Dream wedding brought to life! If you are looking for a venue to hold your wedding/event – LOOK NO FURTHER! I cannot say enough amazing things about Empyrean and the staff. Alex Kenny was our wedding coordinator and she was the sweetest person to work with. She made everything so easy for us. All the staff were truly wonderful and made our day so fun. We were all stress-free the whole day. Empyrean will take care of pretty much everything for you! Flowers (they did all our bouquets, centerpieces, arch, etc. that are pictured), decorations, table decor/arrangements, menu design, food, drinks, SET UP & TEAR DOWN, coordinating everything, and so much more! If you want your wedding to be a day thats truly about you and your significant other, you must book them. They were nothing but kind to us and I felt so at ease the entire process. Between booking and our wedding date we only had 5 months and thanks to Empyrean, they pulled it off! Our wedding was BETTER than we envisioned and BETTER than we expected!

We were married at Empyrean 8.1.2020. I mainly worked with Alex on all of our planning needs and I really cannot say enough great things about her. She made me feel as at ease as she could while planning our wedding in the middle of the current pandemic. She recommends only vendors that she swears by and pretty much anything you want/ask for, she will make it happen.. My flowers were absolutely AMAZING and the décor did not disappoint. I have read reviews from people complaining about the food and I am so surprised because we were told by most of our guests that the food was some of the best they have ever had at a wedding! When my future wife and I were looking at venues, we were attracted to Empyrean not only because of the gorgeous settings and a 360-view of Fort Wayne, but also because of the professionalism and care Alex Kenny, Rebecca Admire, and the rest of the Empyrean team put into our wedding from our first meeting to the last song at the reception.Alex worked with both of us throughout the year-plus between our first meeting and our wedding to help plan the perfect day for us - from linens and floral arrangements to crafting the menu to the minute detail. On the day of our wedding, Alex and Rebecca were there from start to finish, making sure the wedding went off with no hitches and checking up on us throughout. They also made sure we were not drink-less at any part during the reception!In addition, the venue itself fit perfectly with our basic, no-frills requests with the open tall windows casting a gorgeous sun-lit view during our ceremony. The golden hour also made an appearance during the reception with a beautiful sunset visible across many of the open tall windows as well.We couldnt thank Empyrean enough for being the venue that honored our requests, served delicious food and drinks, and provided amazing service from the top down. We booked our wedding venue with Empyrean Events this past May and it was nothing short of amazing. We recently had our wedding at Empyreans new venue, Elysean and oh my gosh was ur wedding was incredible! Empyrean for the 2nd year in a row, catered the Parkview Huntington Foundation annual Gala. Their expertise and attention to detail was what brought us back to them for the second year. Each step of the way in decision making was full of ideas and suggestions that allowed for a beautiful experience with both the food and atmosphere created by Alex and her exceptional team. While their location in Fort Wayne is an amazing location to hold events, their ability to bring that same beauty to a remote location was amazing. We couldnt have been happier with their services.

If there were negative stars, Id choose that. Empyrean canceled our event 5 weeks before, due to Covid, kept our $2500 deposit, would not return our $4,500 additional food payment, and is harassing us for an additional $5,000. Unbelievable and downright shameful.

