Had such a great experience with Gouty’s and had to share. I’m not from Fort Wayne and was only in town for a short period of time. My car was making awful noises so I searched the top rated places in the area and landed on Gouty’s after reading the reviews. They got me in right away and fixed the issue. They also had reasonable prices. The people there were extremely friendly and kind. Highly recommend!

First Rate Customer Service! My daughters old Subaru needed a lot of work before we could pass it down to her brother. Kevin at Goutys was fantastic to work with. He took the time to call me (halfway across the country) and explain in detail everything that needed to be repaired. When I asked about additional maintenance items, he said that they looked fine and recommended no action at this time. When the car was finished, he again personally called me and listed what had been repaired. He took the time to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend this business.

Im sure thats not always possible as they seem quite busy, but it was still very good of them. Accomadating as far as pick up times and methods. Will definitely return here over another place Ive been simply because these people dont treat you like trash.

My Jeep had major problems with water leaking in. Never been to Gouty’s before this. They were very helpful, courteous and found the problem right away. What I thought was going to be very expensive ended up being a simple fix and inexpensive. Very fair pricing!

I have found Ron and the whole team at Goutys to be trustworthy and honest. Ive never had an issue with one of their repairs and the prices are fair. I have a 22 year old Jeep and a 10 year old Corolla that they keep roadworthy for me.

Ive been coming here for about 3 or 4yrs now. The people here are friendly. They always get me in and taken care of in a timely manner. I appreciate all they do and even when they were kind enough to drive me home while they worked on my car.

We had Goutys install a replacement engine in our old Subaru. Kevin and Ron kept us informed every step of the way, and kept the costs very reasonable, well below the quote from the local Subaru dealer. They are friendly and professional. You dont stay in this business since 1940 otherwise.

Took a 2000 Cadillac Deville there for service that would have cost 400 dollars. Ron at Gouty s listen to all my concerns about the car and check the vehicle. Lo and behold I was sold a lemon with a blow head gasket. What made this so awesome is that instead of just putting a tuneup and new belt on the junk and taking my money, he save me hundreds as well a headache. I felt like person who has a friend that has my back. Thank you for being honesty.

Was recommended to go there from the place i got my Jeep from. went there just to get my vehicle checked and they told me it would be 75 dollars just to check it. so when they were finished they told me that nothing was wrong with my Jeep. and come to find out both my front break pads needed to be changed. also my sprit plugs needed to be changed. they are terrible and i wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. terrible service.
