This is not the first time I’ve used this company. I’m a return customer because of the excellent service I received previously. My experiences continue to be excellent and include shrubbery sprays, stumping a tree we lost in a storm and planing a new tree in its place. The crew built a ramp to get the equipment in the area without damaging any surrounding landscape. After the work was completed, you would never know work was done as they clean up so throughly. I’m so grateful for their work and expertise!

Good experience with First Tree Service. An estimator came out to view the property with me by appointment . The tree trimming was fast with a good size crew that appeared to work well together. They did a great job of cleaning up afterward and I was charged the exact price of my estimate. I would use this company again.

First Tree Services did a great job trimming our three large oaks. The office was able to schedule our estimate in a couple of days; the arborist explained what was needed for our trees; and the crew did a superb job with the trimming and cleanup. Highly recommended.

They did a wonderful job keeping up our trees. As a contractor, finding someone who you can trust to do the right thing, and be fair is extremely difficult. He always maintains contact when needed and is dedicated to his trade, I have happy and healthy trees, that without his service, and exellent staff, would have died otherwise.

We have a huge live oak tree in the corner of our Eric, Aron and their professional team did a super job cleaning out the old branches and others that were problematic. The tree looks beautiful. A job first Tree Service can be very proud of. Thank you

They could not even give me an est. For at least two weeks. Called Ft.Wayne Tree Services and they came out that same day and then started removal of storm damaged trees and debris within two days. I had previous est.from yet a 3rd place on 7-2 but they couldnt help me until end of July. Very very pleased with work and relieving my concern as some of tree had landed on neighbors shed. Did an expert job.Thank you Ft.Wayne Trees.

Chris, Jay, & Steve did a great job taking down 3 elm trees for me today 8/17/2018. They were quick and they cleaned up, you could hardly tell they had been behind the house. I would recommend this service to anyone looking at tree removal. Thanks Jim Christman

12 Days and they cold not even give me an estimate despite stating that they would email me one. If the service is that lackluster before I agree to give them my money, then I have doubt that the service would be worthwhile

After I&M came through, we called Mudrack Tree Service to give an estimate to repair the hack job on three locusts in the backyard. The gate to the yard is locked, no appointment was made, and no one came to the door. We received an estimate for $2,388 in the mail, for “removing dead wood,” trimming, and debris removal. Considering they never spoke in person and have never been in the yard, do they really believe people would hire them through the mail? Was this even a real estimate?
