Outstanding service. I had a tire that urgently needed replaced and I called them in the morning, dropped off my car and they had it repaired by the time I got off work. This is the second time I had a tire issue, different tires that needed replaced immediately and both times the service was amazing. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I highly recommend the New Haven location.

I needed my oil changed, air filter, complete check, of tires, fluids as Im taking a long road trip. My tire was rubbing on the wheel well protective cover and this fixed so its not rubbing. So happy. Friendly, helpful service, very very reasonable prices. Im from a very dry state and not use to this humidity so thought my air conditioning wasnt working right, they checked it for me and there was no problem with it...gave me tips on how to run the air so much cooler in the car now, and didnt charge me. Im so grateful. I have an older car. I recommend McMahons for all services on vehicles.

Got some new to me wheels for my pickup truck and wanted to swap my tires. Reasonable price for service and when they started on my wheels they pointed out I needed different lugs than my stock wheels (used American racing wheels). They had the type I needed in stock at their other location and had them delivered in time for my service to finish. Two young fellas worked on my truck and were both very courteous and professional.

Called ahead for part and was told it would be ready for me that day. Upon arrival I felt like I was in Area 52 and the part could not be quickly located. The gentleman who helped me was considerate and searched for 30 minutes. Part found in its original location, never pulled.

The good care every time. Brought in 2 sizes of tires for me to be sure of fit.

Make sure you get estimate on parts and labor before they start working on your truck. Got billed 760$ for oil change. Nelson Little and John Chilote at service department said thats their rate... Never paid more than 450$ for oil change in 10 yearsOil filter installed improperly. Start leaking and dripping oil next day. Added 4 gallon oil back in my shop.!!!AVOID!!!

Went here for a simple oil change. They picked my car up from work and dropped it back off. While they had my car, they fixed the stripped bolt on the battery post without me asking them to do it. They did not charge me for this either. Reasons like this is why I do business here. Thank you for going above and beyond.

Had a tire going flat, drove right in and they quickly took my tire off and put the spare on. Didnt have my size tire but kept my rim and said that they would have it the next day ready. Quick in and out. Great experience!

Had my truck serviced here for the last 3 months. Their labor rate is $10/hr higher than other shops in Fort Wayne. And their mechanics either lied about checking my brake pads and rotors, or was too incompetent to know they were worn thin. Definitely wont be bringing my truck back.
