Robert did a really awesome job cleaning the carpets in 3 rooms and a hallway. He was nice, came at a timely manner, gave us a good price and offered to do extra cleaning. The pet stains originally were really bad(dark yellowing) but he removed it to the point where you cant tell. The highly trafficked areas were dark black stains and at the end the carpet came out as its original color. I would recommend Robert to anybody wanting their carpet clean for a cheap and professional service.

Robert Reynolds had just been out a couple months ago to clean my carpets. Then my dog got into a brand new printer cartridge, and destroyed it all over my carpet. He had it on his paws & his face... all while climbing on my couch too. Well, this was a call to Robert.I called Robert to see if he had an opening that day. Luckily, he said he could come by after he completed his current job. Likes hes taught me in the past, dont try to get it up yourself...because you could set the stain and the chances of getting the stains out arent as good.When he got to my house, the ink was already dry. He worked his magic and said that hed call me tomorrow to check on it to make sure I was happy. When he called, I had to tell him that a couple of the stains had wicked back up.He returned a couple days later, and worked on the two stains some more. Overnight, they did not return. I am very happy to say that I can put this ink fiasco behind me.Im always impressed with the results & Roberts genuine concern about my carpet and making sure Im happy before he leaves. Ive used Xcellent Care Carpet Cleaning in the past, and will continue to use him in the future. He does GREAT work at a reasonable price. Thank you again Robert.

I can not tell you how pleased I have been with the Service and Quality of the carpet cleaning from Xcellent Care Carpet Cleaning. We used the service for the first time back in July and all other companies that we called were scheduled out at least 2 weeks and we were in kind of a bind and needed the carpets cleaned sooner than the other companies could get to us. I happened across Xcellent Care Carpet Cleaning and even though Robert was also scheduled out about two weeks, he agreed to clean our carpets on a Saturday which was the following day from my call. Robert arrived on time for our appointment and proceeded to look the situation over giving me the Carpet 101 and explaining the entire process that was going to take place. He also explained other services that his company does, like duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning, he even checked the airflow of our dryer vent to make sure it was flowing adequately. We had a whole house of carpets cleaned and when he finished I was completely amazed how nice they all looked. I was so impressed with the quality and the level of service Robert gave us that two weeks later we had another property that needed the carpets cleaned and I didnt think twice as to who we needed to call. It was Robert to the rescue once again. This property was several years older and the carpets were going to be a challenge... or so I thought. Once again the carpets were like new and Roberts level of service was just as I had expected. Kudos to Robert and the Xcellent Care Carpet Cleaning service... We will never call anyone else for our Carpet Cleaning needs.

I wish I could rate Roberts carpet cleaning but after he come in our home with a terrible attitude and making demands he left with out telling us. I took work off to get the carpet cleaned as a Christmas present instead I moved all of my furniture just to move it right back. I cleaned carpet for 3 years and Im pretty familiar with the process but Robert talked to us like we were 2nd class citizens because we didnt know his process. I could not believe how unprofessional he was being and when he went outside to get set up he left without saying a word . I would not recommend this cleaning company to anyone Im highly disappointed and frustrated that I wasted my day off and my carpet still isnt clean

Carpet cleaner had an attitude as soon as he arrived. My husband almost kicked him out. I do not understand how others have him rated so well. He took very little time to treat stains. He was in an out in under an hour and a half. I have used steamatic and stanley steemer in the past. They do a better job. I will go back to them. I do not see that he managed to remove any stains. I have seem steamatic actually scrub at stains before, he just sprayed some stuff and then cleaned the carpet.Had another company NEW AGAIN come out a few hours later, they only had time for the living room, but the difference was like night and day. I paid more for the second carpet cleaner, but it was worth it because they actually cleaned.. the carpet and it looked it.Owner lied! Just cleaned for me xcellent care carpet cleaning on 11/20/2018 from 8:30 in the morning until 10 am. Owner did not have a good answer for my rating, so tried to make it out that he did not clean for me. Owner also called me about the rating on 11/21/2018. He said terrible rating on the phone, was unhappy, then posts that he never cleaned for me!

At this point i was very turned off by his unprofessionalism I didnt text him anything and called a few other companies. After a few hours he called me back and I told him I had already contracted the work. He angrily yelled I WISH YOU WOULD HAVE TOLD ME EARLIER and slammed the phone down. This was the final straw. I informed Rob that i would be writing a bad review and he threatened me with a lawsuit. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!
