Usually when I come to the courtyard it’s always crazy busy and the front desk employees are always upset and/or fustrated which is very understandable. But Saturday night was really straight forward. Me and my husband rooms weren’t ready which was very unfortunate. I never got her name but your front desk employee was very calm and made sure me & my husband were comfortable during the wait. She even gave us a free bottle of water for the inconvenience! I don’t know to much about the male he was very polite but I didn’t see him as much. I thank him for preparing my room also, the young lady seemed frustrated but she held her own very well. As a manager of my firm I love seeing staff working calmly under pressure and her personality is amazingggg! We love the blue hair by the way it rocks!! She made us laugh the whole night. The food was amazing s/o to the kitchen. Both employees were very helpful and answered all my questions concerning my service . I believe she had our best interest at heart and found the best room for me at a good price. Hope to come back again with my room ready at arrival.
My wife and I were looking for a nice place to stay for our first anniversary. Got to the room the fridge is very low temp, found a large hair in the shower door way and there was no soap in the bathroom. Went to the desk and was told there wasnt any. I asked how do I clean my hands after using the bathroom and she replied sorry nothing I can do. In covid age where washing hands in important I feel they should have taken care of that.
Staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was a bit small but very clean . Bed and bathroom outstanding. Downtown near everything. Very convenient
This is a beautiful place. Front desk attendants need to know more about the area. Room was beautiful. The stay was enjoyable.
Your staff went above and beyond when we visited Ft. Wayne for the first time (for a wedding). From Amber the bartender to front desk staff Chan and Tatiana, you handled every request we threw your way. Evan, thanks for printing out the cememony document and for making the Boardroom available early to store the flowers. Tim, thanks for our ad hoc requests the day of the wedding. Your cleaning staff was so friendly. Even the maintence man who saw we needed a door stop for the Boardroom just showed up with one without us even asking! Will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!
The location is amazing, it was so easy to get to places, and from the garage to hotel, its covered so you wont get wet huge win there! Parking had options on weekends street parking was free but the parking garage is a max of 8 bucks per day but time counter starts over as you leave multiple times a day. So if you plan to be in and out of the garage the Hotel offers a pass for 15 bucks that lets you go in and out as many times as you want for 15 bucks. But if you plan on staying put the 8 bucks a day is a winner. We have a power chair which really limits where you can stay and sometimes its a risk because to move from power chair to bed we use a Hoyer Lift and often time hotels have platform beds meaning its a wooden box under-mattress so a Hoyer cant get under it. They did not Hoyer went under and made bed transfers extremely easy! They had a roll-in shower, however, it didnt have a shower chair all we had to do was ask the front desk and when we returned from an evening out with friends the shower chair was there.
We had this hotel booked for 2 king rooms coming in Friday night for 2 nights! When I called around 7pm to let them know we were about 3.5 hours from checking in I was informed that we no longer had a reservation there. When I I asked why, I was then informed the hotel had an emergency and they put us next door at their sister hotel. When checking into our new hotel we learned, no king bed, no pool, and nothing being comped! When I returned to this hotel during my planned vacation day to speak to the manager, I was told that they found us accomodations and there was no difference in the hotel we were staying vs the hotel we booked. I specifically booked king suites( we were placed in a queen bed suite) and here for the pool! It was not even offered for us to use the pool. He said Im sorry you did not receive a phone call! There was absolutely no compassion or willingness to provide us with a pleasurable experience. The worst part is my family travels VERY frequently, but the other couple that was with my husband and I, do not. They did not have a very pleasant experience with Courtyard By Marriott!
Positive: location, restaurant and bar, spacious room Negative: staff were a little short with assistance
Sleepless NightWhat a nightmare staying at this Courtyard hotel was! Although I requested a quiet room when making my reservations a month in advance, I was placed directly over the patio where loud, drunken partying took place until after 3 a.m.. After repeated pleas to the night manager to quiet the obnoxious drunks, I went myself outside to beg partiers to quiet down so hotel guests could sleep, to no avail. If you value a quiet nights sleep, dont stay here in Fort Wayne.
Great Hotel located near all the action. Walking distance to TinCaps Ball Park, Botanical Conservancy, quality food. You can see the fireworks post Tin Caps game from the courtyard. Its a short drive to the Childrens Zoo and Science Central. Fort Wayne is such a fun city to come to and get a short vacation off.The pool is great for your kids and yourself to decompress. I believe they really need to add cameras inside the pool area to keep children from destroying the pool area by breaking plastic toys all over the floor. Adults have to do better as my son said. hahahah.
