Stopped in to look at a Honda Accord and ask some questions. Travis worked with and we walked the lot as he explained the differences in the models. Eventually we found the car I wanted but it had been sold so he began searching. They found one just like it and got it very quickly. Service at this location is top notch. I had a check engine light pop on after grocery shopping. Stopped in and they squeezed me in with no appointment. Found the issue, reset the light, then scheduled my repair for the following week. Estimated repair was 1.5 hours and was done in 45 minutes and on the road.

I found my infinity Q50 singuture edition 3.0 twin turbo at Don Ayres! They have some really nice vehicles there! Great prices too! My Q50 was very affordable and priced really good! I love my car!!

They also helped me to get most of the paperwork’s completed over the phone. When I walked in for the first time to see the cars, due to the chip shortage they didn’t had the specific color I was looking for. If zero was an option, it would be a zero. Sold my car to them, they took it without giving me any money which was agreed on. I found a new car at a different lot, called to ask if it was possible to get my money by Friday. Carlos then went on a rant, my husband could here the phone call from across the room. My husband called back to talk to Bill, he did nothing but defended Carlos. Our salesman, Romain said he couldnt help in anyway, hes just a salesman. They told us we could come and take our car back and pay them. I want to tell them, we will take our car back and pay them when we get the title. The whole thing is unethical, considering honda has our title and our car and we have no money. Sales people, rude. Service guys needs a raise.

I arrived early and was accommodated rather quickly considering how busy the technicians were. All staff were courteous and helpful, but this is not unusual as I have been treated in this manner since the first day I have dealt here. The tech Cesar was efficient and most professional. I am very pleased with both him and the entire staff.

I had a recall on my Honda and Ben and his team were amazing. Best place to get a Honda serviced.

I had a recall on my drivers side lock. I bought a power window regulator that broke in the same door. So I ordered one and took it to them because they said they would install it while they fixed the recall. I had to pay 198.00 plus 20.00 because I bought the part myself. Couple days later I heard parts drop inside my door. I called and told them and he said that they would look at it but cant guarantee the part I bought and would charge me 110.00 if its the part. I told him to forget it. I had someone take the door panel off and there were the screws laying in the bottom of the door. They were not tightened and thats why the whole thing fell inside my door. Be cautious of the service you get.

Excellent staff, always professional - and while you do encounter ‘dealer pricing’ at times, it’s well worth the investment. They do good work, and haven’t given any reason to look elsewhere.

The service is phenomenal both selling and service. Even if we buy something that is not Honda they service most cars. I love Honda and will remain with them.
