Awesome facility at a great price. Other storage unit places quoted me high along with fees. When I went to Fort Wayne storage, they gave me half off my first month and almost no starting fees. I recently got rid of my unit due to not needing it anymore, but I would definitely come back if my needs changed. I 100% recommend this business.

Ive been using Stellhorn Crossing Self Storage for about 2 years. They are easy to work with and their online payment (and auto-pay) feature is very convenient. Before moving across the country I moved a lot of items into their unit. I do not visit Fort Wayne that often so most of my customer experience has been over the phone. They are very helpful. I am glad I chose them.

I called 15 minutes after Fort Wayne Self Storage (Stellhorn Crossing Self Storage) closed, but Kyle answered the phone anyway and patiently talked me through how the storage facility worked. When my husband and I arrived the next day (on the hottest day of the year, of course) with two cars loaded down with our belongings, Kyle was there, remembered our conversation from the day before and walked us through it all again, because if you are like me, moving is stressful and you cant remember anything! We immediately unloaded those two car loads and came back am hour later with two more. The sign up process was seamless and because of how easy it was we were able to make that second trip! I love the fact that it is 24/7 access. I love the security and the climate controlled option. Great location for where I needed to store my things great staff I love that I can access my things 24/7 if I had to complain about something it would be the limited amount of light thats outside because I did get a regular storage unit but all in all I love the storage unit and the company they will be my one and only and cant beat the price.

The thing that I was most impressed with was the customer service. Towards the end of our time of renting, I needed to add another storage unit. The people that I spoke to over the phone and in the store we very helpful and friendly. I had a lot of questions and concerns, and they helped me figure out what was best. We appreciated the helpful staff, the well light units, the ease of accessibility and the cleanliness of the entire facility. To our delight -- much more than we expected. Overall my experience has been just ok. On one occasion they called me and threatened to bill me an additional 150 dollars if I didnt retrieve A small trash bag and a small empty box from their dumpster even though i was told i could use it. It was miscommunicated to me the rules and the call could of been handled differently

Horribly overpriced, mouse droppings all over my belongings, theyve sealed the floor so as it got humid theres standing water on the floor ruining anything touching the floor which also caused mold, staff is less than friendly. Storage units are a dime a dozen. Take your dime elsewhere.
