I had semi perm eyeliner done by Lynn and it was the best experience ever! She’s totally professional and a perfectionist with her work. I had microblading and shading done by Lynn Johnston. She is absolutely amazing and a perfection! She measures and remeasures and makes sure you are 100% satisfied! There wasn’t a time that she wasn’t checking to see if I was okay or if I needed a break. She even checked in on me that night and few days later! I highly recommend her! I had a couples massage about 4 months ago there and going again this week. AMAZING experience. The first part of reflexology in the massage put me at ease and the second part with the regular massage was wonderful. The therapist had a perfect amount of pressure with some hot towels in a big room, made it a wonderful experience. I will definitely be going back again sooner than later. Definitely worth the amount in doing the combo in a massage

This was my first time here and I can honestly say Ill be back! The atmosphere is lovely, the people are very nice and its not crowded. Definitely very relaxing. I would recommend. I got a lash lift and tint and I absolutely loved it. The lady was very gentle as well!

My daughter and I started coming here last month. I’ve had two full body massages with Sheree and just booked a mother/daughter massage in two weeks. I was always self conscious about getting massages, but Sheree is fabulous and so knowledgeable with a lot of experience. I am so comfortable, relaxed and when I leave I feel 150% re-energized! My daughter and I also had the eyelash lift & tint treatment with Desaree. We love it and I can leave the house to run errands and don’t feel I have to put on mascara if I don’t want to. When I do wear mascara, my lashes look so much longer. Desaree is also very knowledgeable and good at explaining what she is doing while making sure you are totally comfortable. Omg, did a Mother, Daughter facial and it was the best thing ever. The message therapist had gentle fingers and hands. It was relaxing, energizing all at the same time. You cant go wrong with any service they provide. The only Con: all the stairs. My mom has a hard time doing stairs of any kind. But we made it.

After moving here from out of state, this was well-needed! Might I say it was a marvelous experience; very soothing, relaxing, and just peaceful! I loved the ambiance and atmosphere in the room! Recieved a couples massage for my birthday in January.Went into room and my bed didnt have a head rest. My therapist didnt seem to understand why not and had me just come further down the bed and not use one which didnt help me relax. I asked for deep tissue and explained that I had bad shoulder pain and would love that worked out. She barely touched my shoulders and did only light touches even after I explained several times she could go harder and I would prefer a firmer touch. They were very unprofessional at the end when it came time to pay. No one seemed to have a working phone to use and were discussing what to charge with other girls at the front.

We have been twice now. Both times were AMAZING. So many places are focused on how to get the most money possible out of a client with the least amount of service. This place is more focused on how to make you keep coming back. Other places make it look like factory work and are always in to much of a rush. I scheduled an appointment for 3:45 this afternoon and sat in the waiting room for over 20 minutes waiting to be greeted but never was. Not one employee was there and when I called to see if Desaree was present for my appointment, no one answered. I was so excited, but the excitement soon turned to disappoint and anger. I have never been to such an unprofessional business!! I will never be making another appointment!

I had the absolute best facial, chemical peel & massage. The peel literally changed my complexion & evened out my skin tone...my blemishes are gone for the first time in my life I am comfortable without makeup! Unbelievable results & the massage was so therapeutic. I didnt realize how bad the crook in my neck was until Brian gave me a full body therapeutic massage & relieved my neck pain.

I had a facial and dermaplaning by Desaree today. It was wonderful! I felt totally relaxed and pampered the entire time. She gave me suggestions according to my skin type and was very helpful with all of my questions. She really knows her stuff! Went for a bikini wax. Desaree was great; Desaree took her time, was very kind and welcoming. She gave me tips for post care. However, the room was near the lobby, which I didnt appreciate when she was entering/leaving the room and I was exposed for any potential people in lobby to see.

After my car accident I have dealt with chronic back issues along with reoccurring ear infections. The reflexology & massage techniques have really helped me manage my pain, now they are incorporating hydro-collators in the massage which I hear is amazing, hopefully gonna get in next week and try that out!

What an experience! Ive received a facial massage, foot and leg massage and treatments. The difference you feel when you leave Relax.ology, is like no other. I used to get my eyebrows threaded at the mall, but Desarees technique is way less painful. Ive even explored other waxing procedures, and even though waxing doesnt sound relaxing, when I leave I feel even more beautiful AND relaxed due to the calming sounds and smells I experience while Im there. Beware: Their online scheduling does not work and despite the several appointment reminder emails and texts, your appointment may not even exist. I drove all the way over here to a locked door and an “oops we’re sorry”. Very annoying.

Relax.ology is not an average spa!.....Sheree & Desaree are awesome! I experienced 2.5 hours of relaxation. The services I received included a massage, mini enzyme facial, reflexology on hands&feet and an ionic detoxing foot soak. After my foot soak I was given a vitamin cocktail, which was pretty good. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, absolutely plan to return soon. I definitely recommend Relax.ology 100% to anyone looking to re-energize mind, body and soul. I love the way my skin felt after my facial. Deseree made me feel very pampered and spoiled. Brian, the massage therapist, gives the best massage Ive ever had--aaaahhhh!!!! You have to try it! You will have less pain, less stress, more energy, and just feel happier!!
