Apartments were my saving grace. The inside has a great color scheme with the kitchen and it was a great price. I do not have a problem with my neighbors and for those having complaints... Try contacting the office instead of being so negative here. they are always helpful to me.

I’m moving to the area and had a chance to speak with Management. Spoke with Tania in particular and she answered all my question with ease. She’s very knowledgeable and so kind. She was very pleasant to talk to.

Great place to live. Love how spacious they are! Tania is kind and professional. Maintenance is very quick to repair any issues that may arise. I highly recommend living here!

My husband and I rented a spacious apartment here. We loved the office staff and our neighbors. Bad things can happen any where. If you live in an apartment complex, its comparable to a little town anywhere you go. The staff was always professional and a pleasure to work with.

The office staff are super friendly and were a big selling point. Claudia showed me the grounds and has been wonderful even after i leased. It is an older complex and the worst part is parking. The apartments are very, VERY nice for the price point.

These are horrible apartments no exaggeration they are a step up from sleeping on the streets. Problems: mouse infested, the pool is not opened (not code complaint), the cops looking for people hiding out here with Automatics, unsupervised children, parking 95% of the parking has been leased (so good luck) and etc. Please do not waste your energy, money, or etc. We had to get rid of the mice ourselves because they would not do it! I created a google account to warn yall! Dont do it...dont do it!

Great price for apts you look from outside but in its great quiet everybody friendly office great no problems here love it here and NO roaches or rats like the last apts we were at maintenance is great thanks ladies

The worse place to ever live. Super racist and only care about Hispanics. Roaches are everywhere and they don’t care about anything Tonya the head manager is super rude and shouldn’t be the manager at all, they are sloppy as workers and as a team.

Worst place I ever lived. When I first moved, they didn’t even walk the apartment. I tried to give notice, 60 days, that I would be moving. They told me it can only be turned in from the 30-3rd or it would be a $50 fee. I just laughed. Anyway, because of my situation, I took the apartment. Never again, and then I asked could I prorate 9 days, they told me no. Never paid late ONCE, and Tonia, always had an attitude(property manager). I can go on a rant about no hot water, rats, and etc... but I’ll save the time and say this, believe the reviews. Unless you have no where to go, don’t come here. On top of that, they tarped the pool, which never opened. This is not the kind of place you want to raise an animal. I know they know who I am, and not afraid to voice my opinion, which is why the parking policy got changed, because unlike the people here, I am not scared of them. Good luck in your search. I really recommend this place I honestly didnt think they were going be nice senes I expected the worst because of the old comments but honestly there reallly nice and wen I first came they made me feel welcomed I really liked how claudia makes you feel welcomed and also she makes sure to answer every question you have with out being rude shes super nice and the place is really big and they have knew security new cameras witch is really nice. .

I enjoy living here the manager is very nice and help,espically to the elderly .

The management is nice and the apartment is decent. Its fair priced for having all utilities included. I do not like the fact that they have peoples car towed for the smallest reasons but they are fresh management so I give them a chance to pick up and fix the problems that exist.

When we moved in the apartments it was roaches in the apartment so when decided to bomb the apartment and it was a huge pile of roaches that came out of the kitchen and a little bit of roaches in the rooms. Then we noticed that there was roaches coming out of the appliances and the appliances are also dirty and around the appliances it’s dirty as well so for about 3 or 4Days we went without buying food and cooking so we ate snacks and tied them up in bags now it’s may 7th and they’re just now giving us aNew refrigerator

Never been there, and thanks to the reviews, I never will. I was ready to go look at an apartment for my daughter and myself, but I think Ill look elsewhere. Thanks to everyone for the heads up.

These is a piece of shit we had our car towed away today cause she didnt get the license plate right and they our car away and its causing us $300 to get it out each visitors can only visit 3 times a week even if they are here 5 minutes it cause as one visit and if your a high risk deposit they dont give you nothing back even if you keep us with their least they dont tell you nothing untill you paid everything and are signing the least plz ask questions before you move in these piece of apartments Ive been here 4 days and Im already to move out

The lady in the office parked in a fire lane behind my husbands big truck, then when he hit her because of course in a truck how can you see a little car in your blind spot.,? She tried to put the blame on him. Dont even get me started on the fact my apartment water pipe busted but somehow I got evicted... ROACHES AND BED BUGS EVERYWHERE

Hell absolutely No!!! This place is filthy, bug infested, and patched together. It is not worth what you will pay. You live in constant worry of your place being broke into. They have a towing mafia. Homeless and druggies zombying around all night. Who the f&$$@ wants to pay that much to live in the projects. Because that is exactly the atmosphere youre coming into. Tenants just throw filthy garbage everywhere instead of taking their lazy a$##$ to the 4 dumpsters on site. Maybe for a couple of college kids. Why not but not idea for families or people who like their privacy.

