My second visit here. Both times I was very happy with the service.

I brought in my iPhone 6 with a suspected defective battery. One other customer ahead of me. I was dealt with quickly and politely. A quick diagnosis of issue was performed, an estimate of cost was provided and my information was taken. I was asked if I was experiencing any other problems and was told my repair would be complete in about an hour. My contact on another phone was requested for a call when done. I received a call in LESS than an hour, returned to the store and was greeted courteously. The warranty details were explained and my payment processed. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY VISIT TO BATTERIES + !!!!

Do not waste your time with, the tech didn’t seem knowledgeable at all. They are Battery Plus, please focused selling batteries instead.

The guy that helped me was very helpful and informative about what he did and found on my phone. And my phone works great ! And there prices are great. It’s funny because i took my phone to Best Buy’s geek squad first and they told me my phone was trash and needed replaced and tried selling me a 1200$ phone. Yeah no thanks. Make sure you go get a second opinion over at batteries + bulbs good crew of guys over there

Quick and so far so good plus a 6 month warranty on the new iPhone battery I had replaced. No data issues. A very pleasant experience, I will certainly use them again

Kind of hard to get your phone repaired when you cant even talk to someone. Waited on hold so long that I couldnt even walk my daughter down the aisle(she was 13 months old at the start of the call)Our 2017 Pacifica is now an antique and I havent done an oil change in 30 years because I couldnt use both of my hands.The robots finally took over and I couldnt join the resistance because I couldnt reload any weapon they gave me.Thanks to you, the machines won.

Arrived on time and the phone was done a little over an hour. I got a battery replacement on my Note 5. It now holds a charge way better, and they were very professional about it. Time will tell with this new battery but all seems well.

To sum it up, the first screen was defective, the second screen worked but another component was damaged during the screen replacement, my phone was sent in for repair and it took a week to get back, and now my third screen is starting to separate from the frame in the middle of the screen. It makes a sucking noise when I press diwn on the screen. **4 weeks later, I now see that the back panel is starting to separate along the outside frame of my phone. Continue reading for specific details.It was convenient to reserve a time online to bring my Samsung S8 in for a screen replacement. The first screen replacement was done in an hour. When I was picking it up, I noticed the were some unresponsive spots in the screen. They promptly replaced the first screen with a second screen. Driving home, my phone was super hot and gave a message of phone temp too low to charge. Turned it off for 2 hours and tried wirelessly charging it but still got the same message. Returned to the store that night where they replaced the battery and charging port but still no luck charging it. They informed me that it would have to be sent in for repair. I got hit with a double whammy being it Friday night which means my phone wouldnt ship till Monday and I wouldnt receive it back till Thursday because of the 4th of July being on Wednesday. They replaced the temperature probe (more or less) allowing my phone to gage the correct internal temperature of my phone and this allowing it to charge. Having had my phone back for less than a week, its starting to make a sticking sound in the middle of my screen like the glue is coming apart.Maybe its in my head but I feel like now my phone battery drains a lot faster and its much more sensitive to where it needs go be placed on my wireless charging pad (which are genuine Samsung pads and I have 1 of each generation).So basically, repair at your own risk.

Dropped off my phone to get the battery replaced, for a Note 5.Arrive at the store to pick up the phone, battery is dead, not charged, they cant get it to turn on because the battery is at ZERO... I know hard to believe...

I will never take my iPhone repairs to anyone but Ben ever again! not only did i call the store 30 minutes before they closed to see if they could do a same day repair(i know, im the worst) Ben told me to come on in and stayed 20 minutes past close just to help me. Not only is he so knowledgeable on everything iPhone related, he acutally knows how to fix your problems and tells you all the risks of everything before he does it. He was very friendly and helpful especially in my time of need! dont go anywhere else!

I needed the LED screen to be replaced on my Samsung phone while I was out of town traveling on business. After the one hour repair my phone looked okay initially, but later after returning home I noticed that the new screen was not seated all the way in, and also it was not bright enough. There are also some dead spots on the touch screen.I need to check if there was any warranty, and if it could be corrected I my home state.Overall, the staff was friendly, and they had the parts on hand, but the repair itself was just mediocre.

Only complaint is that they didn’t call me when my daughter’s phone was done being repaired. Said 45 minutes and went back after waiting an hour and a half and it had been done for a while.
