Terrible! I had a garnishment and in indiana you have to make 217.50 before they can garnish anything. They garnished me everyday I didnt even make 217.50 a week and was still seeing a garnishment everyday I worked so I was only making minimum wage. Then when I showed them they couldnt garnish me till I brought home 217.50 they told me they were right and still garnished me. So they dont care about their employees they break labor laws and dont care.

They are very organized and professional. They really care to see their workers succeed and move on to permanent well paying careers.

Walked in, filled out an application. The receptionist just stared at it. Took drug test next morning, interviewed that afternoon. Worked two weeks, then received an offer at a major corporation in Fort Wayne. I didnt want to travel down to Texas for $70.000 plus job.This is a good place, to receive an entry level, foot in the door skill.

The people ready here in fort Wayne have the most awesome and friendly staff! They were amazing at finding me assignments that I enjoyed doing! If I had any problems, they were quick to handle it! I suggest them as a wonderful people to work for!

Dont bother applying here, they make you use jobstack app, but every single job you accept, and call them they say its filled they are just waiting for the person to accept the ticket... But when you are hired they say first come first serve. Yet why are you holding jobs for people who havent accepting the ticket or called the office. Ive literally called at 530 am when they open and somehow all jobs are filled always.Better off going to any other temp agency, I know they work today paid tomarrow thing sounds cool, but if you actually want to find steady work, not just one or two days every other week. Go anywhere else.Unless you want to waste time and not actually get put to work.

Great place here....sure you may run into a few people that just want the money and dont want to work...but they usually dont last long....when on assignments, do your best and dont be negative. If you really need money the next day then go scrap cans or something, dont take jobs and make PR look bad...They help out those who help themselves...

Fort Wayne People Ready has really turned things around! After a rough couple experiences, the branch manager and her team have really stepped up and made a difference. They have been very responsive and they do a great job of communicating with me when issues do arise.

Their automated placement test said I was unqualified to work. Unwanting of people with clean record and lifestyle.

I really liked them before they sidelined me after I was harassed...yup thats right. I was a harassed by an other employment, and I was fired...

Terrible!!! They love to ignore you. They will exhaust every means of NOT having one on one communication. There have been several times I’ve contacted them about wanting a specific job but that I still needed to do a drug screen and NEVER heard back. The job stack thing isn’t that great too if you ask me. There’s lots of little things too. I do NOT recommend them. Terrible!!!

The front desk sent her WIFE out on a job to fill a decent position that I was waiting for and her WIFE was at the job telling their personal business smh

Job description (neccessary details), location, time/day. These are what the worker needs for success. Ive worked dozens of jobs with these three ingredients, with no problem. At this branch, when the employee is neglected information, they are lashed out at and blamed for the problem. And it really is just this branch, too. In fact, Ive been working for another branch almost 100 miles away ever since this one started falling downhill and they dont seem to have this problem at all. I never had this problem with the PR branch that I worked with before I moved to Indiana either.It is alarming that such a simple system can be so misunderstood by the staff that operate it. I see it working wonderfully everywhere else. This is a problem that started about a year ago.There is a good thing to note- they do recognize hard workers and prioritize them. That might be looked down on by less able or less willing workers, and sadly, that might be the reason for other negative reviews of this place. But thats the way it is, and this review is from a hard worker.They feel 100% entitled to put people in your car, or put you in someone elses car simply because youre going to the same job. Whatever you do, dont even tell them you have a vehicle, just say no. This is a new problem that started about a year ago.They do NOT pay the referral bonus, it IS A SCAM. I am currently owed over $100 for referrals, documented by my referrals and myself, demanded. Dont get your hopes up for that level of mutual benefit.Now that there are other options for day labor in Fort Wayne, this place is a sick joke.I could spend more time listing the failures of this establishment, but its not even worth the time that Ive spent typing this. Filled out application, called and called no one answered or got back with me. Went to the building to try n get interview set up they ignored me even with no one else in the main room..

Very unprofessional and not only allows harrassment of certain minority groups, but at least a couple of the staff also commit it themselves, with the branch manager, Amy, being one. More, Amy just fired me today after a conference because I asked for the number directly to HR, with a rather large grin on her face. During this conference, I was accused of repeatedly harrassing and blowing up on people. She did this in the office at such a volume that people in the lobby were visibly listening, even with the door shut. She gaslights, lies, and has her favorites, claiming that these individuals have worked for her for a number of years (why youd strive to work for a temp agency as your primary income is beyond me, but ok). I audio recorded the entire incident; have left a voicemail with their HR, requesting to speak to them; and am currently researching what legal recourse may be taken, as this is not the first time Ive been harrassed by their other temps by means of false accusations, and by her for defending myself. On the previous occasions, I fortunately had proof. Unfortunately, I have none from the job site this time, only the audio of her abuse.The harrassment involved this time was fabricated by a woman named Julie Manns, a temp with them who provided a review below if you select the sorting filter to most recent,, because she kept trying to discuss sexual topics with me and calling me sir (Im not a guy, just because Im a very butch woman, regardless of my identity) and I told her I was uncomfortable with hearing about it, and that Ill respond to her when she starts addressing me correctly. She proceeded to tell the customers site manager that I blew up on her because this upset her. In response, the customers site manager went so far as to have everyone sign anti-harrassment forms, yet the harrassment continued, now from everyone. Apparently, a rather... traditional... guy (I wish I got his name) who rode with me to the same job site was uncomfortable with me, and fabbed up another lie while calling me a thing to the customers site manager, and said manager was sympathetic to him; this guy also took the lie to Amy. A couple who say they recently moved here from Georgia were giving me all sorts of hassles, flat out ignoring my rebuffs, saying its because theyre country, as they put it. Said manager was also sympathetic to them.In regard to the type of staff they hire, Ive had one guy get drunk while sitting literally across the table from me on an assembly line. Ive witnessed a few people getting high on breaks. As I understand from one of the agencys customers I worked at, they were considering dropping their contract because Amys staff sent them a bunch who were out in the truck yard getting high, turning the vehicles on for heat and sleeping, and having sex in them. I wasnt on the shift it occurred on, but that customers site manager was openly, furiously discussing it with his other management, so it was impossible not to listen.Ill update in a week if I hear anything back from HR.Edit: HR investigated and put my status to rehirable, but coming to another state, I learned that Amy supposedly put a ton of negative stuff in my file to be sure I didnt get rehired. More, the local branch has a guy named Caleb who is absolutely atrociously rude. I was also told before learning of Amys stunt that simply having a car put me ahead of a lot of others, and that a few people they sent out earlier that day had horrid body odor. Kinda makes me glad Im forced to dodge the bullet here.Edit: I wish the recent Supreme Court decision was retrocedent. I couldnt find a lawyer whod take my case at the time I wrote this (about a year and a half ago), but if it happened now, Id have been able to sue their socks off.

There is no staff upfront. The staff is very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! The location is also in very poor shape while I was waiting on a employee to even take my application they were goifing around in the back. It should not even be a place of buissness!

If you want to work, theyll place you somewhere same day or the next. Friendly staff.
