Despite the service challenges of COVID-19, I was able to pick up my box truck with only a 15 minute wait. The return was even shorter and just as smooth. The truck condition was excellent! If you are moving a long distant, Enterprise is the best economic choice due to low $/mile costs compared to UHaul, Penske and Ryder.