Wow, what a dream wedding my husband and I had that was brought to life by Empyrean Events and Catering! Alex Kenny (wedding coordinator) was absolutely amazing. Responsive, creative, prompt, sweet, and extremely professional. I would recommend her and Empyrean over and over again. Due to covid, we had to move from having our wedding at their venue to my parents backyard... but Empyrean brought the decor and catering to us. Our guests raved about the catering and presentation of the tables and flowers.My bouquet and bridesmaids bouquets were insane! Seriously, I wouldnt have changed a thing. I would recommend using Empyrean for flowers in a heartbeat!Basically, Empyrean can do absolutely everything for your wedding day, but they also allow you to pick and choose what you utilize them for. It’s pretty awesome. Alex is basically a “built in” wedding plan, and thank goodness for that. She is seriously the best of the best. She keeps everything moving smoothly and is extremely prompt in answering any questions via email or phone. I live in Denver, but she never made it feel like I was planning a wedding from so far away.If I are you planning a wedding, I would look no further and book with Empyrean. We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Empyrean on 1/25/20 and Im going to tell you why you should hire them as well. It was the first venue on our list to check out and once we saw the space and fully understood everything Empyrean does for their couples we were sold. Everything they do is COMPLETELY customized. The ceremony space, the food, the drinks, the flowers and decor, everything. Im sure Im not even listing everything. If youre the type of bride that doesnt want the stress of picking out every individual detail, Empyrean is for you. Alternatively, if you are the type that wants to pick out every detail, Empyrean is also the place for you because they will be as involved as you want them to be. I think the food Empyrean served for the reception was the most talked about thing at our wedding, and for good reason. The food is amazing. Its not just good wedding food, its AMAZING, delicious food that you get to eat at a wedding. Food was one of the top priorities for us and I dont think youll find a better venue/caterer in Fort Wayne than Empyrean. They are truly full service. We had the pleasure of working with Alex and Rebecca during the planning process and both were super helpful, informative and all around fantastic. On the day of the wedding, Alex was there almost the whole day making sure everything was running smoothly. I didnt have to be concerned with the time, what I was supposed to be doing, or what everyone else was supposed to be doing because she was on it and everything was completely taken care of. I cannot express how grateful we are to have chosen Empyrean for our wedding. Just meet with them and see the space and youll be sold on Empyrean too.

Our “best day ever” was truly the best because of Empyrean and the staff – especially Alex. From the very early stages to the final details, Alex was with us every step of the way, making the planning process less stressful. And on the day of the wedding she made sure everything was perfect and flowing as it should. Do not be fooled by others who claim they do the same! Ive been to countless friends weddings recently and there just isnt a comparison. We had an excellent experience with Empyrean as the reception venue and catering of our wedding in December! We worked with Alex who had wonderful taste and was very professional. We were able to customize our decor, meal and drinks and it all fit to our budget and personal style. We set up cocktail stations where specialty drinks were made and our guests loved it! If you want a custom reception with delicious, well presented food and creative drinks then this is your place to go in Fort Wayne! The view from the 26th floor is beautiful and an added bonus guests. We would do it all over again without question!

Vans home center Christmas party was great, weve had it there for 2 consecutive years now . Very spacious and elegant.

Giang, specifically, ensured the planning process was seamless, fun, and no detail was left untouched. Our day was everything wed envisioned - the best part was the feeling of assurance throughout the whole process that our day would be exactly what we wanted; and thanks to Empyrean, it was!

Was a guest at their venue past weekend, food was great but bartenders couldnt make good drinks and were on the slow side. Kind of ruins good food without a good drink. Hopefully Ill get invited to another one of their events again one day, theyre promising Id still give them a try.

When these attempts failed, Renée then retaliated against me with lies in an attempt to slander my name and reputation. I now must consult my personal attorney in seeking legal action for damages against these crooks Empyrean Events and Catering and specifically scam artist Renee Miner for libel and defamation. If you are in Indiana or anywhere else- please don’t waste your time with these frauds like I did and take your business elsewhere. Horrible horrible management..there was gifts and $$ out of cards missing and they did very little to fix a problem..unless you want to pay 40gs plus for a formal nightmare then go somewhere else for your event. And also a response to the owners reponse***I begged them to get the police involved to prove I had absolutely zero to do with the theft of wedding card money that came up missing when I was upstairs bartending. I asked to get fingerprints, everything I could, and they wouldn’t...Renee just wanted to pin it on someone and I was the new guy. Honestly I do think the food is garbage for the price.

Do not deal with these people, they are very unprofessional and make excessive demands.
