They cut my hair and knew what a high and tight fade was,great clips needed me to show them what I was talking about LoL both are great but sports clips was like going in and having a females understanding that we men like a little pampering with our MANacures too,the head massage after stressful day woop woop!

The service was extremely fast and had no wait time. The stylist asked if 1.5 inches off would be good and I agreed, but she ended up taking off way more than 7 inches and now Im stuck with extremely short hair. Its at the point where both the top and sides look exactly the same even though the top was done with scissors and the sides was done with trimmers. This is most likely the worst haircut I have ever had.

My hair cut was rushed and not done properly. Asked for my sides and back to be trimmed down to #2. Did not use a guard for it. All I wanted was a essential a fade with 2 inches on top. My hair was longer than 2inches and was cut uneven. Will not be back even after they offered me a mvp for the price of a hair cut. I used to cut my own hair. I did a better job than the hair cutter (definitely not a cosmetologist from my experiences). Will be going to an actual barbershop now. What a joke and a waste of 25 bucks.

I can always get a consistently good haircut here and the wait is never that long.

Michelle, Kristen, Ti’Shaya, and the receptionist (I’m sorry I forgot your name) we’re all amazing. My husband and my two boys 3yo and 5yo went in for their 1st haircuts since the stay at home was put in place. They ALL navigated the new guidelines with covid amazingly. Michelle and Kristen were so kind with my young ones. The receptionist was so sweet with my boys, they asked to go back just to see her! The receptionist is the face of any business and she really went above and beyond. Michelle cut my 3yo’s hair, stellar isn’t a strong enough word for that woman! She went above and beyond with him. Kirsten cut my 5yo’s hair. Usually he loves haircuts, with the new procedures he was unsure and a little nervous. Kristen took her time, explained everything step by step, and even though he was wiggling he walked out looking awesome. He loves his “look”. Ti’Shaya took care of my husband. She was very through and talented! My husband can be very picky about his hair and she did not disappoint! We just moved to the area and we will be going to this location from now on because of our wonderful experience!

The employees are kind and give quality haircuts, but as the next person in line, I dont want a 45-minute wait on literally one person in front of me, nor do I want to sit an additional 45 minutes for my own haircut. Employees could be more efficient and mindful of the line.

I went to this location after getting off work this past Wednesday, and I was appalled by the terrible customer service. A stylist by the name of Bianca was incredibly rude. I went to check in, and she told me We cant serve you because youre wearing offensive clothing. She was of course referring to my MAGA T-shirt. My clothing was not offensive, as it didnt say anything derogatory. As an American, it is my right to wear that shirt. She had no reason to refuse me service. I then demanded that another stylist cut my hair, and she proceeded to state that she was the store manager and that she could ban me for being aggressive and inappropriate. This is unacceptable behavior, and I will never come back to this location again. I urge other customers who value their rights and their freedom to not do business at this store.

First time in there and the service was fantastic. Prices are very fair and the stylist I had was super friendly. The MVP service is nice for $25, but if your just looking for a good cut there are cheaper options available in store. Overall it was a great experience and I plan on returning.

Ive been sitting here for over an hour, when I got here there was one woman cutting hair and the second came out of the back about 15 minutes later. The service is incredibly slow. Will not be coming back to this location.

Went in today and checked in sat and waited the 15 plus mins and then got bumped because some other guy was sitting there and had not checked in was supposed to wait another 30 mins

Every Sport clips I have been in charge $14 for a buzz cut. This place charged $25. What a rip off i did not even get shampooed no massage it was only a 5 min buzz cut....i did not ask for the mvp and still got charged for it
