Roza is the best, fast service, great quality. I had her alter a bridemaids dress, dress pants, and a dress shirt. Was extremely happy with how the shirt and trousers were done, we had asked her to bring the sides of the shirt in and it looks like it was custome made for him. She offered a rush service if needed and we will be taking all our clothing there from now on to be tailored. Highly recommend.

Rosa is a joy to work with when tell her what I am looking to have done. I have brought her several shirts to have the sleeves cut off to a short sleeve shirt. It was a LOT cheaper then buying a new shirt! God bless you Rosa! You are a true treasure!

$80 to get basic bridesmaid dress hemmed 1-2in. They only take cash. They dont take appointments. Went in and waited a half hour because they just have one dressing room. Made me pay $5 to have my unaltered dress handed right back. Roza is nice.

We took a wedding dress and mother of bride dress in for alterations. We were told it would be ready for the next fitting the beginning of July. Called 07/15 and they hadnt been started and we were told she had plenty of time to make it work. But no call, no communication about it at all.

I brought in a pair of pants to be altered she said it would be about a week ended up being 3 weeks when I came in to pick up I explained I thought it would be sooner very unprofessional told me I could take my business elsewhere and then a man who worked there came up and got very loud and obnoxious in my face very unprofessional.Follow up review she refunded my money and apologized for any inconvenience she gets a definite thumbs up for being compassionate and apologetic!

Roza does awesome work! I just felt the price was on the high end. I had a jacket brought in a bit and it was $50. Also wish she could take card instead of just cash/check. She did a great job though!

I have really enjoyed my experiences at Rozas. She is an excellent tailor and keeps her busy shop running with regular customers, new business, and commissioned industrial work. She is personable and charming and has a great sense of humor. I have given her many items to alter and have never had anything to complain about. What I really valued was her encouragement in my interest in altering my own clothing: hemming and letting out pants, jackets, and sleeves. Once in awhile when something is too difficult, I bring it to her. Turnaround time for most things is about a week. Shell call you. Recommended.

They are unprofessional and rude and not even do the job right. I went to get my Scrub pant TAPERED. Showed them the sample and they told me a price. I didnt negotiate the price as money is never an issue for a job well done. 2 weeks later when I pick it up, horrible job done. No taper, only outer seam corrected. I am like this is no good, this is not a taper. This time the owner herself is there, she is like we showed you, I am like I showed you the sample and told you TAPER, and taper means correction from both seams not just the one. She said it ll be 6$ more. I am like what? And then she is like we do not want customers that argue. I am like I am not arguing at all, its the final product that I dont like, and I paid for final product. Nonetheless she says what do you want me to do? Fire Maria? I am supposing Maria is the one that did it. I was like do not fire Maria, no one who works hard needs to get fired, if you guys can correct the mistake, its all good. She sent me happily on my way.Next time when I go pick it up, mistake was corrected and it was correctly TAPERED, and me putting all things behind, I said, If you can do this job again, I ll get you my other Scrub pants too. Owner is like please dont bring anything here, we do not want to work for free for any one? What the hell? I paid 22$ for it, how is it free if you do a horrible job and I make you correct it. Tailors are not God and you make mistakes, admit them. Never would go back there, and I absolutely do not recommend them to anyone who wants a good job and a good professional treatment done.She told me they have enough customers and dont need more. So clearly if you are a regular stay blessed, but new ones please walk away before the owner treats you like a filth.Either do it right the first time, or admit the mistake and work with the customer, rather than being rude and pointing mistakes in customer. I would have liked to stay your customer, but I guess you believe you are Gods and can never do any wrong. With them, Customer is always wrong.

She is great with prom dresses. Last year we had a complicated alteration involving the bodice. This year just hemming the skirt. Both jobs excellently done. Very fair prices.

I had her replace a zipper pull. Its still working. She was very pleasant and put aside other work to fix it since the coat was weather necessary.

