Simply, they did everything that they said they would do and did it exceptionally well! After the trap was set, I called them back because it was obvious the raccoon was in the trap. I’ve had exclusion done on my house years ago for a squirrel issue. The entry points were not sealed up adequately so that resulted in the squirrels coming back! I dreaded going through the process again, however Brinker Animal Removal made it painless. They removed the substandard exclusion and replaced it with their own. I have to say Brinker’s exclusion looked a ton better, they painted all the metal flashing to match my house and used clear silicone. Not only did it take care of them problem, but it’s not an eyesore like it was previously.

If you haven’t called Brinker yet, please do before making your decision! I was hesitant to use the other company I called when I heard rats in my attic due to a salesman that was pressuring me and an expensive bid.