Most amazing staycation in our own city...we could see the ballpark fireworks from the patio, conners has yummy food, Chance at the front desk was soooo professional and handle a very busy check in well!! Rooms are clean and the views are fabulous
Very nice young lady at the drink desk. I got lost trying to find my way out after making a delivery. I thought Id be lost forever. I had no choice but to rely on my survival skills, then realized I didnt have any, and positioned myself into the fetal position, for fear of a possible bear attack. See, bear attacks in hotels have doubled since 2016, studies show. Safety first I say. Thankfully my ability to nap at a moments notice came into play, and after a 20 minute tiger snooze, I was refreshed and saw a maintenance man in the distance and struck a conversation with my rescuer and new bffff as he led me to my freedom.
Attended A Dinner and Murder Mystery, and the layout was very nice. Lobby appeared VERY CLEAN and staff was GREAT at helping me find the venue.
Overall the stay was okay, had to wait on towels for a while but at the very least the room was clean. Apparently being a bonvoy member doesnt mean much, because they dont even offer a complimentary pop, and the kid they had at the front desk late night was too mentally deficient to get it through his head that I was a bonvoy member! I joined for benefits, and apparently dont get any. I hope that a bonvoy membership is honored more elsewhere.
Their services are superb and the location at the downtown area is nice including easy garage for cars at a cheaper rate
The stay was good but I was double charged. Instead of modifying a reservation I already scheduled, the guy at the front desk created a new reservation for me and I was charged for both reservations. Its been over a month and its still not been resolved. Ive contacted the hotel and online customer service and its still not been resolved.
Enjoyed our stay this weekend. Had flip flop reservation and they let us cancel a non refundable fee. Front desk staff very nice and welcoming.
Friendly and good value. Clean pleasant rooms. The toilet paper dispenser was loose and pops from the wall and looked like a simple fix, but no other negative. Parking is easy and cheap in the garage, hotel is right by the ball field and lots of close restaurants
The room was beautiful the view was amazing! Very friendly staff!! Would defiantly recommend to others. The only negative was the walk from the parking garage to the hotel!
Short of towels, no laundry bag, and noisy kids til 1;30
I don’t know who Alyssa is. But she left me on hold for 20 mins and hung up on me twice, while I was trying to get more info for a position at Hampton Inn downtown. Was told by the ops manager at Hampton to call this location and speak to Jerred.Very rude and unprofessional.
I stayed here for a week and rented banquet space for work meetings. Hands down, the best part of the experience on the property was dealing with Lillian Stevens, the banquet supervisor. She went out of her way every single morning to meet us early and make sure we had everything we needed. Every single request was dealt with quickly, efficiently and with care. It is always nice to run into people who care about what they do and conduct themselves professionally. Thanks again Lillian! The front desk staff was equally helpful. Always courteous. Always responded to any request with a pleasant demeanor.
I had a wonderfully relaxing weekend here! The room was very clean and the bed was oh so comfortable! All staff I came into contact with were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect - right next to Parkview Field and surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants. I could not ask for better.
Great location; great staff! Been a fantastic place to stay during my business trip!
Reasonably priced and overall clean and comfortable. Great location as well.
Booked a week here with points to take care of my mom who was just out of surgery. Had a few issues with getting an accessible room upon check in but the night clerk was so wonderful with getting everything sorted for us. She was so considerate and kept a smile on the whole time! And we ended up with a room overlooking the ballpark! (Mom was quite elated about that)When the room phone randomly stopped working, maintenance staff was on it immediately, and they were also incredibly kind and accommodating. In the end, the phone couldn’t be fixed but management made it up to us. I’m a consultant and stay at Marriott hotels AALLLLL the time and this has to be some of the best service I’ve received. Everyone was so sweet and responsive the entire time and we received 5-star service the entire stay. :) Amazing team at this location. 11/10, would recommend.
Hotel is very nice and the staff are friendly. Always clean.
The staff was nice and verry nice looking but the bed was super hard and uncomfortable and could hear every car passing by out side we had trash still all over the place from the people before us and the pull out didnt fit the 2 kids they said it would since it was only a twin Also the pool was verry small and way to many people alway over crowded it Would not stay here again
Have been here several times, always a great experience. Hotel room was super clean! Staff was excellent. Not a single complaint. My number one choice of hotel in Fort Wayne, for sure.
