Need to clean floors a better, found dirt after they left that I could not see as I was in a wheelchair.

Bath Fitters did an outstanding job on installing a custom sized shower stall in our Master Bedroom. The installer came on time, did a masterful job, finished on time and left no trash or items for us to pick up.I would absolutely recommend Bath Fitters.

The new tub surround is one of the best bathtubs Ive ever used and its definitely top quality. Easy to clean and minimal maintenance for cleaning as well. Great products and service your just gonna pay top dollar to get it.

Professional saleman and installer. We had Bath Fitters remove a tub/shower and replace with standing shower. The shower pan is uncomfortable on the feet as it bevels down toward the center of the pan and drain, but it does so too drastically right where your feet are when standing in the shower. The quality of all other parts of this unit is great and we are pleased with everything else. I think theyre pretty pricey, but they do offer a lifetime warranty for all of it as long as you own your home.

We had Bath Fitter install a stand up shower instead of our combo bathtub/shower in May 2021. Their technicians were prompt and efficient. They originally installed the wrong grab bars but sent our original technician out to fix the problem. He apologized and said if there was anything else we needed just call. I was quite impressed with not only the technicians at our home but also the front office people. Thank you Bath Fitter for our beautiful new shower.

We had Bath Fitter come out a few years ago & re-do our bath tub/shower. It took the 1 guy all day but was so worth it! It looks amazing, even after all these years. The customer service is great. We highly recommend this business. Our home was built in 1950 & hasnt been updated until us. You can see in before pic how the ceiling was getting ruined by moisture & the tiles were falling out. The after pic speaks for its self!

It was such a painless process for us. As promised they did it all in a day and the finished product was beautiful. They took great care to cover all the floors they would be walking on and cleaned any mess or residue left from the job. It was an amazing transformation and I am very happy to have hired Bath Fitter for the job. Our man Andy was very friendly and I was very comfortable and fully informed before he left.

I had a special project because I only had the eall around my tub replaced, and kept the existing tub. The price was about $1800 over what I expected, bit I am glad I chose to go ahead with Bath Fitter. The new wall and fixtures are so very nice. Comminication was clear and frequent. They were on time, courteous and neat.

The salesman was informative,the installer worked a day and half. I love my new shower! However, I believe BATH FITTER over charges.

We had our shower/tub enclosure replaced with a walkin shower and we are very pleased. The only thing that could be better is if the wall extension would match the walls. Although its the same color, it is smooth and not textured. So, I thing we would have to rate it 4.75 stars.

We only had our bath,tub, and walls done. I had Bath Fitter do both bath rooms at the house back in Virginia. They did a great job on all 3 bathrooms. Like the life time warranty on the work. Any issues they come and fix it. You cant beat that.
