Purchased a house last November from Zelda Mayers. She referred me to a inspector and everything came back fine. Just a few things the owner needed to upgrade. Since owning the house I’ve contacted Zelda multiple times. From my basement leaking to my garage flooding. Every time I did get ahold of Zelda she stated she would contact me back and never did. It’s going on 6 months now and she still hasn’t got the paperwork for arbitration. I even contacted the main office they had no idea what I was talking about for the paperwork. Instead what did they did was have Zelda contact me and of course she stated she still didn’t have the paperwork. Also stated it should only be a few days well it’s been over a month this time. It’s absolutely ridiculous on how unprofessional this office is. Would not recommend at all.
Would be really nice, if the pictures of the houses were up to date.
Century 21 deals with a rental company in Ft wayne Indiana named AG rentals. Ive rented my house from a private landlord fir the past 13 years. 6 months ago he had to sell..so him and his friend a Century 21 realtor came to my house with a buyer. They said this buyer was an honest man and the man told me that he wanted to continue to rent to me for as long as i wanted to stay. He said all repairs would be made (mostly flooring that had rotted out due to moisture in the bathroom) he then called me to insure me that he wanted me to stay and asked me to make a list of things ide like fixed. He then told me that AG rentals would be managing this house for him. I signed another 6 month lease with them. They upped the rent 250 a month but i was ok to pay it because i truly love this house. Before signing the year lease i asked about the repairs and they told me i had 30 days to vacate. No alternate housing offered no nothing. This was a dirty deal and i got the bad end. I would NEVER trust a Century 21 associate again. They obviously dont care about people.
I am a Realtor affiliated with C21 Bradley. James Bradley is a fantastic broker owner! He is energetic, personable, and does everything he can to give back to the community, agents, and clients. He is all about ethical business practices, and fostering a learning environment. I couldnt be happier to hang my hat with this brokerage.
Love our realtors Becca and Jenn!! We will definitely be referring friends and/or family to them for any future buying or selling needs. The office was a very homie and welcoming feel to it and very clean! 😉
I moved into my home as a first time home buyer on February 28th. Within 2 weeks of me being in the house I had to call A1 Sewer service out twice. The second time the owner and the entire crew informed me that the back room addition of the house had been completely built over a sewer line. Sewer line replacement is around $2000. I contacted Gemma Mcclendon, the realtor who sold me the home, and she did not respond. A month later I noticed my driveway flooding with water. I thought that perhaps I simply needed a gutter extension or gutter cleaning. I called 3 different contractors who came to my home and confirmed that the cast iron pipes under the slab of my home were rotting and would need to be replaced. I learned that home owners insurance does not cover this because it was a pre-existing condition. The cost to replace the rotting cast iron pipes is between $10,000-$20,000. It gets worse...a few days ago I discovered termites behind electrical outlet above kitchen counter. Gemma Mcclendon was my realtor and I definitely would not recommend her. She decided to speak for me and asked for a small amount of cash from seller in lieu of them making repairs. She knew expressly that I wanted the repairs made before I moved into the home, but disregarded my desires. The check I received at closing was not enough to cover repairs, and her broker informed her that it would not be enough. The major things that need repair in this house were not even listed on inspection report. Gemma Mcclendon was referred to me by someone and I regret listening to this individual now. Major mistake! I cant sell this house and am in a situation where I will probably have to go into foreclosure and lose everything. She hasnt called to ask how she could assist me thru this situation, but she has had my facebook page disabled so that my review cant be seen by others. She also had someone call me to ask why shes being bashed. Imagine that...shes not concerned about me losing everything financially, but concerned about how shes viewed on facebook. I had 100% financing through ProFed and needed a 0 down payment and am on the verge of foreclosure. After my son graduated college, I wanted to become a homeowner and am so disappointed in the outcome. I lost $450 on the first home that I was going to close on because she failed to do something as simple as comparing the comps. As a first time home buyer I feel that no one had my best interest at heart.
Greatest real estate office EVER!!!
Never got back to me. Moved on to another realty company.
I noticed most of the staff werent wearing masks. Thats putting the public at risk of getting covid.

Hello,For Clarification, previous to our first meeting, we had never met Steve before. Nor was he or Century 21, Bradley Estate Brokerage recommended by a friend or relative! I am in NO WAY related to Steve (but I wish I was!) and this review is 100% HONEST and SINCERE!My hubby and I are mid 50s, thinking about eventual retirement and looking to buy a HOME we love, at a price-point we can afford. We have NOT found our new home YET but I knew from our very first, home showing walk through, that STEVE would be the perfect Realtor for US!Century 21 Bradley Real Estate Brokers has hands-down the most friendly, helpful group of Realtors. We have been assisted by Vicki Topps and Caleb Blevins but inadvertently, were BLESSED with Steve, when through that fate changing first walk through HE was the Realtor showing the property. We instantly like his energy, attentiveness, professionalism and natural ability to make you think YOU are his ONLY customer without being PUSHY!Do you KNOW there are Realtors out there who WILL NOT show you a property WITHOUT an Approval of Financing letter? (NOT Bradley Realtors OF COURSE!)ANYWAYS,I will keep everyone in Thumbtack Land updated on our journey but if YOU find YOURSELF looking for a home, YOU CANNOT go wrong choosing STEVE FRANKS! (or REALLY, anyone from Century 21 Bradley Real Estate!!!!!!)
Used Frank Shepler years ago, and have had nothing but great experiences with their staff! Very helpful even well after the sale has taken place! Truly nice people.
Greg Brown is hands down the best in Allen county!
Great company to work for as well as sell/buy a home. This c21 office is the top rated in the world right now for the c21 brand. Very professional and hard working.
Had a very bad experience with an agent. Not only did he wait until the final week of the contract to market our house, he only conducted one open house in 6 months and then did not show up for our closing. Oh and his inexperience cost us about $5,500.00
Working with Denny Worman has been a great experience. Highly recommend him to anyone.
Jim Owens was the BEST! Walked us through every step and possible senario, made valuable suggestions and gave us pertinent information in a timely manner (i.e.. utility company names and numbers for the area in which you are buying a home) He and his team were the best weve ever worked with and we would highly recommend Jim and his team!
Eric Thrasher is the best realtor I have ever dealt with. Simply put, if you want to sell your house and get the maximum amount for it you will call him.
I bought my house through Ray Smith with Century 21 Bradley. The experience from start to finish was great! I was comfortable the whole time and Ray was very knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process!
Personally know several realators from this company and all are completely trustworthy. Jim Bradley runs a great company. Easy to see why they are in the top 3 in the country!
....I love my home that I purchased, however, unfortunately, I had to go thru Century 21 real estate, inc. in order to purchase the home I really wanted, and that being said, Century 21 is a very nefarious real estate corporation, that is owned by gangsters, and employs dishonest, degenerate people, as you already know.
Worked with bonnie ranger on the sell of my home and purchase of another. She did a great job
Cheryl is the shadiest realtor I have ever encountered. It took me asking 3 times for her to give me the inspection report that her clients were making claims on and as terrible as that was gave us 24 hours to give a response to those claims! Worst experience ever. Avoid Cheryl Albright Baldridge at all cost!
......criminals....that is all I could say about Century 21
As a seasoned home and land buyer, I have had the worst experience working with Erin Edwards, who was condescending, rude and incompetent as a selling agent.
Wonderful place to work and great staff that work hard for the agents and their clients.
Matt Donahue - great agent. Enough said.
I am excited to work for C21
