Horrible experience. I normally book uhauls, but budget had a special going on making it a lot cheaper. My appointment was at 12pm. I called at 1145 asking if I was correct that they close at 1230pm. The manager said no we close at 12 and I will be leaving at 12 I have plans today. I told him we were leaving my place now it takes around 15 minutes to get there so we should get there between 12 and 1203. He said I am leaving at noon I need to pick up my kids I have plans today. I told my sister and she called and he said I will stay at the latest 1205 after that Im leaving. The appointment was at NOON I have never experienced a business that would tell you they will leave when you would be less than 5 minutes late past your appointment time. I will never get a budget truck again I have always had good experiences with uhaul and will return to them with my business for now on.

Avearge place, average service, bad location, bad parking, good pricing.

Online booking was easy, pick up smooth, and truck was clean, ran well, and easy on gas.

Worst rental I’ve ever had, and I rent trucks across the country many times a year. I was given a 2017 International w/ 17,000 miles on it. Should be no problem right? Wrong, they do not maintain their vehicles, and the roadside assistance is horrible when you’re broken down. Pay the extra, go with Penske.

Total fraud! Scheduled a truck for 2pm. We have a project and people wasting away because they have no trucks available and arent sure when available. Totally unprofessional.
