My friend has a storage unit here. The units are decently kept and the area is clean. If I needed a storage unit I would consider going here depending on the price ranges.

We found the whole rental process here consumer friendly and very easy to use. The new owner Wes is a nice guy and professional to deal with.

Reserving a unit was quick and easy! The automated system allows you to do it on your own time, and they even provide a lock at the end of your registration. The units are clean and good quality! Would highly recommend.

I cannot find my gate code pin. I need to get some or my work equipment out. I Was told that they cant release the code over there phone. If proper information is given. There should not be an issue . I think thats absolutely ridiculous and am now considering switching storage facilities.

Lima Cook storage has great space and is clean... there was a little bit of confusion on the day I went to sign up for a unit the promotion did not enter in automatically on the self use station ...however after speaking with Kyle on the phone he assured me the deal was still on and to come in to speak with him at the Lima storage and he would fix the issue... I have no complaints he was very helpful and apologetic I would recommend self storage to anybody anyday... Thanks for your help

The unit was very clean and the rental process was fast and painless. They were very helpful on the phone when I first called and inquired about their units.

Fairly decent. As far as I am concerned the middle walls need to be reinforced so that the unit next to yours doesnt knock all your boxes that you have stacked in your unit against the wall to the floor. Tons of my stuff is broken from this happening to both sides of my unit. For that reason alone I will never use this facility again.

24 hour access was great. If this is close to where you need storage, go for it. Its plenty safe and secure.
