Horrible experience. One guy tells me a clasp is $5. Owner comes an tells me the same clasp is $20. I needed a white gold clasp. First guy tells me $60. Then when I said absolutely not it was magically $50. Then the owner comes and tells me I didnt get my necklace at his place because its hollow when the first guy told me it was solid. The owner is clearly interested in getting as much money as possible for cheap product instead of making customers happy in hopes that they return. Do not buy jewelry there. It breaks, youre SOL.

My mom went to go get a ring sized here. one guy told her it was $10-$15 and the other guy told her it was $40. They kept it for a month and a half and then couldnt find it when she went to pick it up. He claimed that the ring wasnt real silver. The owner was demanding money from her and my mom had to yell at the guy to pay what his employees promised. Horrible experience dont ever go there!!!!!

I put 20$ down for my first payment,yesterday I gave handed the guy 260$ I told him to wait on processing my order because I was going to check out a store for a better deal .I came back not even 5 minutes later,he wouldn’t give me my money back.He then shows me a sign on the other side of the booth where you can barely even see it “no refunds “.so I waited for his boss to come in and he starts cussing at me because I wanted my money back they just acted SHADY and RUDE I DIDNT get all my money back.this place is a rip off

This man really charged me $15 for a screw the size of a grain of rice. I brought a watch band that was missing a screw to him and he put one in and asked for $15. Don’t go to him. He isn’t honest up front and overcharges.
