Miracle Contracting has been, by far, the most enjoyable company that we have worked with. Bob was absolutely wonderful when it came to quoting our job. He had patience with me as I thought of different ideas, considered different options, and worked through the overall quote of our job until I was comfortable with the price and the updates that we were doing. He regularly went back and forth with me via email to ensure I was happy. He was always responsive and the overall price of the job that we had done, including a complete renovation of our master bath, and painting of our upstairs, including walls, trim and ceilings was all very, very reasonable.When it was time to start the job, Bob introduced me to Chrystal and Toby who were equally as amazing as Bob. They were prompt in their replies to me and ensured that the job was scheduled as quickly as possible. She would give suggestion and offer advice based on the style that I was going for.The workers for Miracle were always incredibly professional and timely. When they said they were going to arrive at 8am, you can bet they were knocking on the door at 7:59, right on time. The upstairs was always very tidy when we got home from work, and they did their absolute best to ensure their workspace was clean and taken care of upon our arrival home. Ray went above and beyond to make extra phone calls to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. When I wanted to make changes, it was a simple no problem.The workers also went out of their way to not only showcase the professionalism of the company, but also to showcase that they were all just good human beings. We have three dogs, who would tend to escape where we were keeping them while they were working, they always brought them back downstairs, but then back in the three seasons room, and even spent time checking on them throughout the day. We had major storms come through our area and they went out to make sure our trashcans were brought it and did not blow around. All of this was above and beyond what we could have expected.Also, we are a law enforcement family, and my husband has a duty stand in the main room where Miracle was working the majority of the time. One of the workers noticed that my husband clearly worked in law enforcement, and left an incredibly kind business card that read Dear Officer: We Need You! We would have continued doing work with Miracle regardless, but these extra touches, these kind gestures, prove to me they are a local, family-owned business that truly cares about their customers.So, Miracle Contracting, THANK YOU! The lower level of my house sustained major food damage and was gutted. Miracle Contractors did all the remodeling and replacement work. We hired Miracle Contracting to help repair & reinforce a beam in our attic. We initially contacted Miracle to provide a quote prior to closing on our house; they were quick to provide a quote on our tight deadline. After closing we contacted them to schedule the work and they were able to fit us in right away, which was great. Shaine was punctual, arrived with all the necessary equipment and supplies, communicated what he was going to do, and did an amazing job. Miracle Contracting did a really nice job replacing our roofing and gutter that was damaged in a recent storm. Colors matched perfectly, so you cant tell any work had to be done. Quality workmanship and they left our property clean. Exactly what we asked for.

Overall had a good experience with Miracle. We were pleased with how soon they were able to come out to do the job and Shaine was on time and very friendly when he came out. They were able to finish much quicker than we had anticipated. They have the option to do a video quote where you send them a video from your phone describing the work you are looking to have, which I appreciated not having to also schedule a time for someone to come out for a quote and it was a very simple process.

Set appointment & went over all weve been through concerning mold and remediation up to now with person setting appointment. Bob was assigned for quote and requested earlier appt...which was great and worked better for me to miss less work. He arrived earlier yet even, so I wasnt ready, then rushed appointment. He didnt measure all we needed and then blew us off 2 days later via email, never providing any quote. Now, we need a door, possibly windows installed (already purchased & Heritage Windows has dropped the ball on install), flooring, walls, ceiling, lights, fan installed and trim... so its a gutted room needing completely finished, basically. HOWEVER, he says (direct quote from email sent) after discussing project with owner, we dont think this is a good fit for us. We are a general contractor and since you are having windows done by someone else and there are already issues with the room we will have to pass on this job. No idea what issues hes referring to - we had a roof put on a few months ago by JAS & Sons (wonderful & highly recommend!!!), and so theres no leaking from roof anymore....after roof was removed & replaced, the mold remediation was done by Ross Restoration (AMAZING PEOPLE, too!) & so theres no mold anymore either. We now need someone to finish sunroom from floor to ceiling. Obviously, we contacted a general contractor to help us finish this darn project & apparently, Miracle Contracting doesnt consider quotes important business. We are not suing any contractors either? Making up stories now.... LOOK at the owners reply to me trying to warn others.... This sunroom fits exactly, by definition, what a general contractor is hired to do, so excuses are unjustified. DO NOT waste your time dealing with these guys!

Fair/competitive quote. They showed up exactly on the date and time promised and the project turned out excellent. Most contractors will leave you hanging but Miracle Contracting did everything that they promised and I am a very satisfied customer. I would definitely recommend and I will seek to complete other future projects with them. THANKS!!

Miracle is a fantastic company. They responded quickly with an intial appointment, a quote with plans and then within a few weeks started the job. They allowed for 8 weeks and finished ahead of schedule.The lead, Michael, cleaned up well each day and provided us with some sense of a kitchen. He arrived each day and worked hard. Both the owner and construction manager stopped by many times to make sure all was progressing well and addressed any questions or concerns.Our remodel consisted of removing a wall and expanding our kitchen. We went from two small rooms to a kitchen worthy of House Beautiful. We also had them lay flooring in kitchen, dining, hallways, half bath and laundry room. Truly a beautiful job!

Our bathroom remodel turned out so well. The leader on our job was extremely professional and the subs were as well. All of our questions were answered in a timely manner. Miracle Contracting did a great job remodeling our master bathroom. General Contractor Joe was very helpful during the product selection process and provided great insight concerning the products. The work was completed by Phil who was on site for about 7 days. Phil was very personable and his workmanship was outstanding. Phil was very considerate of not leaving a mess at the end of the day. Because of this experience with Miracle we are starting to make plans for Miracle to remodel another bathroom in our home.

Our project involved fencing, placing both interior and exterior doors where there were previously none, concrete slab laid, HVAC, painting and electrical work. All aspects were completed to our satisfaction, and the various teams cleaned up after themselves well, which was much appreciated. Kevin OConnor followed up with the progress every step of the way, and Dale was onsite daily until the work was 100% completed. Additionally, each workman was friendly, hardworking, and took the time to explain what they were doing and why. We were very pleased, and will hire again in the future.

My husband and I hired Miracle Contracting to complete a kitchen renovation. The price was a very fair amount for the work that was done. We were left with a beautifully finished kitchen and landing area into our side room. We have plans to hire them for the renovation of our bathroom in the future.