Positive: It was clean. Negative: The guest were very loud throughout the day and night and staff never came to check on any commotion. There was constant smell of marijuana the entire time.
Awesome stay!! Very clean and modern looking. Staff was exceptional. Great location.
Great location, friendly helpful staff even while they were at capacity. Comfy beds!
We made a reservation and were told they didnt have it. Then, we were told they didnt have any rooms available. While we were standing in line in the lobby, a young white lady cut the line and asked for four towels. The clerk at the front desk gave them to her without even saying excuse me. Totally ignored the line.
Originally from Fort Wayne, whenever I come home, I always stayed at this hotel. Never have I been disappointed in my stay than this weekend. To list specifically:1. I ordered extra towels, pillows and a baby crib when booking the room. None of the items were present upon arrival.2. The three times we tried to call the front desk, we were on the other end for 5+ minutes.3. House keeping never serviced our room. At a hotel, this is a service we pay for.4. Speaking of services, Ive never had to call the front desk to receive the basic toiletries items that generally come in the room. I had to ask for soap and the vanity kit. These are the more objective reasons as to why we will never stay here again. There are many more hotels that have more amenities, such as room service, and will perform the implied task that hotels shouldnt need to be asked.Ps- my name isnt Brent. Im clearly female and am unsure as to why that name was associated with our room.
Editing review based on their sincere message and commitment to safety. While I wish there had been more efforts to ensure guests in common areas adhered to the mask mandate, everything else about the stay was top notch. The rooms and common areas were kept extremely clean and the room attendants wore their masks 100% of the time. The staff was friendly, especially at checkin.Mask policy was not enforced. Per Marriott and Indiana reopening guidelines, you’re allowed to operate at 75% capacity contingent on having all the necessary protocols in place to protect staff and guests. So many patrons not wearing masks and no enforcement from the front desk. I did not feel safe. When I escalated this to the front desk, the white male attendant was quipped back with “a lot of things are happening right now” as if protecting his guests was not the number 1 priority. He then proceeded to approach us, wearing his mask incorrectly (not covering his nose) and we asked him to respect the social distance guidelines.
Got a Skywalk, a good adjoining restaurant
I stayed at the Marriott Courtyard downtown Fort Wayne and brought back bed bugs to my home. We had to hire an exterminator, clean and do laundry for days, and get rid of some of our belongings. With help of the exterminator we discovered the time and location of where we contracted the bed bugs. When speaking to the General Manager we were notified that they are unable to do anything for us because no other cases have been reported.
Nice rooms and friendly/helpful staff.
Positive: I liked the location and staff was really nice. Hotel was clean Negative: Price was kind of high and then you had to buy a parking pass as well.
Great place. Clean comfortable and an amazing staff. Will definitely be staying here again
Nice place, lower than expected rates. Parking garage on site. I did not wear the covid19 mask and they did not bother me about it, which I appreciate. This unfounded fear that has been pushed on everybody is getting old, and I do not like being treated like I am an idiot. So kudos to you courtyard. The front desk workers were all super nice and accommodating, top notch.
Nice place to stay. Had a hard time getting clean linens...for the 2nd night.
Positive: nice location downtown Negative: room not cleaned properly. restaurant breakfast menu selection for grade of hotel was awful. the actual food was worse, rubber egg and cheese sandwich. will not go back.
Horrible. Room service only when requested 24 hours before. They dont tell you this when you check in. Breakfast was minimal selectionsWont stay there again.
Called ahead to check on covid restrictions on pool and breakfast. Asked about parking also. Was never told parking is 15$ A DAY! That was an extra 75$ for us !! Was never told breakfast was not included. A breakfast sandwich was 5.50 for a English muffin! Our room had no garbage bags, no hand soap. We froze in between heater kick one because the thermostat and heater are across the room from each other and the window let air in. Someone elses hair on toilet when we walked into the room. Really just not happy with our stay after paying 609$.
Friendly staff. And nice clean room. Fabulous location - our room overlooked the Tin Cups ball field! Well surely have to return here.
This hotel is pleasant, clean, centrally-located, easily checked into, with courteous and pleasant staff. The rooms are clean and well-appointed with a desk for putting ones computer onto and being the right height to reach the keyboard. The bathroom is well-lit with a magnifying mirror. All lotions and potions are present and their bottles filled. There are no bathrobes or slippers, no safe and only 1 luggage rack. Another of the latter can be provided on request. The gym is small but adequate. Towels and water are provided inside it. The pool is small but great for young children to play in. The hotel is pleasant to return to after a day spent outside. It is also well-positioned in that its location is in central downtown. We have never had a bad stay here. Consistency and quality of service are its greatest assets.