I JUST MOVED AWAY FROM THERE AND FOR2 MONTHS I KEPT TELLING THEM I HAD A WHOLE NOTHER FAMILY RATS, MICE IN LIVING WITH ME THEY DIDNT DO NOTHING. MY KIDS LEFT THEIR PIZZA ON THE STOVE CAME BACK IT WAS GONE....... NEVER AGAIN SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ALSO DURNING THE SUMMER THEY NEVER OPEN THE POOL.

The manager there is very rude and gives me no answers to help me there is gun shots at night and drugs being sold there and I havent even lived there a week. Please dont move to these Apartments they make you sign a 12 month lease so like you have no choice to stay there and to break it it will cost me 1500 dollars. The managers name is Tonya. If anyone know how else I can get out of my contract please give me some advice. Please dont move They are deceiving there is trash everywhere by the dumpster. Just a fair Warning. Absolutely horrible! No security as management leads you to believe! Maintenance man speaks no English, or pretends very well so he doesnt have to fix things! Drugs being dealt out of the laundry facility, and parking lot. People up until all hours of the night playing loud music, and screaming. Parents let their children run wild, throwing trash every where, and annoying the neighbors. Almost $800 a month to live in glorified projects...where even Ft Worth police wont come when called!!

Ripping people off on their rent charging more for rent not fixing things like the state are going to, we have to go and buy premade food because we have no gas to cook on and their Expecting The tenants to pay the full amount of the rent or be addictive for not paying the full rent. The land lord does not even live on the property and expect for the people that live here to go with out gas to cook or to clean

NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY!!!!Drug deals in the laundry room, parking lot, right in from of anyone and everyone, doesnt matter. Residents smoke weed casually, walking around the complex as if its a cigarette & theyre on their own property. RAT/MICE/ROACH PARADISE! Pest control is non-existent, yet they claim to make weekly visits. I call total BS! Ive been here nearly 3 months and requested pest control MULTILPLE (5-6+) times, and they always say theyll send someone. Thats laughable, to even see one of them show up would blow my mind. Theres a group of hoodlums always roaming around looking for confrontation, 14-15 yr old wannabe thugs. Cars been towed 3 times,cost over $900 total, towing policy seems completely arbitrary. The apartment owners and tow yard seem to be in cahoots with one another, probably get some form of commission for every tow because its ridiculous. My car was broken into first week here w/ the radio & car battery stolen. Just tonight (11/28/17) somone broken into a neighbors apartment by breaking out her window, climbing himself inside, throwing the mother of the house outside her own home and locking it (while her kids were stuck inside with the burglar). The man was in and out In no more than 2 minutes, and they were provided a description, but of course the cops were no help. I also LOVE how they have signs posted everywhere stating its under surveillance 24/7, yet when the police officers asked them to review footage of the night of when my car was broken into I was informed oh the cameras arent operational must just serve a decorative purpose. Same with the gates. They claim that the gate will be fixed soon...which im sure means another few years or so. The woman who gave me the apartment lease and showed me the demo room when applying COMPLETELY forgot to mention the fact that this is basically a glorified public housing projects like the butlers. Not a single day has gone by since moving here that I havent regretted it.

Disgusting residents, trashy, always fighting, no security officer. Disrespectful kids and adults are crazy nasty people. Roaches at night crawl all around the sidewalks. And it is NOT as nice as the photos posted above. I can see the office managers are trying to make it clean but the people they are leasing to are nasty. Many felons who are NOT on leases live here. People move in with family and they are bad people and unable to track since they arent on lease. People own pitbulls but do them wrong here. Stay away if you want peace, clean, and decent neighbors. You wont find that here! not to mention there is no security cameras that work outside there, and the towing company is shady and does illegal and wrong. Drug deals everywhere! Crime continues to go up in this area without gates that actually work, these teens not under control and no security officer. Its BAD. if you have a family do NOT move here.

This place is horrible and I will never rent there again. The constant drug sells and people setting on the steps that block your path when you are trying to get to work, and when you ask them to move they want to fight you over it.

This place is a A hell whole. Its rat infested. This apartment complex does not do anything you call them for 3 months about rats and mice in your apartment and they do not get back what you had are on a call code of compliance 5 times about these. Im just ready to move on or about my family rat attacked them in the day. This is the worst place I ever Stating in.....

I do not live at the apartments my mother does but its not a safe place to visit last week my car got towed I had to pay $300 to get it out and today I went to go visit again and today they broke into my car and took my radio I think as much as they charge they should at least put light bulbs on parking lot light they have some that are already burned out or put security

Maintenance is crap...they will leave you without A.C & mold in your apartment..would never live here again.

Very bad apt complex mailbox in the office so when i get off work cant check my mail and when i go to work office is closed roaches in the apt outside very dirty full of trash bad place to even think about moving too parking is so stupid not like most apt complex where u can register online have to get a hand written parking pass my guessed had to park at the neighborhood Walmart down the street very inconvenient save your money and stay away

I did not like them because they are full of bed bugs and cockroaches and the 6 months I lived there were torture I could not even sleep at night so much that the animals bit me ... like many of the neighbors ... all my furniture is They infected me with animals, so I have no choice but to throw them out and buy new ones ... so if you think about going to live there, think about it very well
