Went to Springer Jewelers to find an engagement ring. Ben told me there would be plenty of time to get the diamond and settings in time (1.5 month timeline). The package was “stolen” (apparently not delivered). He told me not to worry and he was going to get others to replace them. Ben said he would call me when they arrived and gave me a date. I called every other day for a week or two. Ben stopped responding to my texts. Genuinely do not then he even ordered them. It’s now been 2 weeks after the date I needed them by, and he still hasn’t contacted me.If I wouldn’t have went somewhere else last minute, my engagement plans would have been ruined and it would have been all thanks to Ben and Springer Jewelers.I would highly suggest looking elsewhere.Thanks Ben.

I stopped in to have my wedding band resized, i was greated right away and the ring was ready just a couple days later! Ben was very nice and my ring fits perfectly now! It was my first time ever having anything done with jewlery. Very professional very speedy and very well priced! I will go to Springers always now!

In November I took my wifes watch, which was a service award from her work, in to Ben Springer. He had advised me that he was an authorised service repair rep for citizen watches. After FOUR MONTHS of lying to me about the delay in repairing the watch he claimed that it had been fixed and that I could pick it up 2 days later. I picked up the watch and left, and unfortunately not to my surprise it was not working and appeared that he had not done anything to the watch at all. I made the mistake of being patient and trusting for 4 months believing what he had told me, so I dont understand why he would do something like this to a customer and try to trick them. Even claim that there was no charge because of the time it took to repair it when in reality there was no charge because he had done nothing. If I could give 0 stars I would! Do not trust Ben Springer with your business, he will lie right to your face!!!

My husband had an old seiko passed on to him from his father that had been broken for years. He had gone to other jewelers who told him there was no fixing it. I brought it into Springers and he looked at it, disappeared in the back for a couple minutes and came back with a fixed watch! Then I realized it needed a new battery, and just a quick minute it was done. I really appreciated it since I had my impatient toddler and infant with me. My husband was ecstatic, he hasnt taken the watch off since! Thank you is all I can say. Stopped in to look for a new watch band for my cheap Timex because the band broke. Jeweler said he could fix it if I left it over night. Came back to pick it up and it was fixed with no charge because it was an easy fix. Im just in town for a few days but Id come back here if I lived here. Nice guy very professional

Got my Rolex serviced, and cleaned here a while ago. About the only shop in town, that still has the skilled workers. Able to perform simple routine mantainace, would recommend for other jobs.

I love this place! I broke my Tiffanys necklace chain and I was really praying I wouldnt have to drive 90+ miles to repair it! Service was very fast, very kind and extremely knowledgeable, really talked me through everything that was going to happen.