This place is a absolute joke.... We book weeks in advance and they messed up our our reservations and had no rooms to spare....we drove 4 hours away to this place just to be told were screwed... One would think just get another room... But its cheer completion week so their are no near by hotels with available rooms... On top of it all the people who messed up the reservations sat their for over a hour and watched us struggle to find somewhere to stay instead of maybe assisting us on calling other hotels...and finally we werent the first family this happened to on this day... This place is a joke and deserves ZERO starts.... Hopefully this helps out other familys booking at this hotel! Waste of time!
Very clean, friendly service. We really enjoyed our stay.
We were happy with the hotel itself and the room. Unfortunately, our room bordered Jefferson Blvd so the traffic was fairly loud and made it hard for me to sleep (ambulance, loud muscle cars, etc). We ended up checking out a day early because of this. The front desk associate that I spoke to on Saturday, Sept 5th advised we would receive a refund (since we cancelled within the proper timeframe) once Expedia contacted them to confirm our cancellation. However, hotel management did not approve the refund and we ended up having to pay for a night that we didnt stay. 5 stars for the aesthetics of the room/hotel...2 stars for being misinformed about the refund. 👎👎
Really nice room great view walk in shower was amazing
The room we reserved was unavailable, and theres nothing they could do about it. Also, behind the bed and between the wall, there were like huge food crumbs from previous guests.
Very good, if not for the lock down, it probably would be excellent. The staff are very helpful.
Nice clean modern rooms. The staff is nice.
Not strong enough air conditioning while waiting for a seminar.
I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times and it stands out as somewhere I always get great rest. Comfy bed, sheets, pillows and quiet. It’s a good place to stay if you want to get the essence of Fort Wayne... a neat spot in the downtown area near the ballpark, convention center, restaurants, museums, even churches. The hotel recently updated the restaurant with a sharp upgrade to made it a neat spot. I’m honestly excited about the updated menu. There are a couple of things I’m really looking forward to trying on a future trip. I’ll publicly say thanks for a good stay.
It was clean quiet and oh so comfy. I needed the mini vacation and Im glad I took it there
Great hotel, up to date modern clean rooms at affordable price. Good job!
Nice hotel. Staff was helpful. Nice rooms with easy access to anywhere downtown. Would recommend if you need easy access. 4 stars because there were teenagers in the pool blasting music. We didnt really want to use the pool but if we did... Good hotel.
Wonderful service, clean and comfortable rooms, and I love the marketplace. Especially great for grabbing a bite late night or early morning.
Views of minor league baseball field in back. Nice staff. Excellent rooms.
A very comfortable and relaxing place to stay
Nice place,service good,food good too
There was alot of drunk and weird people but overall it was amazing
We are in town for a wedding. I wanted to take the time to say that the customer service has been outstanding from the moment we stepped in the building. The front desk has came through for us on multiple occasions for last minute needs before the wedding. Ashley happened to be working the front desk when I decided to write this review. But Ashley (and the whole staff) have really gone the extra mile, exceeding our expectations to make sure we are taken care of. We appreciate the great service and I definitely recommend staying at this hotel.
Stayed 2 nights on a relocation interview trip from Dallas. Room was modest but clean, bed and pillows comfortable, and hotel restaurant food was good. Note that its $12/night to park in the garage next door to the hotel, which wasnt mentioned upfront. Friendly staff, and remember to ask for complimentary bottled water when you check in since they dont have them in the room. There is a pass-through to the Embassy Theatre and Convention Center across the street on the 3rd floor, so if you want quiet on a weekend, dont stay on that floor or in a room with windows facing either venue.
My family and I had a wonderful time this past weekend. Check in could be done on an app and it alerted me when my room was ready. The hotel was beautiful and updated. The room was very clean with a huge shower. The restaurant Conner’s was the best food I had in a long time! I highly recommend.
