After attending a recent meeting, we learned about 1031 exchanges as well as opportunity zones. We have taken advantage of this new information and have purchased a home in an opportunity zone. We highly recommend these meeting due to the shared experiences that we have available to us.

The REIA is a great place for any investor or newbie looking for information & resources regarding real estate and real estate needs. The meetings every month are very informative and gives investors the chance to branch out and meet other local investors. Definitely a place that I will always be a member of !

Since Ive started attending the Fort Wayne Indiana REIA theyve had nationally known investors as well as local investors present, giving a wide range of perspectives. Each meeting has actionable information that you can take and directly apply to your businesses that day. Just one meeting helped me revamp my tenant screening processes to ensure Im selecting quality residents. Its a openly helpful environment where you can ask questions and get answers from those who have been investing for many years.

I have been visiting this place for almost two years now; I cant find a more enriching group of people in the country or anywhere else. I am not taking only about your pocket but your mind and your soul, constant study and development is the order of the day, if you really want to learn real estate in a community based organization that you will love you have to come to REIA of Fort Wayne. The monthly meeting are fantastic to marketing, find new service, learn all aspect of real estate, and find best deals.

The people at this Reia group are very knowledgeable, and are always willing to share info with each other. Real Estate is truly a business where you don’t have to push people down to lift yourself up. It’s always exciting to hear about deals that are happening around and in our area, not just somewhere else. Scott is literally a wealth or information, and always seems to have a resource when you need it. I have not seen Scott stumped by any questions yet, so that’s worth joining to be around like-minded people.The people here in this group are really action takers, not just full of hot air. Five stars! The Fort Wayne Real Estate Investors Association (REIA) is a great place to learn and network with like minded people. We have gained valuable knowledge, contacts, and friends through these monthly meetings. Highly recommended for both new and experienced investors.

Since I joined REIA in the beginning of 2017, I have met some of the most gracious and honest people. Everyone is willing to help YOU be successful. So, whether you are an experienced investor or absolutely new to the industry, I highly recommend this association.

Grate group, vary helpful. Thay hold monthly meatings, bring in professionals in the field to teach the group. They giving you time to ask your questions and help you find a workable plan so you can move forward in your own business. The underlying theme always being, we can always help one another learning the business and in business.

I joined Fort Wayne REIA about 4 years when we bought 33 SFRs and new nothing about the real estate and started managing the properties myself .So I decided to join the Local Fort Wayne REIA to learn real estate and started going there on regular bases and learned from the experts in the REIA from managing properties to flipping and acquiring Multifamily apartments .I enjoy networking with other members of the REIA who are always ready to share their knowledge and expertise.
