Great quality haircut and super friendly atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this barber shop and I would 100% come back again. They also do long hair trims which is nice.

No where did I state or would I suggest that a walk in be pertinent before a appointment that was already there. Even if the other client didnt have the appointment he was there before me.I understand appointments first no question. Thank you for your prompt response.

07/24/2021 I tried to call and no answer so I decided I would stop by. I walked in 9:56 not a peep no hello, be right with you, or anything. Sitting there, I thought at least notice me. 2 clients were there 1 finishing up the other being seated. 10:02 Stefan approached me telling me they were by appointment only when in the video it says: walkins always welcome. They have such great reviews this is in except able (not acceptable). Lets keep some humor anyway. Haha, have fun as I found a great place at Lady Janes not far away on Coldwater Road.

I get my hair cut by Buddy, and Ive been really pleased with both his ability and his personality. The only person, other than Buddy, to cut my hair has been my dad, so its something that Im pretty particular about. With that being said, Buddy does an awesome job cleaning me up when I need a cut, and I really enjoy the environment at the barbershop. Good conversation, fun people, awesome local business!

Rico does an amazing job every time I go in. I always have the assurance that he knows what I want and he makes it look the way I want EVERY VISIT. Not only does he do a clear-cut job, but he always trims your eye brows and uses a straight razor and foam on your neck. Hands down the best barber shop in Fort Wayne. Some people might think its a little expensive, but like anywhere you go, you get what you pay for. Great atmosphere and even though most of them are are buckeye fans, they are great guys and get the job done right.This is random, but they all shave the neck and at least for me this is a big deal because my neck hair grows fast and compared to electric trimmers, it makes you feel crisp and clean.Stop your search and book an appointment today.

I used to go here a lot, had a guy there that would always get my beard shaped up perfect and I wouldnt go anywhere else. I dont know if COVID effected the response of this particular barber but I have called numerous times and left voice messages, even had Rico call me back personally and tell me he would have my barber call me and set an appointment. No call, no text and no messages returned. Sadly Ill find another barber who can shape up my beard. Overall Ricos does excellent work and they are great guys there, but the lack of any communication over the last few months of trying to get in has left me searching for another barber to shape my beard up for me.UPDATE: First, Rico has always been great and his response below shows his professionalism and concern for his clients. Secondly, my barber that I always use at Ricos texted me to set up an appointment and get me back on a rotating schedule. So, THIS is how businesses keep my patronage. Ricos has always been first class and I appreciate the quick reply and opportunity to get back in the chair to get a good beard trim and cut. Thanks Rico and staff for being awesome!

Zach does a fantastic job. He takes his time and is very meticulous. I have been with him since barber school. My 19 year old son originally told me about him. My son was at the barber school where Zach was. Another student really messed up his cut and beard trim. The instructor called Zach over to fix it and he did an amazing job. We have both been with him since that time.

My experience at Ricos offered a better than I could have hoped experience! Like every man should have a tailor and a bartender, every man should have a barber. Moving to Fort Wayne from Dallas where I had my barber, I thought I had to deal with the corporate big box hair butcher. Ricos alleviates the frustration and I can honestly say its the first time in a long time since I have been able to leave not secretly angry after a haircut. Ricos son, Buddy, is a young gun who has real skill as my hair and beard are not an easy cut. I have found my barber in Fort Wayne!