This was the most horrible customer service Ive ever encounter for my business. I took my leather jacket into Rosa in the first a February to get ice zipper put in. I were told that she had to order the zipper and she would call me sometime in February. I never ever received a called, so I went in there March 10 to check on my jacket that was not ready. The the owner began to swear before God that she was a victim of identity theft. That she had no money to place her orders. I tried patiently to understand. I finally ask for the return of my jacket which after much searching to find my jacket she did give it to me. I asked her for a refund, because I paid her in advance. Again, she began to swear that I never gave her any money, and I I told her not to worry about it because I had the receipt and I would return with it. I wouldnt advise anyone to take their clothing there for alteration due to the unorganised Clutter you may never get your piece of clothing back or completed.

I wanted to be Betty Boop for Halloween this year and I ordered a dress online that I thought was going to fit. It arrived a day before I needed it for a costume contest/Halloween party and it did NOT fit. It wouldnt comfortably zip up around my bust and dug into the bra band area. I called Roza and she said she could get it done by the time I needed it and so I came in on a Friday and she and another woman working in the shop dropped what they were doing and got my dress done in less than 3 hours! I was told it was going to be a bit tricky because of the fabric the dress was made of but they got it done and it looked amazing!! Unless you knew it was altered to add more fabric to make more room for my chest, you would think it was part of the design. Roza is so sweet and kind and she really knows her stuff. Just a heads up, they only take cash or check and there is an atm in the Target of the same shopping plaza! Thank you again so much!

Outstanding work and great customer service. I always bring my stuff to her. I may even buy clothes that I really like that are not quite my size because I know she will alter it at a fair price and I have had no issues with quality.

She is simply the best. She has handled everything Ive sent her way, from wedding dresses to tactical pants. And she is such a beautiful, warm person, its impossible not to smile when youre in there.

Her success may be her downfall. Because she is so busy, she has hired additional help. And what often happens, is that the quality of work goes down. That is what I have experienced. My last two trips there.......a pair of jeans with one leg 2 longer than the other and a fleece top with one sleeve made so tight I was couldnt wear it. And to make matters even worse, I had to wait another 5 days to get the clothes back because she felt she had to show the mistakes to the original seamstress (who was out ) so she could fix it. I will be going elsewhere.

I was told my items would be ready on Thursday. I went in at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday to pick them up. Roza said they were not ready. I had a really busy day and had driven across town to pick them up. When I asked when they would be ready (had several other appointments that day), Roza said to me, YOU ARE NOT OUR ONLY CUSTOMER!! WE ARE VERY BUSY!! I was shocked to say the least. The work was excellent, but based on the customer service, I will never go back. I still cannot believe she said that to me. Roza, I am the customer, so you should remember to treat customers with respect. I did not even get an apology. She acted like it was my fault. I came in on the day she said the items would be ready!! WOW!!! All you had to do was say, Im sorry they are not ready yet, but we will get them ready at ____ time for you. So simple, but not done.

Was visiting in Fort Wayne a few months ago and somehow I damaged one of my favorite shirts (a tear in the box pleat of an expensive shirt). I called around to several shops and none of the shops could perform the work.That was until I called Rozas Alterations. The store is located in the Northwood Plaza (Target I believe is the anchor store) and is right behind the Pizza Hut. Roza the Owner said she could fix the shirt and promised to have it back to me ASAP.Roza fixed the shirt and got it back to me earlier than promised and the work is outstanding because I cannot even notice that the shirt was damaged to begin with.It appears that they repair anything (clothing, purses, wallets, sofa cushions, chairs, etc.The price was much lower than any of the competitors quoted and there was no upcharge for the repair with a fast turnaround.The woman must be good because I noticed about a half dozen wedding gowns and even curtains and draperies.I wanted to post this because other alterations shops in the area acted disinterested and like it was a bother simply asking for their assistance, however, Rozas Alterations acted professional and treated me with respect.I would strongly recommend their services.
