Id specified that paint match wasnt super important as long as it was close to save cost but they made sure it was matched and fixed some paint damage that we hadnt even discussed fixing at no extra cost. They were willing to work with me on cost (as much as possible) but still seemed to get good parts and do great work even for the lower quote theyd given me. I would suggest taking a look at Pauls if you find yourself in need of Auto body repairs, be it through insurance or not (you can legally choose your own shop even if your insurance suggests others), if quality versus price is important (to save you or your insurance money) then youd do well to give Pauls a chance ;)

Pauls Collision Repair is always our go to when we need auto repairs. They have wonderful customer service and always care to go the extra mile. I just took my SUV in for major repairs on one whole side of the truck Someone swiped me while backing out of a parking space and it dented the side all the way down both doors and back panel. It was a lot of work to fix and then paint. They did a wonderful job! Very trustworthy.

The team at Pauls replaced the front bumper on my 2006 Toyota 4Runner. It looks brand new with an exact match on the paint. When the work was delayed because they received the wrong part, they offered me their loaner car for free. Customer service is great and the repair work is great.

Needed alot of work done, found them and they gave me a good price on a quote after some shopping around. So, decided to give them a try. They were very straight forward about the repairs, and explained everything very clearly. Car runs great, they completed the work early, and I enjoyed the way I was treated. Very professional staff!! They had my vehicle finished ahead of schedule. Allen does great body work. He worked on my wifes car and my new SUV that was wrecked a week after purchase. He made it look like nothing had ever happened to the car. They also have an awesome mechanic named John on staff as well. I was very impressed with their work.

This shop does good work and they can complete the repairs below you insurance estimate.Here is what I did, with State Farm I was able to meet a local adjuster at a body shop get the cost to repair but I had the option to receive a check for repairs. State Farm completed the estimate for $4300 to fix and introduced me to the body shop owner.I declined and put the check to the bank.Next, I based on the detail State Farm estimate I purchased the parts on Ebay for $430. Then took the parts to Pauls and they charged me $1300 labor to fix the car.So my total to fix the car was $1730 and I made $2270 just managing the process. Body shops make a killing on parts and knowing it is an insurance deal.Pauls will give you a good price but you need to negotiate a lower price and they will if you ask!

I will try to make this short but basically I had, what I thought, was damage on my car bumper from someone backing into it and because I don’t know a thing about cars I first took it to caliber collision where I was quoted $600! at that point I decided to take it to Paul’s for a second opinion and TJ took a look at it and basically pushed my bumper back in and wiped it down and just like that it was fixed free of charge. It’s a perfect example of what honesty looks like! I will definitely be going back to Paul’s for any future issues. Thanks a bunch

There was an understandable miscommunication between some of the techs and they delivered my car and parts back to me (I reassembled the car myself), but the panels did not all line up perfectly. Despite already paying and signing for the job, TJ made sure the car was brought back in and fixed to look like new asap. One of the most honest and legitimate businesses I have dealt with and can easily recommend Pauls to anyone. I brought my Jeep here after getting into an accident on the highway. Both left side tires were blown, a control arm snapped, damage to the suspension, etc. From the minute I got there I was treated very professionally and respectfully, something I value as a former Marine. They did not sugar coat the damage to the vehicle, but assured me that they would get the job done safely and in a timely manner. Fast forward a few days later, I was told they were finished the repairs and that I could pick up my vehicle. Unfortunately, as a full time student I couldn’t make it to Paul’s before they closed.TJ ended up staying late that day so that he could ensure that I was back in my vehicle that day (which was the day they told me they were going to shoot for). Finally picked up my vehicle...it looked great, and drove phenomenally well, maybe better than it did prior to the accident. I’ll recommend this shop to anyone.

I would have given five stars if there wasnt a mistake but there was. We had a car repaired there after an accident. You wouldve never known there was an accident after their repairs including the paint job. However, the repair wasnt completely secure and a part fell off months later. After Toyota investigated that the problem was due to pre-existing conditions, Pauls Collision took our car and repaired it correctly, without charging us of course. They also gave us a loaner car while we waited. We hope we never have an accident again to have to use their services but if we did, we would use Pauls again because they honor doing the job again if it wasnt done correctly the first place. They own up and take responsibility which is rare these days! Thank T.J. and friends!

I went on my first long ride from AZ to TX to visit friends and one of my bags scratched my motorcycle tank very badly.Paul and Alan recommended that I buff out the scratches instead of repaint as it would not cost near as much to buff it. I was somewhat reluctant and not too hopeful at first because I didnt know that it was even possible.They made it look almost like new and a fraction of the cost of a new tank or paint job. I was very pleasantly surprised. I hope I never have scratches on my motorcycle again, but if I do I plan on going back to Pauls collision repair.I definitely recommend them as they do excellent work.
