We ordered custom made dice (100D6 with a custom 1), they helped with the design and the delivery was unproblematic. The dice look great, the custom side is awesome and we are very happy!

The absolute BEST customer service. Got to my order as quickly as possible, gave me an accurate time frame of shipment, verified all items would be available to ship, and were all super pleasant to speak to on the phone. The distribution center is small, with only 2 employees, and I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with both of them regarding my order. Thank you for handling a stressful intake of orders with grace and efficiency, and I cannot wait for my next order to be placed.

I had a great experience the first time I ordered. They really came through and I got customer dice in 6 weeks. Then I try it a year later, I allow more time to get the dice, and they tell me production time is very slow at 9 weeks so I wont have them in time. I understand if theres a week delay or something. But they set the expectation for me at 6 weeks and now I cant really depend on them for ordering because God knows how fast or slow the production time will be. I feel bad giving a bad review because they really helped me the first time. But they need to get a reliable estimated time frame for this service to be useful. Every service needs this.

Chessex Covid-19 response has been horrible. Certain office personal are not required to wear a mask cause of there relation to upper management. lack of daily cleaning puts employees at risk and needs to be fixed. Own the business and protect the employees making the company. let go the ones that defy basic health and safety concerns go. just because you been there forever dont give you the right to put others at risk