GUEST BEWARE!!! Courtyard Fort Wayne Downtown at Grand Wayne Convention Center, 1150 South Harrison StreetFort Wayne, Indiana 46802 USAI have been a titanium elite member with Marriott for over 15 years and have stayed on their various properties around the United States for over 25 years and today I had the worst experience I have ever had. On their website it states “Airport shuttle service, reservation required, complimentary Mon-Sun: 07:30 AM - 10:30 PM”. Would anyone believe they require 24 hours notice for the shuttle? This is what I learned when I asked to be picked up from the airport after returning my rental car. I was also told by Karen, the assistant General Manager that they had no one to drive the shuttle. In all my years I have never made a “reservation”. You ask for a pickup from the airport, and when you need to go from the hotel to the airport you either have them put you in a sign in book or they confirm it with you, you do not call ahead. The General Manager, Sarah Peters I was told was in her office on the phone, never once did she bother to come out to speak with me. On their behalf Karen informed me, that the employees that work the desk know they have to have 24 hours notice for the shuttle, lucky them. Guess I need to get a job at this Courtyard so I can learn their little rules and regulations. But wait….what if on their website that talks about “airport shuttle” they just list it there. Wouldn’t that be a wonderful thing to know for all the business travelers and vacationers that require the shuttle. Just a thought, but I’m thinking the Fort Wayne Courtyard knows best. This would allow us travelers to make an informed decision and possibly stay somewhere else. And for compensation, they gave me “NOTHING”, imagine that. Well this would be the first and last time I stay here. So for all of you future travelers that are thinking of staying here, make sure you know THEIR RULES and REGULATIONS before you push that confirm buttom.
Nice hotel. Great room with comfortable beds in an excellent location!
The hotel is clean with a modern feel, and offers a comfortable lobby to meet or relax in. The coffee is very low quality, so id recommend getting your Americano elsewhere. The shuttle must be booked a day or two in advance, if you call from the airport for them to pick you up, they wont. There is very limited seating on their shuttle and times are not flexible so you need to plan ahead. Nowhere on their site does it mention any of this. Aside from the flies hovering around my wine glass at the bar, this is a clean and modern hotel right downtown and easy to get to area restaurants.
In the heart of downtown. Watch your bill, they charged for internet that should have been included. With Covid, theyre not cleaning rooms unless requested. Not supplying towels unless requested.
New, clean, great central location. Nice rooms. Definatly come back here
We enjoyed our stay at the Fort Wayne Courtyard downtown. The location was excellent and the hotel was up to date and very clean. The restaurant/bar was a nice convenience. We were disappointed in the lack of a coffee bar that is available to guests in the morning. Overall, it was a great experience.
Nice rooms, comfy bed, great courtyard. The noise level was really good, you could only hear people if they were talking right outside your door
Beautiful room. Beautiful view. Great bar/bartenders. Unfortunate that the rooms cannot be cool as they are maxed out at minimum of 68 degrees and when you are on high floors, it is even warmer than that in the room. Made it very difficult to get a good nights sleep.
When attending events at the Embassy Theater and Convention Center it is not necessary to even step outside. Hotel was very clean throughout. One of the best hotel restaurants for casual dining I have ever been to. The bar had 140 Whiskey, Bourbons, and Scotches during my visit.Staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. Convenient parking.
From check-in to check-out everything was wonderful. The staff made me feel like I was the only person they were concerned about. The room was clean, bed and bedding very comfortable. This hotel knocked it out of the park with customer service and a wonderful experience overall. I would highly recommend using this hotel for any of your business or personal needs. Bravo Courtyard/Marriott.
Great stay staff, was more than accommodating and extremely friendly.Had a great experience, Internet did not work most of the time kept cutting out and had to get back on.The only issues we encountered were at the Connors restaurant attached to the hotel poor management and service, not only were they rude but then they talked about the situation That happens with other guests making ignorant comments While we were near by. We called The The restaurant at 10:28pm they told us they were closing the restaurant at 12 AM Saturday evening,Dinner food would only be available till 11 and appetizers till 11:45pm,we proceeded in by 10:34 pmvery few in the restaurant and they would not accommodate meals, delaying coming to our table and taking our drink order for almost 15 minutes and then just things did not work out from there, our group left The Way the manager handled the situation was definitely not professional and then to talk about us while some of our party was still in the restaurant and we were sitting outside in the lobby! It was very disrespectful
Clean room and the staff was really nice and was quick on getting you what you needed.
Walking in was very pleasant, clean & modern. The young lady at the front desk was super nice & so professional but at the same time personal. My husband & I were out for a date night & had several plans made, when we returned to the hotel we thought we would visit the restaurant/bar (Conners Kitchen & Bar) & so glad we did! The bar staff Liza & Todd were awesome! Liza directed us to the OOEY, GOOEY CAKE & it DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Before checking out the next morning we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast of chicken & waffles at Conners Kitchen & Bar & again it was amazing. We plan to make this out go to in Fort Wayne. Thanks to all that made this weekend awesome!
