We have used Precision multiple times now. We are so impressed with their service. We have utilized this company to do our exterior windows as well as our interior windows at our residence. Every time they are coming to the home we receive a text letting us know they are on the way to our residence to start our requested services. This simple effort gives us so much confidence in their service knowing they are heading to our house as promised. They have always been flexible and accommodating with us. There is no requirement to do exterior and interior every time. We always want the exterior done with the interior more periodically and that has never been an issue. The exterior cleaning has always been crystal clear upon completion with absolutely no streaks. The interior, upon request, has been just as unbelievable! Not only has the glass been clean and spotless as well as streak free, but all of the tracks have been totally dirt free. They have shown every possible bit of professionalism, from the custom program set up for our household, the communication, to one of the best, clear, cost effective, spot and streak free cleanings! We are a repeat customer and will continue to be.