Always clean, great customer service and amazing views. My home away from home in Ft. Wayne.
The complimentary breakfast was dope! The views were amazing. The pool room was warm. All the outdoor seating was gorgeous. Im definitely coming back.
I would absolutely choose this hotel again if visiting the area again. It is close to everything downtown, the hotel is spotless beyond expectations the staff is amazing and always concerned with your needs. The pool is a little disappointing how small it is but it is well kept. We were there for a soccer tournament and they had security there making sure the kids were not running and screaming up and down halls or playing on the elevators. Truly and amazing stay!
Negative: TV in my room did not work. I couldnt reach anyone at the desk by calling from the room phone or calling the hotel on my cell. Had to go down to the lobby. They couldnt fix the TV so I had to change rooms. The heater fan in the new was extremely loud.
We visit Fort Wayne several times a year and this is our “go-to” hotel. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. On site dining is dependable for tasty food and drinks. The location is perfectly convenient for any downtown destination. We’ll be back!
We stayed here on our wedding night. We should have just gone home.Staff was rude and not helpful. In the morning, we had breakfast at Connors. They made us wait 20 minutes even though almost all of the tables were open. I wouldn’t recommend booking this for your wedding guests as the rates are only good until a month out for the wedding - so the time when all of my guests wanted to book. Inconvenient even though we booked it because it is NEXT DOOR to our venue.
Dinner Detective with friends was great!
What a great location. It faces the local baseball team stadium so we wish we came in the season to take in a game. We parked the car and walked all day: to art museum, the botanical conservatory right next door and nearby dining. Nice downtown and cant wait to come back and see all the construction completed. Staff was wonderful, even on Christmas day and even left a bakery item in room as holiday greeting. All good and we will stay again.
Our issues began when we walked into the door. Three lines for check in and I walked up to the empty lane and I stood there for a while before even being acknowledged and then told she would be with me in a minute. The other two employees each registered 3 people and I was still standing there not being waited on. I switched and went to the back of another line and she still didnt acknowledge the inconvenience or that I even existed. I finally get checked into our room and the door is propped open, the lights and tv were on but no one was around. Not a clean great feeling. We go down to enjoy the pool only to find out someone had throw up in it and it was closed and remained closed for our stay. We come back to the hotel late and we were part of a group of 16. The restaurant had just sat a large group and would not seat us together or split up. We were told it would be a 45 min wait which ended up being an hour and a half. We asked if we could be seated and just order drinks and they said no. We asked if we could split up and they said no but they continued to sit 2, 4, 6 which added up to 16 very quickly. We finally ate and went to bed. We went to bed around 11:00 the mom next to us came up and started pounding on the door besides ours screaming at her child to open up the door. This went on for sometime and the door finally opened. Finally get to sleep less than an hour it happened again. I never got back to sleep again. Overall just a disappointing and horrible experience. We travel a lot and Id say its the worst we have ever experienced. We have another stay at a Courtyard planned for May and will be cancelling.
I would stay here again. The staff were courteous and extremely accommodating to our needs including catered meals and facilities rental for late night gatherings. The rooms were clean and had good amenities including refrigerator and coffee machine (single use packets only, couldnt use my own coffee). The bedding was very comfortable. My only actual complaints are that the one ply toilet paper was physically painful to use, and that the housekeeping cleaned my room even with the placard on the door stating not to. While it was of course nice to have the bed made, I strongly prefer no one in my room with my valuables when Im not there, hence leaving the placard on my door. Also, the pool was more of a splash pond so I opted not to wade in it.
We were there for the Dinner Detective. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food served was barely warm, the vegetables and mashed potatoes were great. The chicken was marginal at best. The desert was great.
We stayed one night to visit a grandson. You have a great location! Check in and out people were nice.Baseball game fireworks woke my wife. Too cold for us in breakfast area so we went elsewhere. Cleaning man was friendly to chat with. Farmers market was close and fun. Would definitely stay again.
I was here for a wedding, and everything ran so smoothly and the space was tastefully decorated.
This would have gotten more stars had their staff followed up with an inquiry that was made after my stay. I’ve had to report an issue 4 times and yet my issue still hasn’t been met or answered. Great location, comfortable rooms, horrible staffing. The restaurant is awesome but the hotel needs new management that can promise to be more attentive.
